Hadn't used for a while went last week and again this week excellent food staff plesent

Absolutely disgusting rushed last night to the "closing" time which I was told 11.30 which turned out to be wrong, then be given just a travesty of our order. Burgers missing and as I said to the younger worker my brother is autistic and needs things done to the letter with the kebab via sauce and lettuce which they agreed but nothing of the sort had been done. Called up and was told all would be reimbursed, To then show up and be called a lier and no such thing had taken place. And the worker who I spoke to on phone was nowhere to been seen. The manger didn't want to know to care about our food was just dame right rude, he said we needed to come back that night with the food so 12am that day (which we thought was 11.30 again) but obviously it's late and just already traveled 20 minutes there and back Will not be going back ever again.

After driving for 5 hours from 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 my partner who lives nearby suggested going here, she hasn’t been here before. Even at 10pm the food tasted amazing . I had doner kebab and she had a chicken one. Plenty of meat and salad which was put in the box separately and the pitta bread on top. We also had large chips which we couldn’t eat all as there were loads. They only take CASH ! As I am now living locally I will definitely become a regular customer . Great food and great prices in my opinion

Allways high quality food. Mixed lamb and chickhen shish is what I normally go for.

Do not try this place if it’s anything past 11pm they do not answer there phone even though there site says they close at midnight! Useless, don’t know what sort of orders there missing out on the fools

Guys... I've always loved your food. But my most recent visit to you. As with the Chinese next door. You've put the prices up and on top of that, cut your portion size. Despite asking for GARLIC Sauce also on my husband's meal, neither one of us had it. Much less chicken in my kebab. You've lost our custom. Think about it. A bad review hits you harder than my pocket.

After being a loyal customer for over 10 years I will no longer be visiting your takeaway. The portion sizes are now ridiculous. The kebabs used to be so big you couldn’t close the box. Now it’s just a sprinkle of meat. I would rather pay more and keep the portion size the same. Bad way to run a business.

I had an extremely bad and long day yesterday and just wanted something to eat when I got home. I asked for the Charcoal Pizza special, it had chicken, pepperoni and other toppings. It was wonderful. Hot and with a ridged base so that sauce doesn't go everywhere. Whilst I was waiting I also noticed how genial all the guys are to everyone who comes in.

Great kebab shop with extra 5 stars for being open for lunch! They love to overcook and dry out the chicken kebab unless I insist that it's done enough for me. Why do I need to tell these guys how to cook chicken, I don't know! Also. I want chicken and doner kebab with chips for lunch and my budget is £10. These guys cannot do it for me. I'm very disappointed. Update, 6 months on. I've changed my star rating from 5 to 2. I've been visiting this place for months and I've never had so much as a nod of acknowledgment from any of the miserable staff. They're all grim-faced and unfriendly and I'm pretty sure this is down to grim-faced, miserable leadership from the boss. And, asking for a slight change from what's on the menu to suit my personal taste, which is no problem anywhere else... you'd think I'd asked them to change the text of the holy book! Just a straight flat "no". Not even "no, sorry". Pah. The 2 remaining stars is for being open at lunchtime. You just lost 3 for your abysmal customer skills. Lighten up, the lot of you!

Opted for a pitta, and I found the pitta under the food, I didn't even know the pitta was there. When I tried to use the pitta, it fell a part as it was stale (or may have been previously frozen). My colleague also had the same issue, and we found with both of our dishes, the chicken was over cooked.

Great food! Had the chicken kebab and it was sooo good. Loaded with grilled chicken and fresh salad. Healthy and delicious. Service is fast and friendly and the place is spic and span. What more could you ask for? Will definitely be back!

Ive had lovely meals from here in the past. So i thought id drive the 5 miles over to get a shish Kebab. Service was great as usual. i had a large Lamb shish, i had this in the past and its been very nice. tonight however im sorry to say that there wasnt one piece of meat i could eat. it was all gristle, tough and sinewy. The reason for writing this is in the hope that the owners who seem very tidy folks will put it right for the next customers. i probably wont do the 5 miles again.

This came to a shock for me as I usually get food from here but last night food has defitneily made me re-think my options in future.. After eating some of my kebab then starting my chips I noticed there was something hard in there.. it looked like either a bone or a tooth it was absolutely solid literally felt like a brick! Will definitely choose what I order next time 😡

Best chicken kebab for miles in Bridgend and nice chicken cooked lovely on the charcoal grill.. never had a bad chicken kebab yet in the 12 years being here.. Not fussed on the chips as by the time you get them home there not as nice . Maybe try there chip shop chips next door..

the food took a while to cook longer than others doing the same,the chicken kebab ollked big until I noticed that the man cooking did take off a couple of pieces chicken and put it to one side so we did not get what we thought we were getting!

Never had bad food from here, kebabs are the best, pizzas, burgers and even just plain chicken and chips all superb 👍

This is our local kebab shop and never disappointed. Food is always lovely and reasonably priced. They would make a fortune if they offered delivery as an option.

Stayed at trecco bay with my family and decided to order from here. The food was delicious but i did go overboard on the chilli sauce.... Ordered with a polite staff member on the phone for collection but they told me they deliver to the caravan park at trecco bay. Fantastic he delivered it straight to the caravan door. Food wasnt greasy, well cooked, tasty and the portions were huge!!!!

Good food and reasonably priced. We use the establishment often especially on the weekend if we don't fancy cooking. Staff friendly and a large choice of food.

The lady who serves there is excellent, the men need to learn how to smile and help serve when it gets busy. Every time I've had food from there it has always been very good.

Not the best food I've tested, chicken and kebabs a bit lower than average, staff not very interactive with customers free parking available !

Walked in sweaty looking man behind counter on the phone, wanted a couple of portions of kabab meat and chips for my 2 daughters only do one size portion for 6 pound wasn't even that big frozen chips in fryer he said to expensive go to asda then continued to hurl abuse at me prefer to take my custom elsewhere looks like a sh#@ whole aswel

Would like to say the food for a kebab shop is excellent with good choices of food ! However i visited on a sunday afternoon and as i am not from this area did not know of the parking policy at the carpark which is 20 mins only! My wife and i bought our chicken burger meals and sat in the car to eat our meals which we enjoyed ! After a few weeks i received a photo image of my car entering the car park and leaving a time of 34 mins my wife has not been out much due to a knee injury and is disabled at present so wanted a day out ! I received a parking fine of £100 or £60 to be paid within 2 weeks i am truly gutted and really annoyed so look out people dont be next will not be going back!!!

I really fancied a kebab so I visited the Pyle charcoal grill and I went for the chef,s special kebab which consisted of a mixture of doner,shish,kofte and chicken served with a pitta bread and salad and I can honestly say that it was excellent quality the doner kebab meat was very clean and grease free and the rest of the meats was the same...I would definitely recommend the Pyle charcoal grill and I will definitely be going back again as I thought it was good value for the money

had been told by family to try this if you liked kebabs not always overly keen on kebabs as they tend to be quite greasy. Well what can i say the wife and i were very surprised not at all greasy and very tasty

I am giving it 2 Stars because it fills you up. There is nothing terrible about it, but nothing great either. The customer service wasn't great. Glad I tried it but wouldn't go back.

Exactly what it says in the title. They always almost give a free can of pop too.Really nice, not very fatty (if you order from the grill). We love it and many others do to.

Still, the food is perfection!..We moved to Margam Village a few months ago and are too far away from our 'old' usual kebab place, so we went on a mission to find a new local..We've tried and tested a few in Pyle, but this is by far the best!.. Food is always cooked to perfection.. No soggy chips and meat cooked perfectly. It's always busy there, like a disco so we order a pick up and by the time we get there, it's all bagged up.If your a kebab/pizza/chips lover, you seriously need to get down here!.. :-)

Visited here many times in the past, the most recent being on the 8th of May, and every time is always fantastic. The place is spotless, and the staff work so hard maintaining its already huge reputation.I had the mixed chicken and doner on this occasion, and it was delicious, portion size was huge to and well worth the money. The meat is delicious, and doesn't taste like meat you get in other takeaways. I highly recommend the Chicken and also the Lamb Shish. This is all grilled , and not a fatty taste that you would get from other places.This place is well worth a visit.

This is really with a visit. Food is excellent and some of the best takeaway food I have eaten. A little on the expensive side but great tasting food and portions. Definite return to eat again.

Probably the best kebab take away I've had. It's tasty with enough of it and a good choice to choose from. Always ready on time if you order before hand and never to much of a wait if you just pop in. Place itself looks clean and tidy which is always a good thing and good prices.

Good take away but not an eat in place so not certain why listed in this category. Good public car parking outside usually gangs of kids hanging around . I think they do home deliveries. On a main public transportation route .

The takeaway was great and very tasty. The salad was very fresh.The food stayed warm with travelling home with it. Would go again.

Best kebab/pizza shop in the borough. All food freshly cooked and at a decent price too. The chef's special kebab is a personal fav of mine. £11 but huge. Give it a go if ur passing through, u won't be disappointed
