Been a few times now, Relaxed chilled place to eat or have a few drinks.. Food is good, The Burgers are probably the best I've had in Carlisle and do try the Salt& Pepper chips, Very very good 👍

Wanted to go but couldn’t find the entrance! Maybe it’s closed on a Sunday?!!

Amazing food and drinks, great service. Highly recommend would definitely go back next time I'm in Carlisle.

Really enjoyed our lunch here on Saturday with my husband and mum. Great service from friendly staff, we'll definitely be back. I had the excellent Argentinian steak loaded fries with chimichurri, it was excellent. Forgot to take a pic, too busy eating haha!!

Two hours from order to arrival; constantly changing delivery time to avoid being ‘late’. Courier at restaurant for about 30 mins. Food was nice but the chips were stone cold by the time they arrived as they weren’t insulated. I won’t be ordering from The Print Yard again.

Good Food but order always wrong! 25 mins late, Missed half of our order, 26 pounds worth of food! Isn’t worth the aggravation of getting refunds.

Made the mistake of ordering the greek here days before I went on holiday to Greece. This has the most amazing gyros I've ever had and paled everything in actual Greece that I ate. Definitely recommend the chicken and halloumi gyros to anyone.

Nachos weren't nice......not sure what they made from as they weren't normal crisps but they were fried and really greasy and over cooked. Enchilada suiza was beautiful

A hidden gem in the centre of Carlisle. A great selection of dishes to choose from, mine was freshly cooked and tasted great. The staff were really friendly and helpful. I went mid-week so it was a bit quiet, but I can imagine it there would be a real buzz at the weekend.

Delivery driver was incredibly friendly. She was admiring our front lawn. It was lovely to speak to her ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Food was spot on, beer was good, staff friendly. And you could hold conversations easily with out being drowned out by noise or background music

Rude bar staff asked us to leave our table after 5 of us had few rounds of drinks and nibbles of food. Hadn’t explained they wanted the table back when seating us. Attitude throughout from staff, couldn’t find us an alternative table so left.

Extremely friendly service that also thinks about the dog. The food was very good and nicely presented

The food was freezing Cold , was absolutely rotten. Want a full Refund, it was disgraceful and disgusting! The driver lied and said it was not his fault the food was not ready in an unpleasant manner, however I had already been on the phone to the restaurant 3 times and they told me that the food was ready and where just waiting on the driver to come and collect it.

Mac and cheese wasn’t nice at all waste of money

Food portions are ridiculously small compared to the prices charged. £10.95 for two tiny bits of tortilla with a little bit of sauce? Just wow! The kids burger was cremated and tasted burnt. 7/8 chips with the kids meal. Very disappointing experience overall.

cant say how the food was as was not recieved, working 12 hour shifts in a hospital, ordered lunch which was a big order for then it to say its been delivered when it hasn't, and we've to go with no lunch, terrible service!!!

We’ve ordered from here previously and enjoyed, but this time was really disappointing. Nachos & chips were both over cooked verging on burnt. Gyros were both dry and bland - the tzatziki resembled cottage cheese! Really disappointing experience and nowhere near their previous standard. Has really put me off using them again.

Received a call from staff to tell me part of my order hadn't been sent with just eat driver. I said what can we do & was offered the rest of my order to arrive in someone's private car in about an hour. Very calm told the girl on the phone I didn't want my order in 2 separate halves an hour apart to be told very abruptly I couldn't do anything about it. When I asked the girl why she had such an attitude was told I had one. Assured I never. Just wanted my order in one go & was very calm. Had phone put down on me. Tried calling back to calmly resolve the issue to be ignored. As a regular customer, dining in & out of print yard I'm fully disgusted to be treat in this manner because someone clearly made a mistake & refused to own it & issue a refund. Will never return ever

App said order delivered, it wasn't, called the restaurant and they said they use third party drivers and so out of their hands as they can't contact them. Told me to submit a refund request on Just Eat. Fabulous, not!!

I didn't mind that the order took a wee while to arrive - I did mind that the woman who delivered it couldn't find my house and couldn't read the directions I provided, even though she has delivered to my house before. My order was also incomplete.

No food arrived. Driver marked the food as delivered and never turned up. £49 worth of food!!!!!!!!

Food was absolutely delicious - we just ordered the double burgers and they are cooked to perfection. I think it’s the closest thing in the city to tasting like a proper American burger when it’s cooked medium. Favourite takeaway!

Visited on a weekday lunchtime and were shown to an inside table by a rather dour young lad, were sat under a speaker which was really too loud for the size of room and also a very cold room. Menu selection was good and no complaints with the food itself. However the service was very poor. We asked for a hot drink to be served with the meal....that never arrived. While we still had our plates on the table and still drinking when a young lad stuck a QR sticker on the table and then asked if we would like our bill and without seeing our bill he was asking how we wld be paying, would we be paying separately, straight down the middle ? The place was never busy during our visit but we were the last in and I had to ask if they were closing because it felt as though he was rushing us out the door. It apparently wasn't closing so I don't know what the rush was. Unfortunately we won't be back with so many other lovely places in town.

Menu selection is really good with very nice vegan options as well. The food is delicious. Prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend this place to everybody.

I’m sure when ordered previously I’ve received 2x bao buns however it’s reduced down to 1 now. Could do with more of a sauce in it too. Bit disappointing.

By far the best home delivery in Carlisle. Is just as good as if you had it at the Print Yard

This was our first time in the print yard We went for lunch Great food good service but It was very cold and we were sat next to a radiator which was not very hot Sad really we would have been happy to stay but couldn't wait to get out and go somewhere warm, will be back but only when the weather warms up Great food good atmosphere Great drinks but very cold.

We ordered food at 4.30 it arrived at 6.26.

Our order was missing food, when we phoned to let them know they simply passed the blame on to Just eat, the young man on the phone was quite rude and pretty much said it wasn’t his problem, he refused to send out the rest of the order and then went on to say that he didn’t have time and hung up. WELL DONE PRINT YARD! You made a pregnant woman very unhappy and should be ashamed of your customer service.

Food absolute Garbage, sent my main course back twice (burnt Nacho’s) wife’s Gyros processed/microwaved food! When leaving had to ask for itemised receipt as they tried to charge me for my meal! No apology from waiting on staff! Bypass this place at all costs and head to Coco Mill 👍

Really not nice greasy and unedable noodles were dry and beef was so covered in Gravy there really was no need to send 3 more pots of gravy food was binned and lesson learned no more custom from us.....

Home delivery and it was just roast tatties in Yorkshire puds with gravied beef n maybe 4 baby spinach leaves n our daughters noodles where dry and she couldn't tell if the sauce was hot or salty n everything that did not have the sauce on was delicious she said so sorry for negative re iew but felt like I had my cats dinner in a yorkshire pud n Tbh our cat wouldn't 🐈 eat it either,I hate being negative on something but it was not good ***

We were in today for drinks and food, excellent experience, the burgers were the tastiest thing iv’e ever put in my mouth, the loaded fries were superb Highly recommended

We went here for an afternoon lunch, having initially thinking that this place had closed down we were surprised to see it open and thought give it a try. Ordered 2 dishes chicken gyros and crispy duck pancakes. Drinks and service fine the food well that was a let down. The crispy duck pancakes were not crispy duck but over cooked or old duck re heated it was dry and tastless and not crispy at all, I make this dish often and the pancakes were crumbly and breaking apart when folding which leads me to think again previously opened packet of pancakes. Dish enjoyment 2 out of 10. The chicken gyros a large pitta bread with unseasoned chicken the bread consisted of tatziki salad chicken and haloumi but the whole dish lacked in flavour and the bread was not hot but luke warm we ate what we could but left the majority. The music inside the bar/ restaurant area is louder than it needs to be and you find yourself talking very loud to get a conversation across with fellow dinners with you. It's a shame that this place is making mistakes like this as this part of the town will soon be student doctors and medical Professionals central so if you can't do good food with 6 guests in the restaurant then I'm sure your gonna struggle when this part of the town becomes mega busy in the next few years.

Delivery time changed three times but still wasn’t too bad overall. Food was delicious thank you. Would 100% recommend.

I blooming loved. Only thing that was a let down was there was no pomegranate in the gyros. It was the second time that this happened too. Apart from that it was excellent. Fully recommend.

Terrible food, blasting music, and service that left a lot to be desired, not the ideal place to go out for a meal. The floor looked like it hadn't seen a hoover in weeks, and the plastic school chairs were nowhere near comfortable. It's definitely not a place I would return or return. All 5 of us felt the same.

I have been here a couple of times now and the food is excellent. You can even sit outside in the cold as they provide blankets and there are heaters.

Food was great as usual, only complaint was that the halloumi came without any tzatziki.

We came for a leaving party. The food and service were great. We were outside, it was cold but the heaters were put on and we were given blankets. The only thing was when it rained, the people sitting on the edge got a bit damp. Luckily, it didn't rain for long, and we still enjoyed it.

Beautiful food made with quality ingredients. I had the beef Yorkshire pudding wrap, which was absolutely delicious, and my husband had chicken gyros which he found to be very tasty. Would recommend and order again.

Nice'ish! Can't really say I was impressed with the place. Mainly sat outside, not many seats inside. Drinks ok but not a big choice and all a bit bland & order from your table, no atmosphere, nothing special. Asked to leave after an hour as our tables were re-booked. We were booked in for a Birthday Would have been nice to be told in advance before ordering more drinks! Would we go back- doubt it!

Ate here on bank holiday Monday, within 5 hours of finishing our food, I was struck down with food poisoning and other members of the group also feeling unwell. I sent an email about this and didn’t get a response, I’d avoid.
