Pulse Juice Bar in Hammersmith and Fulham

I hate writing bad reviews and would love to give this place a better score, but there are a few major issues here: 1. No garlic sauce - They only stock chilli & bbq sauce. No ketchup, mayo or garlic. This is bizarre and makes no sense whatsoever. Their chilli sauce is very sweet (actually tastes a bit like the bbq sauce) and needs a garlic-mayo sauce to balance it out. If they only change one thing, it should be to start stocking garlic, it literally takes no effort and I hear other customers asking for garlic every single time. Just bizarre. 2. The pitta bread / portion size - Order a large lamb shish and it comes in the same small pitta bread as the small portion. Each time I've ordered this (4) the bottom of the bread breaks as soon as you take the first bite, and the lamb falls out of the bottom. I always end up taking it home and eating with a knife and fork. Not the one. Use a larger bread for the large portions and wrap it up around the filling. 3. Cash only - Not a major problem as there is a cashpoint in the Coop nearby, but still the only takeaway in the area to not accept card. The one thing you cannot fault are the chips, very tasty and a good portion size for the price. They make a big deal on their menu of being all about high quality ingredients, and I will say that the lamb is always very tender and juicy. This place could easily be 4 stars with a few simple changes. As it stands, it only deserves 2 stars.

I am writing to express my deep concern about the extremely rude behavior I encountered during my recent visit to your establishment. Specifically, there were two staff members, who used inappropriate and offensive language towards me. This behavior is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I believe that all customers should be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of the situation. This experience has left me feeling very uncomfortable and upset. The worst pizza I have ever had in my life, I had one bite and couldn't actually stomach the rest. Not even edible, they told me they would send someone round to collect it and that I would then be refunded but no-one ever turned up. AWFUL! Waste of £25.
