We often drop in for a quick meal between work / work meetings The staff are great at catering for our needs and some know our order (we get the same every time). Food is always very good and the garlic mayo is the best

Visited after a trip to the cineaworld to see Dune, I must say I was pleasantly surprised, as it is a chain restaurant I was expecting it to be a bit impersonal and a conveyor belt I was wrong. We were seated immediately and drinks orders were served shortly after, it was busy with cinema traffic and we were warned there could be a wait for food considering how busy it was or food arrived within 10. The food was excellent the staff were polite and efficient, all in all a pleasant way to end the night

Very over priced for portion size and quality . I got the chicken in white wine sauce chicken was so dry really didn't get any white wine sauce. Ordered expresso the little cup they come in quarter full. I will never eat in prezzos again.

Brilliant! I’ve honestly never had a bad experience at the Prezzo restaurant in Broughton and have been countless times now. It is great here - staff are really friendly, welcoming and attentive and the food is fresh and full of flavour every time. Thank you.

It took two hours for the burger I ordered to arrive and then was the wrong one I will never go there again.

Had to walk out as the waiter, think his name was Teddy, was extremely rude, never experienced such a low level of service before which is a shame because I was looking forward to trying Prezzo but I won’t be returning

There are limited places to eat now at this retail park. It’s always busy which is a good sign. Pre-booking is usually recommended especially at the weekend as there are loads of people shopping. The service is prompt & the food is as it should be, good. We both had the garlic bread starter, then I had the salmon penne & the wife had chicken penne which were both great. There’s plenty of nearby shops & stuff as well as the cinema. Fully recommended.

Popped in for something to eat after some shopping with my wife excellent food and drinks which was hot and tasty quick service , very friendly manager,well worth a visit will be revisiting very soon

Very slow service resulting in the main meals being delivered cold, also waiting an hour for the sweets to be delivered. We won’t visit Prezzo Broughton again.

We went here last night on a return visit as our last experience was really good. This time fell short unfortunately. We arrived eight minutes late to find our table wasn’t ready. Ordered drinks and food quickly but our drinks were waiting an inordinate amount of time on the bar to the point we were going to collect them ourselves. Starters took a fair amount of time to come but not all delivered at once. Most of my family were halfway through them by the time mine arrived. The quality of the majority of the meal was very good but my ravioli and my husband’s risotto were well below the standard of our last visit. We were rushed as everything took a while to come and we were going to the cinema so couldn’t have desserts. Nobody checked at any point with us how the food/experience was. There were only two people waiting tables and normally I would have done sympathy for this but it wasn’t that busy so I’m sure if they had worked more efficiently.

Friendly welcome from the waitress who took our order and was super friendly throughout. We only wanted a couple of pizzas and they were delicious. Service was prompt. Popped in for a late lunch mid afternoon, 2 adults, 2 children, food with soft drinks. We had two children’s meal deals, garlic bread, pizza and ice lolly. Two side of fries. For mains, adults had vegan bolognaise and Penne Arrabbiata (with Burrata and chicken, followed by Sticky toffee pud & a Tiramisu. The food was excellent. Service was satisfactory. I only dropped a star as it came to £100 for a quick lunch with one soft drink each, so no wonder it wasn’t busy. Over £4 for a tiny portion of fries (even if they are delicious).

Went with my two Children, very disappointing. Used to love Prezzo but it’s gone way downhill! Extremely overpriced, no option for kids except the set menu - 3 courses for £7.25. Drinks very expensive, food took ages to arrive and we didn’t have time for the kids desserts as we were going to watch a film at the cinema next door. They don’t accept cash payments. I had to ask for my pasta to be re-plated as it was filthy 🤢 as were the toilets, not clean at all. We were seated right next to another family with a baby and a pram and we were on top of each other. There were lots of free tables so don’t know why the waiter chose that table. I tried to use my Taste card but they wouldn’t allow the kids meals to be 2 for 1. The kind waiter who brought the bill did take the price of one kids meal off though. Felt a bit sorry for some of the staff, embarrassing charging those prices for such average food. £5.50 for a single piece of garlic bread! Won’t be returning sadly.

If you really like sloppy sloppy lasagne with no salad nor chips this is the place to go. Nit for me yuk never again almost 20 pounds fir the sloppy and mac Donald's type chips

The food is great one staff are lovely. such good value for money. The only thing is you need to change the kids Nutella dippers. The only thing that keeps kids eating is the Nutella. But over all great place!

Attended lunch time on the day of opening due to closure as a result of cv19. We where impressed with the professional of all staff we encountered, the spacing of tables meant at no time did we feel uncomfortable or unsafe. It was strange for both us and staff alike but hats off this branch has done a superb job. Due to online booking problems was unable to book a chair for a baby seat but this was sorted out and all Welsh Government guidence adhered to. As always the food was superb and tasty and with meerkat and the dine in offer superb value for money. Cannot wait until my next visit.

A birthday voucher lunchtime farce... 2 adults 1 toddler, ordered our food of a child’s meal plus 1 pizza & 1 salad and a jug of water (water never appeared) to then have our toddlers bowl of ice cream brought to the table before any mains arrived! Then waited as the restaurant got busier & busier (yes granted it was half term) and still waited patiently as other customers were served lunches who ordered after us. Approx 50 minutes later and no order in sight, we decided cancel our order & leave. Will not return there a complete and utter disappointment, was recommended to go there for lunch too!

Food was great as were the drinks. Staff were polite and efficient. Wasn’t overly happy with positioning of the table as we were sat between 2 very young teenage couples which made us feel a bit awkward. Understandable as the restaurant was busy.

I should have known from the first that this was not going to be a happy experience when the man at the door turned his back on us we came in. Nobody was very attentive and we had to summon waiting staff to take our order.The young man who served us needs to go on a gender identification course as he addressed us as "Guys". I found this odd as both of my companions were obviously women and very feminine with it. I think it is just rude not to say Sir and Madam or Ladies and Gent.I had meatballs and the Vesuvio pizza which were very good. My friends had calamari and prawns in tomatoes which were not. When we told the waiter he was generally disinterested. It was a good job that he deducted them from the bill as we would not have paid for them.One of my friends wanted a weak liquor coffee. The waiter was totally unfamiliar with the spirits on offer and when questioned mumbled something about there being a lot of bottles and he could not remember their names. Poor product knowledge. When the coffee arrived rather than being weak it would have put hairs on my friend's chest had she drunk it. That was knocked off the bill too.Nobody expressed any remorse that we had not had a good experience. My advice is to go to Pizza Express next door.

Food and service is good, visited a few time with friends. Plenty of meal options. Food has great flavour and presented nice. Good value too.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE! Pasta was cooked to death it was softer than mash potato!Our Waiter makes TEDDY gave us dirty looks and attitude when we told him. Didn’t apologise at all, then chucked bill on Table. Another 2tables were sending food back aswell. DONT EAT HERE and if you do then avoid Teddy, he will ruin your night with his intimidating stare and no manners. My first bad review for anything in a long time

Been a year since we last called. Been shopping so decided on Italian for a change.Had the 2 course special which came with a drink. My husband had a glass of wine and I had cappuccino - very nice but very small cup.,Shared pizza bites and garlic mushrooms between us - tasty.I had pasta with chicken and my husband ordered pizza - both very filling and delicious.Enjoyable meal, friendly staff and reasonable prices. We decided to have lunch in Prezzo (a first time for me) the place was quiet so we got seated quickly and we ordered drinks. When we were ready to order we tried waving for service but they all scattered like cockroaches in the light. This cat and mouse game went on for about 20 mins until we eventually got their notice. We ordered the food and waited and waited and waited until it eventually arrived apart from the plate of olives that were suppose to be pre lunch nibbles. We again just about managed to ask for the Olives which took about ten minutes to arrive. I can only speak for my meal, spaghetti and meatballs, it was just about ok, it seemed like it had been sitting under heat lamps for a while (dry on top), I ate it all the same. When I asked for the bill we had been charged twice for the Olives, nice touch I thought. I think it is safe to say I will try my best not to return to Prezzo again. We went for a 2 course menu deal and similar for the kids but it still came to £52, not happy about that.

Another last min trip to Prezzo making use of a half price mains voucher. Food as ever was delicious and the service was again excellent. Great stuff!!

We'd just come out of Cineworld and we decided to have a bite to eat whilst still at Broughton Park, rather than go home and cook. Prezzo had an A-Board outside that had an offer on '2 courses for £9.95' which we thought was good.

Excellent, loved the decor and the feel of the place. Lovely menu, I have a excellent discount with blue light card. Wine was delicious as was the food. Stuffed mushrooms delish, as was the pizza. Kids had a 3 course meal all within a very reasonable budget! Think we have thought it’s much more expensive than it is well worth it and we will be returning!

We dine here regularly and it never fails to be one of the best restaurants around! Food and service is always excellent, staff are so welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Definitely recommend the prawn and salmon risotto.

We dined at Prezzo in the late afternoon after shopping at the Broughton retail park. The staff were all really friendly and welcoming, they found us a great table to accommodate our pram and where I could discreetly feed our baby. They were very accommodating with our food order, allowing us to customise our pasta dishes.

Visited Wednesday evening. The place was far busier than usual but the service was excellent. It was that busy we actually saw a couple of the staff “running”.....they all worked very hard. .

Rather dry pizzas...our Vesuvio pizzas had much less in the way of cheese and tomato compares to the same dish we’ve had in other branches of this chain. Great staff who were very helpful. This place is a giant crèche though with lots of screaming kids - we wouldn’t use this branch again.

Popped in for dinner after a busy shopping experience, got a table straight away swiftly seated picked a 2 for 15.95 meal, actually we were quite impressed with the choice, size of portion and presentation, staff were friendly and helpful and service was fast, food was hot tasty and well presented, overall quite impressed I will be back well done prezzo

Called into Broughton today for shopping and decided to have lunch out. I’m so glad we did.

Wow lovely meal in nice surroundings served by very attentive waiter and waitress, we just had a quick bite of spaghetti and one of the new dishes peas in pasta with pesto and lemon absolutely delicious, thanks guys fresh tasty food served by attentive caring staff. Why not 5 stars well as my old dad would always say there’s always room for improvement.... so keep it up

Eat here about once a month. Food is always hot and staff very polite. The restaurant is light and airy and always very clean and you can see the food being cooked.

Have been for evening meal before and was lovely. A rare opportunity to come for lunch was really enjoyable. Great menu with great offers. We had 2 courses for around £10. Food was delicious the chicken in masala wine sauce is to delicious and tje pizza garlic bread is so moreish. Staff are very welcoming and friendly and a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Will be coming back

Prezzo is one of my locals. Every time we dine there the service and food have been excellent. I couldn’t fault anything. Big thanks to the hard working staff, they’re very polite and well spoken also the food tastes amazing, the chefs are fantastic! 👍🏻

Visited this restaurant again as we find it light and airy with space around the tables. The service was very good as usual, just the right amount of attentiveness and interest in you. Not rushed but willing to speed up if necessary. A little bit disappointed with our mains this time. We had sallad with chicken, bacon and avocado. The salad was poor and not much of the other ingredients and the dressing was nothing special. Have had better elsewhere. The desserts were very nice though as were the wine we chose.

Went on Friday with a few mummy friends. It’s rare we get out so we were all looking forward to it. Obviously it’s not a fine dining restaurant but was convenient for us all. Nothing wrong with the food but the staff just did not care about what they were doing. Our starter plates were not cleared for about half an hour, nobody came to ask if everything was ok or if we wanted more drinks. Took me 20 minutes to get anyone to come and take a second drinks order! At the end of our meal all the staff had their costs on and on phones in the bar area making it pretty obvious they wanted us to leave - it was only 10pm.

Visited here for the first time tonight as was given a voucher for Christmas. Meal was sort if OK, menu very limited,apart from pizza which was almost inedible unless you wanted the inside of your mouth burnt to a crisp (not stated on menu as extra hot/spicy).Had to really push for a non dairy dessert as they don't have any. All in all don't think we will be going back, staff were OK but not really bothered if we enjoyed the meal or not!

Came for lunch with family and we had lovely pizzas made fresh, staff very friendly and welcoming, sat down straight away and served quickly. Would come again x

I went with my daughter and 2 year old grandson. We all had a good choice of food and drink. We were also supplied with crayons and paper for my grandson to colour in. A pleasant lunch. Would go again.

My partner recently passed away and this was my first family meal with grandchildren without him, it was a difficult experience but it was made easier by the friendly staff, good food and prompt service.

Excellent food super prices with meal deals and plenty of it. The staff were very helpful and attentive, no loud music blaring out just in the background. Plenty of room between tables, and restful colouring of the dining area. Would definitely go again.

Food was incredible and price was just as good, just such a shame staff took so long to serve and order our food including half an hour just waiting to order desert in an incredibly quiet restaurant the man on duty I would guest a superviser (in a grey shirt and light brown hair) looking more interested in flirting with the other female staff. We got a voucher just before Christmas which was 3 courses with wine for £15, a bargain! We prebooked ahead, and you do have to bring a paper copy of your voucher so they can take it off your bill at the end.

Called on off chance after finishing our Christmas shopping. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Chose the Festive Menu - bruschetta and deep fried mozzarella for starters. Both were delicious and good portion sizes. Our mains were Christmas cracker calzone - very tasty filled with chicken/stuffing/vegetables. We shared a dessert of panna cotta. Highly recommend and will definitely return.

The location of Prezzo is handy after a days shopping in the retail park or a night out going to the local cinema.

We have been to Prezzo Silverburn, and this visit to Prezzo Broughton. On both occasions, the food has been first class, as has the service. Definitely recommend. Ambience perfect, company better. All in all, everything about Prezzo deserves 5 stars

We had a special offer on Buy a gift which gave us £15 off the full price for a three course meal and wine for two,so for our £15 we picked off a limited menu,for starters we had garlic bread,mains we had spaghetti Bolognese and for dessert we had sticky toffee pudding all washed down with a glass of white wine.We found the service excellent the place is run like a well oiled machine,the only thing negative I could say is when we booked on the Buy a gift website the confirmation never reached Prezzo broughton if they were to busy we would not have had a table.We will come back in the future.
