Prime pizza in Coventry

Badly badly gone down hill. Inedible french fries and a poor excuse of a kebab in pitta. Kebab naan is nowhere like they used to be. The new owners need to get the quality back to where it was. A total waste of money.

Worst place ever, got scammed. This place deserves a negative rating. The food has been paid for but it never arrived. They don't pick up your calls either. Worst service ever, listen to the other reviews and please don't ever buy anything from here.

2 hours to get food no sorry or anything off driver very rude won't be ordering again

Took ages to find delivery driver and some of it was cold, wasn't anything to shout about either... Don't think I'll order again from this place

Ordered from here a few times now and each time is always late,had burger meal of which teaser great but they look like they have just been thrown together so you have to put it all back together before you can pick up to eat

Wouldn’t even give it a 1 food came absolutely cold and all just eat did was give £6 credit for a £20 order 😬definitely won’t be ordering again

first time using this restaurant and is also the last, late delivery, said no house number, but Just Eat and PayPal have the address,

delivery time changed by 20min and was still 10-15 min late. Overall waited 1hr 30min for our order. On that note, not usually like this. So hoping it was down to a busy Sat evening.

Turned late and food was cold. Called the restaurant and they said it would come before 8:30pm - food turned up at 9:10 pm. Dips were half full although I paid extra for them. Not good at all

Food took 2 hours. Called restaurant multiple times who said “it’s on its way with driver “, which it clearly wasn’t. They marked as delivered even though it wasn’t delivered. Eventually arrived cold. Food was poor not what I ordered.

Pizza has fantastic stuffed crust and it has great fries. It also has wonderful deals, just wish it had a quicker delivery time. I still plan to order again just will factor in the delivery time.

Ordered the food at 6 and it arrived for half 8. It was cold and deffo not worth the wait. Never ordering from here again

they were more than a hour late for the delivery and food was ice cold i had to call them numerous of times and kept getting told the driver is on there way but that went on for over a hour absolutely ridiculous.

Food cold on arrival. The mixed kebab on naan looked as if someone had thrown it together. Served in a polystyrene box this time. So few chips added to make into a meal you could count them on one hand. As for the thin crust pizza, it was also cold, chewy very like eating plastic! I've had thinner crusts on a normal crust pizza. This was by far the worst food ever from Prime Pizza!

The kebab was delivered with about 5 pieces of meat inside and when contacted they said they would deliver a new one and didn’t would never waste my money there again!!

Waiting 2 and a half hours for cold food. I called them every 20 minutes for an update to be told 5-10 minutes for it to take an extra hour and a half before the delivery arrived. I get that the place might be busy but making no effort to let me know, bringing cold food and getting the order wrong... Never again I guess.

The order was placed at 18:10 and the order arrived at 19:35 when it said that the order will arrive at 18:55. Also the order was marked as delivered at 19:10 but I only received at 19:35

food wasn't quite what I ordered thin base rather than thick but was nice enough

Food was cold when it arrived, was an hour late. Rang the restaurant twice and they just kept saying it was on the way. Pizzas themselves were average at best. Disappointing.

Order was late over 45 min Cheesy chips barely any cheese and strange taste. Since the new management taken over the standards are slowly dropping , the delivery times are getting worse so is the standard of food. Its a shame prime our go to

ordered my food at 6.15pm delivery was supposed to be 7pm food did not arrive rang restraunt multiple times they did not answer on the forth time of ringing they answered and told me food would be 30 minutes so I waited 30 minutes went by still no food so rang again and was told another 5 minutes staff didn't seem to know what was going on very poor service food was pretty avarage and rushed definatly avoid will never use again

it's very bad experience with this pizza like I ordered pizza and it's very bad smelly nd the staff they don't know how to talk with customers they directly cuts the call while speaking explaining the problem nd I very much disappointed with this order and the staff

Think it reopened last year and is a mile above other fast food restaurants open in the small hours, still using them on and off and haven't had any issues as well as loved every order. Staff lovely

food never turned up at all. instructions were put on to the delivery note on exactly how to get to my property as its a bad signal area and can't get in touch by phone,all the driver had to do was read the receipt.

both meals were atrocious very watery like a soup with no cheese and very tasteless had to put on my own cheese and sauce just to have some sort of taste and leaked all over the bag what a mess chips were in a polystyrene box and box had melted slightly in side which gave the chips a horrible taste beyond disappointed very unhappy with this order

I order nearly every night for my son. My son is autistic and this is his most favourite meal. Thank you for always providing him with want he wants . Always delivered on time always hot.

I had ordered two pizzas, I can share pictures of those. The toppings were burnt, full black. It gave such a bad after taste and the whole pizza was ruined. If someone is ordering food at midnight at least the restaurant could make it edible.

The kebab meat was dry and changing colour as it had been cut too long. The chicken kebab was tasteless and rubbery, also chunks of fat/gristle. Chips were a good colour but dry and tasteless. Not a good experience.

shocking, got the whole order messed up 2 pizzas and forgot my daughters kids meal after waiting nearly 1hr 30mins very frustrated and no longer have an appetite

Hardly any chicken or kebab meat so poor value for money. 100% not ordering again.

Apart from food arriving late and some of it spilled in the bag, everything was very tasty and fresh and still very hot. The new dishes on menu was delicious, very happy with everything.

First time ordering and the Franks wings were really good lots of sauce better than domino’s franks wings by far! Pizza needed more cheese l enjoyed with the homemade dip so that made up for it defo ordering again thank you :-)

Pizza was cold and milkshakes were not the best. When they delivered they didn’t have the change as it was a cash order. Was delivered at 1AM and the 2 lads delivering was being very loud outside the house.
