Prime pizza in Coventry

Think it reopened last year and is a mile above other fast food restaurants open in the small hours, still using them on and off and haven't had any issues as well as loved every order. Staff lovely

both meals were atrocious very watery like a soup with no cheese and very tasteless had to put on my own cheese and sauce just to have some sort of taste and leaked all over the bag what a mess chips were in a polystyrene box and box had melted slightly in side which gave the chips a horrible taste beyond disappointed very unhappy with this order

I order nearly every night for my son. My son is autistic and this is his most favourite meal. Thank you for always providing him with want he wants . Always delivered on time always hot.

my order is missing there is buy one get one pizza but i only received one i want my refund back

I had ordered two pizzas, I can share pictures of those. The toppings were burnt, full black. It gave such a bad after taste and the whole pizza was ruined. If someone is ordering food at midnight at least the restaurant could make it edible.

Delicious today, hot and fresh. Little bit late which is only gripe but didn't affect the heat so not the end fit eh works

The kebab meat was dry and changing colour as it had been cut too long. The chicken kebab was tasteless and rubbery, also chunks of fat/gristle. Chips were a good colour but dry and tasteless. Not a good experience.

shocking, got the whole order messed up 2 pizzas and forgot my daughters kids meal after waiting nearly 1hr 30mins very frustrated and no longer have an appetite

Hardly any chicken or kebab meat so poor value for money. 100% not ordering again.

Apart from food arriving late and some of it spilled in the bag, everything was very tasty and fresh and still very hot. The new dishes on menu was delicious, very happy with everything.

First time ordering and the Franks wings were really good lots of sauce better than domino’s franks wings by far! Pizza needed more cheese l enjoyed with the homemade dip so that made up for it defo ordering again thank you :-)

I recently ordered takeaway from Prime Pizza Service, and I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. I cam yo UK few days back. This is the third time that I am trying pizzas in the Uk but never had a good taste but this one made my whole day. I would love to recommend to others and order more from here.

Pizza was cold and milkshakes were not the best. When they delivered they didn’t have the change as it was a cash order. Was delivered at 1AM and the 2 lads delivering was being very loud outside the house.

food was on road nearly 40 minutes..so it came cold. I ordered an 11inch pizza I only got a 8 inch. the dips didn't come. and I have stomach ache next day. just eat don't do nothing... I asked the driver why he took so long. he just says yes..and walked off.. it used to be nice. never again

I've been ordering from this place for over a year. Usually kebabs, pizza and chips. Perfect everytime. Freshly made. Melt in your mouth chips. Quick delivery. Fantastic prices.

Less toppings than usual & the pepperoni was missing from both pizzas. Not good. I stopped using KFC because they got my order wrong.

Great service and great pizza. Ordered thin crust and it was actually thin crust. Very nice tasting also. Lived it and will definitely order again.

Attempted to contact Prime Pizza to obtain resolution, but the phone number is out of service, (deliberately?) and had to go on google to get the number, the owner refused to supply any resolution or refund. Avoid!

Used to be excellent, now it's appalling. Wife and I got food poisoning. We should have gone with our instinct as the food just didn't look right.

Your prime pizza , is an elite pizza, it’s the ultimate everything that competes …. No smashes all top brand pizza places by … miles , you really should be proud of this , I’m usually brutal with my honesty at bad places when leaving reviews , well done !

I ordered a 20 inch pizza with bbq chicken, green pepper, onion with garlic sauce which I assumed was garlic mayo.My order came 20 mins late then when I called to ask if I could have another pizza sent because all my topping were not there the manager tried to tell me that ‘garlic sauce’ was not garlic mayo. English is very poor and clearly can’t understand the basics. He refused to send me another one or even send me garlic mayo. Pizza was nice but the manager is very rude and refused to admit his mistake. To be honest it ruined the whole pizza not having garlic sauce like I’d specially asked for. And ended up waiting over 1 hour and half for it.

Side orders cold,2 jalapeño cream cheese bashed. Both pizza cold.

Very original taste I would highly recommend it.

Genuinely the best local takeaway in terms of quality and service. Food is always excellent and hot, staff are always friendly. Definitely recommend: pizzas, kebabs, chicken burgers, chicken strippers, and the fries are always crispy.

Food late delivery time was changed twice the only food that was nice was the chips

They rake the absolute piss, im highly allergic to tomato, they were told not to add it to my meal, so they added it, I called to explain they put the fine down wothout anything getting fixed

I've been a regular to this place but after my recent visit... no more. Charging higher prices than what's displayed on the menu. Server could not understand basic English. And the portion sizes have reduced.

If you want pizza to come an hour after you order it then its a good idea, I don't think the delivery drivers care To add even when you call the restaurant it goes straight through to answering machine which is ridiculous. No reputable takeaway does this, for example I have called dominos, Rio's and Tuscany pizza to ask for updates on delivery

Seems like other people have had a bad experience with this place but it's been great for me. The owner of the establishment is very well mannered and even though i have very specific requirements for my food he's always more than happy to oblige. I say give it a try, cause you never know, you might end up really liking it.

Guy at the counter couldn't understand simple English. Took my order and gave me the wrong pizza, and it was atrocious. Rubbery texture no taste and stale dough. The fries were hard like concrete, probably deep fried old batch, like many of these places in cov! Tried to find something to appreciate but honestly there was nothing!

Average food and worst customer service

Third time when I take food from here... First 2 times was OK... but today the man who made the food ... execrable! Speaking on the phone in front of customer, and he put me to repeat 2-3 times the toppings, not washing hands ,he just put a glove to one hand. 2 small pizza in more than 18 min. Last time when I order!

Absolutely disgusting. 0 for hygiene. The service was terrible & they completely messed up my order and whilst they were trying to fix it I watched as they prepared my food with no gloves (using there hands). Disgusting place never eat there!
