Says on the menu that you can request a mocktail that is not on the menu so i asked for a old fashioned…..turned out to be the worst ever

The chef who says is the so called person in charge is extremely rude and has no value for customers. We have been coming here for almost 2 years, and he had no decency to even listen to our feedback. Management needs to consider who they give responsibility to when they are not around. Extremely disrespectful and disappointing.

Amazing food and amazing staff!!!

The food is pretty average but the service is incredibly slow and you keep having to get their attention to ask again and again for the same thing.

Absolutely shocking place mate, freezing, poor service, Dj left half way through, awful food

I came for a friends dinner, firstly it was sooo cold we had to keep coats on- a big shame! One woman was taking orders and bringing out food, bless her but she had no strategy in taking such big orders, she would randomly go to different people therefore when food would come out everyone would be confused about who’s was what. The food didn’t all come out at once so my friends were eating their food and my table was empty. My food and Others came out 20mins before I had to leave and I had to pack takeaway and didn’t get to eat it there. The food wasn’t anything special either. Best thing about the night was the DJ and the Strawberry Daiquiris but overall not happy with the quality of the night.

I had the worst experience ever in this lounge the stuff was so rude I had my friends birthday they didn't even bother with it no birthday music I really regret to come I will never recommend this place.

Requested to sit outside said it was reserved yet no one was ever there, food for the price you pay shockingly no taste. Extremely loud inside can't even talk to the other person next to you, shisha ordered 2 different flavours both tasted the same.

We hosted our friends 25th birthday here and it was amazing. The service was spot on! The food and drinks were delicious too.The staff were really friendly and the manager really helped my friend’s special day to be a success! I’ll definitely come here again and I’ll recommend to anybody!!

First time ever coming to this establishment and would definitely visit again. Team were very welcoming and friendly. Cocktails were banging. Great to have a place that sells cheap cocktails so close to home. I just have a couple suggestions for management…… •Inside and outside playing two different songs makes it hard to vibe along and kind of ruins the atmosphere. •Staff could be a little bit more informative on things especially as this was mine and my partners first time doing Shisha, we were made to feel a little stupid when having to keep asking questions.

Food below expectations for the prices,bad smell coming from the toilet,poor service I had on my bill drinks which never come,I told to someone from the bar and he throw away 7 pounds in a tray towards me,service charge added to the bill without asking me if all was ok.The good part was the DJ!

Lovely shisha and decent food. I personally enjoy the outside shisha vibe as it's quite and you can actually have a conversation. Inside is more of a clubby shisha vibe.

I don't want to detail my bad experience here today as I really like the lounge and restaurant. However I would like to speak to the owner or manager. All my life I've never seen a member of staff behave as rudely as I did tonight.

came here for dinner with friends they provided us with no cutlery, tables and chairs had not been cleaned. the lamb shawarma was raw and food was not up to standards. Bad experience overall!

Their customer service is absolutely awful and their staff are rude and irresponsible. If I needed something I literally had to ask 3-4 times to remind them and wait too long to bring it for me. Strongly don’t recommend to anyone to go to this place.

Pyramid was cozier than expected! The cocktails were so good and the food incredibly tasty. Service was topnotch and fast as well. There's seating both indoors and outdoors, and separated restrooms as well. The hookahs were also very good and well prepared and the bar had a generally cool vibe. Totally recommend

This is my local Shisha spot. You get the best of both at this place. You come here on a weekday and it’s very chilled, a place to sit down and talk whilst enjoying sim great food and shisha. On the weekend if you are looking for a place to be quite live then this is also the place to go to. The vibe this place gives off is great! Live DJ at times. The staff here are very friendly and helpful when it comes to the service! The food is amazing! For the price you are paying, this must be the best shisha place in North london

I honestly feel this lounge deserves way more than a 5* review! From the moment we booked our Birthday celebrations, Pyramid lounge went above & beyond to create a stress free, fun & memorable evening! The staff were absolutely amazing and considering we were a group of 30+ & the lounge had other guests they worked impeccably fast, we never had to wait more than a few minutes for a drink to arrive! The food was delicious & I can’t wait to go back for more! The dj on the night was complete vibes!! He had everyone feeling great! This is a family run business & they are absolutely amazing! I can’t big you up enough! We will be back very soon for more delicious food & my favourite lychee martini :D

A lovely place with truly comfortable seating. Staff are welcoming. Although to get attention can be difficult once seated. Food was great. Drinks were lovely. The shisha was amazing.. for 5 minutes only sadly. It was disappointing as the flavour was beautiful to begin with. A nice evening out, but maybe more for locals, as parking really can be a nightmare to find.

Nice vibe. It's a bit like a night club / shisha bar mix with the dj involved. Shisha is ok and service is decent. The margaritas were delicious and the new decor looks very good.

The atmosphere of this place is great, the staff are so kind and efficient with their service. Went for a dinner and wanted to be sat away from the Shisha place as I have two kids, the staff understood this and my requirements were met. The food was a solid 10/10, both my kids and I loved it. Would definitely recommend and go again!

Went Pyramid Lounge with my sister and friends and we had a really good night. From the ambience, deco, drinks, food, shisha, service, I could not fault them. Super friendly smiley staff and the food was absolutely great. Cocktails were really good and the interior deco is very different to your average flower walls, very strong bold statement blue themed signs and the seating was very comfy and beautiful as well as being comfortable. Shisha was really good and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend and visit again.

Went for some food and shisha. But when i asked for some tap water, i was told by multiple waiters that i could only get tap water if i purchase a alcoholic drink. What a joke

Worst service, cold food ... I'm not saying the whole order didn't reach the table! Before paying the bill, I wanted to pay the bill with the card, but I was told that I only receive cash, the invoice written on a waiter's notebook with a total amount of 172 pounds, after I found an ATM, the amount increased at £ 190! I asked for the receipt but the staff seemed very nervous

Best shisha around. Fantastic food. Having been coming to the same establishment for over 5 years, on a weekly basis, I can easily say that the team are hardworking, welcoming and will do their best to offer you a great experience. Once you go, you will be hook(ah)ed. The sea of familiar faces suggests that this well known Gem of Edgware is the best balance of quality and price.

Get the more expensive shisha cause it lasts longer. Service was quick but the decor and lighting could do with some updating.

Shisha tasted very bad. Complaint to the assistant but he just fiddled with the coals and handed back the same shisha .
