Very good food. If you want a takeaway that is comparable to dine-in quality then this is a good option.

Can’t fault the service but honestly the food lacked any real flavour. Iv had better from average takeaways and that’s not good. Sorry but I feel like you should know this.

4 cheese pizza with chicken and chorizo was absolutely spot on. Full of flavour!! Profiteroles needed more cream but the sauce was incredible! Best take away in wigan

Called in for something to eat after working in the area. Went for the Ham and Mushroom pizza which was absolutely incredible. Great to find somewhere that does authentic, freshly made pizza instead of the greasy processed pizza you usually find. Pizza was light, fresh and cooked perfectly. If you are after a fresh, authentic pizza cooked with good ingredients then look no further. Can't wait to visit again.

Pizza was fresh, tasty and hot. Proper clay oven pizza with a variety of toppings. Would recommend and will definitely be returning.

Used to be lovely, ordered a pizza with rocket tomatoes Parma ham and cheese on, which is what I got, but it arrived as a margarita pizza with just a load of the above raw thrown on top, worse pizza ever..

I think this is the best Italian pizza that I've found in uk till now. Is it clear that ingredients are mostly Italians and the flavours gives feedback all alone. Per gli italiani, questa è la pizzeria da chiamare in area Wigan e orrell! Perfetta!

Ordered from here twice now after struggling to find a good / reliable take away. The food is outstanding, I had a pizza which was cooked to perfection and since tried a burger which was red hot when delivered and probably one of the best I ever had. Highly recommended and worth the slightly longer wait time.

It's dead good. With pizza that is very pizza like. Although it's a rough business to find you can't pay by card in the shop. This caused me considerable alarm. But the pizza caused me to be most delightful.

If i could give zero stars i would. Food arrived 2 hours late with the ribs that were missed off my last order two weeks ago!!!!. Food was cold despite the Pizza Box stating Delicious and Hot......Called to complain and speak to the manager, the young lady left the phone open by mistake i could over hear a very rude member of staff essentially slagging me off in the background. I was then told to leave the food outside and they would send a driver(the only driver) to pick up the food and refund a worthy note that we are now at 10.15 on a Friday night. He arrived with no money, still not received the refund my account has been disabled. Absolute shower this lot over commit under deliver avoid!! avoid!! avoid!!!!!!

I had pizza and carbonara with mushroom. Penne pasta wasn’t even boiled and I’m just putting the whole lot in the bin. Bought that for Mrs and very disappointed. Won’t go again. Worse Italian food I ever tried.

Had my first taste of Primo, this italian wannabe, I can now advise for people to stay away from pineapple pizza as it is mushy and it's only taste is the pineapple. The diavola wasn't bad, expected bit more fire in the oven but perhaps quality goes down when loads of orders come in.

So looking forward to our first takeaway since moving to Billinge. After spending the day at A&E with my husband who has severe alzheimers, I decided on a pizza as he can manage eat those without too much difficulty. How wrong I was... We had a vegetarian pizza... It was sloppy and slimy and there was no way of eating it without a knife and fork, pretty tasteless too. The crust part was nice though. Also ordered some stuffed mushrooms, which were quite nice. We also ordered some potatoe skins... Yuk! Very soggy potatoe skins with a tin of blended tomatos poured over the top, with slimy cheese and what looked like boiled bacon thrown in and luke warm.... Which is what the dish looked like... It had all be thrown together and shook up. All in all, I will not be going back there.

Go to for pizzas 😍 Meal deals are fab price, original pizzas. Always pre order or it gets busy and will have a wait. Definitely worth the wait though😳

Website very cumbersome and failed to order on 2 occasions with errors. Got recommended but won’t bother now.

Only ever tried the pizza & garlic bread with cheese from here & it is really nice. However, the app isn't very user-friendly and I cannot figure out how to use loyalty points and what they're even for (Every time I try to use them it always says I do not have enough to use them and the minimum amount needed changes each time also (It used to say 7 needed, then 8 on the next order, then 9 on the next order, etc)). When ordering on the app also it won't let you select a timeslot request sometimes (last time it was hours before the restaurant was closing, so I couldn't get past the checkout as it wasn't letting me select anything). Overall its nice food but such a hassle to order it for delivery, if the owners read this would you be able to explain what the loyalty points are for and why the minimum needed seems to change as my points increase.

Ordered 14 " with extra cheese and extra pepperoni...hardly had any cheese on and only 7 peices of pepperoni...dread to think what it would of been like without the extra!!! Had to put cheese on it ourselves! Wouldn't go again

I'm so glad I've discovered Primo, the Italian food is so fresh and amazing restaurant quality. Ordered online through the Primo app and the food came piping hot and surprisingly early. Me and my partner love Italian pasta so we tried two pasta dishes and garlic bread with cheese, they were so tasty and you could tell it was homemade. Definitely would recommend if you're a fan of Italian food and would like the restaurant quality at your doorstep. Will definitely order from here again, very pleased

Second time we have used Primo, the three of us got different mains this time and shared some of each, all three were superb add a lovely thin crust crispy garlic bread with cheese and we had a 5 star meal. Thanks.

Despite the order taking 4-hrs for delivery (apparently the staff are unable to advise on delivery time when ordering via the app), the food was very nice and hot when it arrived.

We love ordering from here, always roasting hot food and great taste, ordered tonight and our pasta order was wrong, rang the restaurant and literally in about 10 minutes maybe not even that my correct order was at my door couldn’t recommend this place enough! Fab service and food 10/10 👌🏼

Incredible food & service. Really good value considering the quality and flavour of the food. Last few times, I've gone for the same Primo Special Deal - meatballs starter, pollo al pepe main with sauteed potatoes, plus garlic bread side. Flawless every time. Always delivered quickly too. Can't recommend highly enough. Get 39 Meadowbrook saved in your driver's sat nav, as I will be using you on the regular from here on :) - Lewis

The naked waiters is an excellent idea, very comforting and adds to the atmosphere. But when i said i wanted meatballs on my pizza tha's not what i meant.

Not as happy as I thought I’d be. More expensive than a usual takeaway and I was expecting much nicer food.

Excellent food & service for a take an Italian way. Nice to have a pasta dish instead of Pizza all the time.

Just had the spaghetti bol and was not impressed to be honest I can do better myself won't be ordering anything again although the pizza wasn't bad!
