Prezzo Italian Restaurant Grantham in South Kesteven

Another lovely meal with Prezzo, even better because it was a special 99p meal deal. Our waitress was Maja but other staff were very helpful and friendly.

Thoroughly enjoyed everything(including the price) at the 99p Pizza Pasta. Delicious and we’ll definitely be going back again.

Staff very helpful and explained items on menu. Happy to go any time of day.

I had dinner with my family at Prezzo in Grantham, and we had a fantastic experience! The service was attentive from start to finish, the food arrived quickly, and everything tasted delicious. We ordered pasta and pizza — all perfectly cooked with authentic flavors. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, great for family gatherings or special occasions. We will definitely be back! Highly recommended!

Good value food in a friendly environment

The beef shin pasta is gorgeous. Kids stuff their faces every time. Could have had a few more sprinkles on their dessert but honestly, the most minor of complaints.

Lovely evening and really good food and service but we were disappointed that the menu has become somewhat restricted. No fish dishes - I used to love the seabass which is no longer available.

We visit this Prezzo on a regular basis and have been very happy with service until recently. The last two visits were poor due to lack of staff.

Whilst the food was pleasant and the staff friendly,, the order was taken, then forgotten 2 times and then upon taking the plates, another 40 minute wait for the bill, which I reminded them of more than once. This led to being late to the car and that unfortunately got stuck behind a barrier, (which I will now be fined for) due to over an hour of unexpected waiting (allowances of course made for actual meal prep which was timely), including when trying to pay. Of course I expected some form of wait and I appreciate busier periods (the restaurant was approximately half full at the time of meal arriving and nearly empty by the time it came to actually pay). I will not be returning

Absolutely shocking service. Arrived at 6.30pm for a quick meal and left at 9.30pm. Complained twice. Was told there was an issue in the kitchen. Other tables arrived after us and were gone well before our table. Really, really poor experience. We were given discount but that doesn’t make up for ruining our evening. 👎👎👎

We arrived at 7.00pm and it took 1/2 hour to get a drink. Generally service was poor due to one person looking after too many tables. Staters we’re over priced.

Super tasty, quality food served by friendly, professional, polite staff in clean and pleasant surroundings. Would definitely recommend if you're a fan of pizza and pasta. Excellent lunch at a great price with voucher. Highly advise signing up for offers.

The smell was really awful, the senior waiter said it was something to do with the sewers, but it is really unpleasant and not the usual standard, someone from Head Office needs to visit before your staff or customers are I’ll.

In all the years of being a delivery driver never have I been accused of stealing customers food but today was the first so apparently because customer reported food not received miss adriana from prezzo in grantham instantly assumed I stole the food calling me out in the middle of the restaurant infront of their customers I will be complaining to their head office totally unacceptable.

Not really much atmosphere because there wasn’t many in so not the fault of the restaurant. Food as ever was lovely. I wasn’t offered a receipt which I’m sure I should have been even though I paid by vouchers and a gift card so I’m not sure what my total amount spent was.

We had a 2 for 1 deal on the mains, so we decided to give this place a try. From the moment we sat down, the service was top-notch, and the food was absolutely delicious! We started with a starter and then had the main course, and both were incredible. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back again in the future!

Booking page didn’t work which was a great start, and the phone booking service was appalling which wouldn’t let you book, suggested a different time, you chose that time and it went in a constant loop. Not the best first start, but okay, we finally managed to book. When explaining this as we weren’t sure if the booking had gone through to the what appeared to be the ‘head waiter’, we were rudely snapped at. We let it slide. However, time and time again this waiter was rude and obviously thought customer service was a joke. Really really poor and fairly disappointing. It wasn’t just us feeling this way, we overheard many people complaining about his poor attitude. On the other hand, the food was nice and came quickly. Apart from the dire waiter, the experience was decent.

Went with a family party of 8 midweek. Food was absolutely lovely although a little on the pricey side in my opinion. Service was very slow and we had to chase to get tabled cleared after main course. I appreciate that you don't want to be rushed, but equally don't want to be waiting ages either. It was midweek but quite busy and I don't think there was enough staff on. Would certainly go again.

Greeted by a very polite young man who found us a table even though my booking was actually for two days prior, whoops! Great service, never rushed and food was delicious! Lovely decor and comfy seating. A very pleasant all round experience!

We both thoroughly enjoyed our meal on Monday - spaghetti carbonara x 2, one with tender chicken pieces added. We would definitely order the same dish again. As far as atmosphere is concerned, we always find the noise level, in the Grantham branch, very loud!

The best Prezzo I've been to! This is a modern, stylish and comfortable restaurant. We are always extremely satisfied with our meals, they are served promptly and are delicious every time. I highly recommend the wild strawberry lemonade. The staff are always polite and friendly at the Grantham Prezzo and it is well worth a visit!

A lovely lunchtime dining experience. The 2 different seafood dishes we chose were excellent, the king prawns in each were very tasty and not overcooked. I used my special offer coupon of 1 mains & the second for £1.00, so it was very good value for the dishes we chose. The desserts were also of very good quality. Our server was pleasant & attentive whilst not being "obtrusive".

Ordered delivery, undercooked pizza arrived at my door with tomato sauce in little bumps instead of spread...

Wasn't on time but only by 5 mins and it was busy (Saturday before Christmas). Normally ok but below standard quality wise, again it is silly season!

My friend and I visited for an afternoon get together and long awaited catch-up. The staff were welcoming and attentive, without being too forceful. The food was delicious and they catered to our food intolerances without any complaint.

Good food and service but the drinks are expensive. £6:50 for 330ml bottle of beer. Down the road the local pub does pints for £4 - £5.00 so I would suggest water with your meal then off to the pub

Food was great. We waited a bit long but otherwise everything was great. If you need it you should go somewhere else😅

After a busy day ordered spaghetti bologna, mozzarella garlic bread and fries. I don't have a big appetite but I thought the bag was a bit light when it came. The box containing said spaghetti bol was only half full. Although it was tasty, it was a small portion. The fries were cool and for £4.30 again it was a small portion. The garlic bread had a small dollop of mozzarella in the middle and again the bead was small. Also, it was like they had used garlic salt across the bread as it had a sandy texture. Very disappointed.

Went here when visiting family in cottersmore. Have to say in all honesty..this was the most delicious pizza I have ever had..I've been to pizza resteraunts before and couldn't compare to prezzo pizza .

Food is nice but not overwhelming. My portion was quite the portion but my husband's was so small he ended up eating mine. Mine was the king prawn spaghetti but as a sea food lover the prawns are not king size. The taste was enjoyable enough. Husband has crab and lobster ravioli. If you have a big appetite this will not fill you. The portion is very small There was 10 of us so we were all happy with the food and atmosphere Thanks

Waiting to long 😴 for everything 😴

My first time in this restaurant, the occasion was a goodbye party for a colleague that is moving to another company. I can say the food, service and drink were excellent, really good atmosphere and a diverse range of food options. I’m definitely will be back.

It's clean with modern if uninspiring decor and the food is ok but there's no escaping it is hideously, hideously over priced. And that's not a Grantham thing but corporate chain greed. Sadly very common these days.

Really nice Prezzo in a prime location in the centre of Grantham. Onstreet parking after 1830 and a nearby multistorey. Excellent menu with many choices. Wine list not extensive but more than adequate. Beer selection poor. Staff friendly and efficient. Restaurant very clean and well presented. Well worth a return visit

Booked a table for 9 of us 1st August 2023 the food was excellent,couldn't decide from the menu was so much choice ended up having the Antipasti as a starter and the salmon pasta as a main both were full of flavour. Ideal for a special occasion,a little pricey for a walk in Restaurant/takeaway,would definitely come again with a little but more hindsight into there prices. As the saying goes you pay for what you get and my meal was worth the price.

Food was really nice and well presented. Service wasn't overly friendly, they just did what they needed to do. Not much interaction, so doesn't make for the complete experience. Might go back if I'm in Grantham.

This is the first time I've eaten at a Prezzo, and the Grantham branch set the bar very high. I had a delicious garlic bread and a pizza, both were delicious, piping hot and served by great staff.

June 2023 Great Lunch , the beef was good and the pino rose wine 2021 was very good. Nice cheesecake to finish.

Prezzos version of Italian food is a bit average. Pasta flavoursome but a bit oily and the garlic bread pizza was ok but nothing special The service and decore were nice
