Purezza Manchester in Manchester

My go-to place for plant-based pizza: this time around, I went for the Four Seasons (I think!) 15% student discount even on a Friday was a nice bonus. Our server- Knushi- offered warm service.

We visited Purezza NQ for an afternoon meal for my son’s 30th birthday. It was his choice to come here as it is one of his favourite restaurants. There were eight of us in our party and we had not booked, but the waitress soon prepared a table for us. The restaurant was moderately busy for a Saturday afternoon. We ordered a mix of main pizza dishes, sides, beers, cocktails, and soft drinks. The pizzas were delicious and a very good example of Vegan cooking. I had a pepperoni and agave pizza with chilli and I really enjoyed it . My grandson loved his pizza which was a child size one. He was however disappointed that the cow had been removed from the room downstairs as he loved taking us to see this! He is only 3. The waitress was efficient and friendly and saw to our every need.

Absolutely loved it here. Lovely venue, friendly attentive staff, great wine and wonderful food. I can’t wait to visit again!

Purezza Manchester is one of our favourite places to go. The staff are so compassionate, friendly and personable. The food is fantastic, sustainable, plenty of options (you can’t easily get anywhere else vegan) and always served at a perfect temperature. This was the first time taking an entire family for a birthday here (non vegans) and they all loved everything about Purezza - the food, atmosphere and customer service. Lorenzo, the chef, not only made excellent food, but was more than happy to create off the menu items to meet customer needs - including lots of fresh chilli’s (thanks Lorenzo!) Jordan, our server, managed to continue to check we were ok and take our order quickly despite it being very busy. All of the staff took time to speak to us and were very friendly. Extra perks for providing NHS discount and offers e.g. birthday offers! Purezza continues to be 10/10 in every aspect of a restaurant and we can’t wait to return again soon!

Fabulous plant based pizza..... This is all they do so don't go unless you want vegan. Also had the gluten free Base which was equally delicious. Really was good.

food was standard, a service charge added to the bill when we said we didn’t want to pay that the waiter snatched the reciept from our hand and walked off. What have left a tip but after that rude incident would not.

An amazing meal for Valentine's day made even more special by our friendly and welcoming server Lagoon. They made us feel at home and looked after.

We had Hugo cocktails, 4 Seasons pizzas, New York cheesecake and Tiramisu. All were delicious and well presented. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Lovely restaurant.

Hmm, it was a nice place. The decor was lovely and the menu looked nice. I asked for a drink of Fierce Lager, didn’t have any unfortunately. So I had a Peroni. For food I had the Parmigiana Party Pizza, sounded amazing, looked nice but for some reason it was very soggy and not like a pizza at all. My partners looked the same, very soggy but he said he enjoyed it. The waiter (blonde man) was very rushed off his feet, I felt sorry for him, he basically had about 8 tables to sort out, there was a women but she was just walking around not doing a lot.

I came on New Year’s Day, the waitress was nice and friendly but obviously didn’t really want to be there. My caeser salad contained nuts that seemed like they were just picked out of a bag, disgusting. The pancetta wasn’t pancetta and had no taste. There was also a charge of a pound for tap water which is illegal!

The service was so lovely here, the American waitress made us feel so relaxed and at home, thankyou! The food was awesome too.

We had a confirmed booking, even got a reminder. Spent £20 to get into Manchester. Got there to find the place was closed due to a Chanel fashion show. Have tried to contact Purezza but no-one seems to answer their social media or contact form. We had vouchers as presents that are due to expire and now looks like we cannot use them. I'll happily remove this review if they get in touch

Unfortunately cost-cutting measures have made what was once a fantastic, high value-for-money restaurant into an expensive disappointment. The pizzas here are all extremely expensive - not bad in itself, but considering the size and quality, it's hard not to feel upset. The dough balls are gone (WHY??? they were such a treat, and no restaurnts do anything like them??) and so are most of the pizzas I enjoyed, notably the old pesto pizza with sundried tomatoes, and the new selection seems guaranteed to alienate anyone who doesn't like vegan cheese. In fact, I heard other customers discussing how strange the flavour combinations were when I last ate here, so it's not just me! Surely it's easier to keep it simple to save on ingredient costs and have a wider appeal? The drink selection is OK and the service has always been great, but for pizza it's better to go to Rudy's or Noi Quattro. Cheaper prices, plenty of vegan options, and huge (!) pizzas that actually fill you up.

First time here for family members birthday. It was busy but everyone friendly. Drinks arrived promptly but the pizzas took a while but, and this is what makes a massive difference, the delay was acknowledged and compensated when they arrived WOW FAB U LOUS as craig would say. We were tended by a blonde haired chappie who was very friendly. Thanks those pizzas were amazing.

I found Purezza on First Table and so booked a table for two. We got 50% off full-size pizzas- a fantastic discount! My choice was the BBQ Bourbon: delectable! It only seemed right to finish with a brownie (pictured) which made for a pleasing, chocolatey treat. The ambience of the restaurant was cosy and romantic, with plenty of greenery. Our server was particularly friendly and supportive in all of our culinary choices.

We go to Purezza in Manchester fairly often as we think it is great. The staff are really friendly and happy to chat, however, the pizzas are fantastic, however, the bbq bourbon pizza is amazing. Only one minor niggle, i tend to like a green salad with my pizza and the only option is a caesar salad which is not what I want. Always worth a visit though if you are looking for a vegan pizza

Me and my hubby were visiting Manchester yesterday 28/10/23 and we stumbled across Purezza. We aren’t vegans, wow! The food is amazing and spot on. The service was outstanding and we were made to feel very welcome.

I've been to Purezza Brighton quite a few years ago and on a shopping trip to Manchester decided to visit Purezza and see if its as good.... It was better! Matt looked after us and he was a really great guy, friendly, chatty and helpful. Its great to be able to order anything off the menu, so we chose a Four Seasons and a Marinara pizza, truffle dip, lemon drop chilli dip and Cloudwater IPA's. The pizza were amazing, the dough was blooming fantastic, so light, doughy and pillowy, as light as a feather but with some bite... The best Marinara pizza I've eaten and I've eaten plenty, in Naples, Sorrento, other places in Italy and all over the UK.....So hats off to the chefs. We could not fault our visit, polished off every morsel and will definitely return to Manchester just so we can visit Purezza again.

Went there for a late lunch with my mother on the 7/10, around 16:40.. Ordered a black truffle pizza and, as my mom was craving so badly a pesto pizza, I suggested her to order the one they do there as I really liked it in the past. It's been a couple of years since the last time I went there...and to be fair it has changed, and not for the better I would say unfortunately. Firstly, in this place usually you were able to, literally and according to their online menu, to "choose from the following bases: Original Sourdough Wholegrain Base Freedom Base (GF and Coeliac Friendly)" We were not given that chance but still, as we were bound to choose the standard one that was not an issue at all. While the black truffle pizza was not bad at all...I couldnt believe the pesto pizza they are serving now. The one they used to do 2 years ago had cheese, plenty of pesto, tomatoes, mushrooms....it was quite brilliant and gave a good impression of the place. Now they serve one shame of a pesto pizza which basically is a tomato base with tiny, a few drops of cheese and pesto. I was so embarrased and ashamed of recommending this place to my mom, to me fair it feels like its going downhill so badly by cutting corners wherever, whenever they can. Apart from that, our meal wasnt cheap at all (42 pounds for 2 pizzas + a pint) which is not a good deal at all. Honestly if things doesnt change over there I'm not likely to come back. I didnt take any picture because, to be fair, Im not that kind of obnoxious people who take pics of their food rather than eating it or whatever buuuut, if you do a bit of a research on the internet, you will find out the difference between the "same" pizza.

Great selection of pizzas! A little pricey £12-16 each but probably the best vegan ‘cheese’ I’ve ever had on a vegan pizza (blue cheese, Camembert). Also 2 for £12 on cocktails. Recommend the truffle pizza!
