Prezzo in Hillingdon

Difficult to review as having been placed at our table, the one member of staff disappeared and we waited and nothing happened so we left. Went to another restaurant where we had not booked (6) and were welcomed, seated and had a great evening. Have been to Prezzo in the past for lunch and had good food and a pleasant enough experience but never have we had to walk away from any restaurant because there was no service! Shame.

Disappointing evening for a special family occasion. Staff appeared to constantly argue, the food arrived cold and some of the orders were wrong, waitress wrote the order on a serviette, not a good start. Waiting staff spilt a drinks tray on some of our guests and then brought over a tips jar when payment for drinks was requested, a bit of a cheek. Food was not worth the prices charged and an astonishing service charge was on the bill, for service that was not given. Attempted to pay the bill to get out but was told the card machine was broken, an embarrassing 35 mins trying to get payment sorted to get out. Would suggest this so called restaurant is avoided. Food not good. Service not good.

Excellent service very efficient like an oil machine. Food spot on. Minestrone soup best we tasted, only downside was very little off it.

This was a takeaway delivery I ordered chicken Alfredo the pasta was quite bland no onions or much flavour and the sauce was very runny..the garlic bread was also very bland not much flavour at all

Perfect from start to finish, we were welcomed by Iski who was smiling even though it took us ages to decide on where we wanted to sit (he gave us the choice). Super friendly service from Julia, she was so helpful and great knowledge of the menu and told us about the bottomless brunch and had a nice chat with us about cocktails but wasn’t overbearing. Food was delicious and nice selection of drinks. I’m not a gin fan but the cherry cocktail is stunning. Iski and Julia checked in a number of times to make sure everything was ok. Very relaxed atmosphere and the place was spotless clean. Really lovely evening. Looking forward to going again thanks for making our night so enjoyable

We came here for lunch in a party of about 10. The waiter was quite rude and couldn't really be bothered as we asked for the £15.00 deal menu almost went off in a huff. The food was served quickly and was OK nothing special. When there are lots of other choices in Uxbridge so wont be returning in a hurry which is a shame really.

My food was amazing and the staff that served us where incredible nice and polite. We love Prezzo Uxbridge and we go there every month. 🤗🤗

Me and my husband have been out for dinner , was so nice to see our favourite restaurant open for outside area .Staff was fantastic and the service impeccable.Recomend 100%

Me and my partner booked a week in advance for a table at 8 o'clock we was running ten minutes late because traffic, phoned up the restaurant spoke to a women who didn't even bother to take our name to let her know we was in traffic but we was on our way she said it was fine they hold the table. We got there at 11 minutes past 8 and the man said he had given our table away we said to him we just drove all the way here and spoke to your colleagues who said it was fine if your abit late.He turned us away without going to even see if there was any other seating or if we could wait 10 minutes till someone leaves he didn't even try the staff just seemed like they were not interested never will I give these people money.

Visited here in Oct 2020 on our first night in Uxbridge. It was ideally located in the centre of town, not too far from our hotel. It was a very busy night when we went (Sunday), luckily we had reserved a table online a few hours beforehand. Service was good and the food was tasty. We were able to order via the online ordering system easily. Food arrived promptly.

Really happy with the food and was cooked perfectly ,the waiters were really friendly and the service was amazing ,would definitely recommend going here !!

Always satisfied with both the service and food when we visit here. It’s my young boys 1st place to suggest every time we eat out.

Couldn’t fault a thing, tables nicely spaced, attentive staff, food beautifully cooked even with the complex dining needs of one member of the party and a really good price.

Great evening dinner!Prezzo Uxbridge! Went earlier with my family, was welcomed by some smartly dressed and friendly, happy faces. Seated quickly. Place looked nice and clean, can clearly see they taking Covid rules seriously. Nice to see the staff are smartly dressed and nice. Food came responsibly quick. Had starters, mains and desert and few drinks. Enjoy it all, tasted fresh and cooked well. Everyone was happy, we will be returning again soon!

Glad to be visiting again the Prezzo Uxbridge branch right on the re-opening day after the COVID-19 pandemic. We have had an amazing time, the staff has been very prompt to responding to all our needs and requests and also very polite. The food was better than never, very fresh ingredients and well presented. There was a young lady, I think her name was either Sorina or Sorana and she was very polite and made sure that we were very well treater throughout our dinner time. We were very impressed by the cleanliness of the restaurant and the safety, hygiene and cautiousness of measures that they’ve put in place for customer’s safety against COVID-19. We will be definitely eating there again soon.

Just visited with partner and 2 sons who are all coeliac and dairy intolerant. This is our only trusted restaurant and soooooo happy they are back open. Garlic bread served with small bowls of olive oil and balsamic so truly GF and DF but still tasty. Pizzas GF and with vegan cheese.Please ignore the stupid comments from people who hadn't booked. We sat and watched the rudeness from customers and polite managers/waiting staff. Nothing they could do as fully booked. All very positive. Look forward to seeing you all soon. Thanks Becky x

We had such a lovely meal here. It was immaculately clean and the staff were exemplary. Food was really enjoyable, it was a red letter day redemption voucher but as you can see from the photos we did very well. Interior wise, it was nicely styled though the leather was peeling off the sofa bit around the table.

Such great service. Attentive, friendly and accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble.Totally aware of menu options and allergy info and willing to alter the food order to accommodate difficult requests. My favourite place in Ixbridge to eat.

So I ordered through deliveroo and I wish I didn't due to the fact that me and my girlfriend were both in bed sick as a dog for the next 2 days.Chicken pasta I was a write off after it.Safe to say I will never eat in a prezzo again. And when I tried to complain via email to them they make it so difficult it's not worth talking to them despicable behaviour. Regards stuart.

We had a midweek dinner date and wandered into Prezzo Uxbridge. We were not disappointed food was really, really good. Lovely flavours, good portion size and presented and served nicely. Our waitress for the evening was Emma she was fantastic, charming and polite, made us feel welcome and comfortable. We ordered from create your happy menu and this meal was certainly good value. Thank you to all the Prezzo staff.

Very good italian restaurant. Different options, reasonable prices. Set menu with good prices too, menu with 2 or 3 course.

The place is looking nice and welcoming, nothing fancy. Most of the food was fine and not more than that except of the risotto who wasn't good. The service was OK too.

I was visiting again my Favorited restaurant on Thursday lunch (26-09-19) , who I was been serve from 2 lovely managers (S)(M), food always is amazing very testy, Restaurant is very clean, I will be back soon guys , thank you very much for your amazing service.

Decided to eat here as we were staying at the Travelodge in Uxbridge. We had a lovely welcome and shown to a table. The staff were very friendly. It was very quiet as it was a Monday evening. I chose the chicken with mushroom and wine which was delicious and my partner had a pizza. We will eat here again.

A pretty decent branch of the chain that it well decorated and a pleasure to eat in.The food was better than average restaraunt food and was served by a happy waiter who looked like he was enjoying his job. One of the best braches of this chain that i have been to in the area.The prices are pretty reasonable and the drinks are not too expensive.

First visit to a Prezzo, was not expecting anything special but very surprised. Friendly staff, good service, nice surrounding and really great food Very impressed. Used our Tesco vouchers so a very good value meal.

As with most restaurant chains menu was basic but adequate the interior is bright, spacious and staff helpful and polite. Our party of 3 arrived late afternoon and had the place to ourselves but it started to get very busy as we were leaving so booking might be advisable at peak times, we all chose a different main meal salmon penne, risotto and Milano pizza. We all enjoyed our food which was tasty, ample and hot which is not always the case, would certainly return to this restaurant.

Having visited this Prezzo many times now I feel I wish to add my opinion. Consistently decent food, pizza topping portion sizes do seem to vary wildly depending which chef is on at the time though. The reason it does not receive the 5* review is the service. Nearly every time I come here once you receive your food that is it. I have lost count of the amount of times I have to chase down a server for another drink, dessert or to pay the bill. A big + point here though are discount vouchers usually being available which I feel negates the issue I have with the service somewhat.... bogof or 40% discount on mains usually available!

Go here at least once a month. Food is always good and service is great. Menu choice is great. Would recommend

we had a quick diner on Monday evening service was amazing food fantastic very taste, staff are very professional and polite , chef looks very happy , when we left he was saying thank you . Keep it up guys defiantly we are coming back

As someone with coeliac disease I get very nervous about eating out. I have visited Prezzo on many occasions and I've always had a wonderful meal and have never been glutened. I regularly use the Prezzo restaurant in Uxbridge. So, thanks very much and keep up the good work. You obviously train your staff very well.

Myself and my wife were in Uxbridge for 2 nights Thurs 20th & Friday 21st as we were going to the Bon Jovi concert on the Friday in Wembley Stadium. On the Thursday night we had pre booked the Prezzo for an evening meal and what a lovely night we had. The food was really nice and the waitress (Sarah) was very attentive and polite and made us really welcome. Would definately go back again if we are in Uxbridge.

Visited with a friend for lunch. We sat outside in the courtyard as it was a sunny day, it’s a lovely setting.

I Would like to thank you to all team of Prezzo Uxbridge. Had a 25 people table to celebrate my Birthday. Food was amazing preparard by Mr Chef Mihai with a brilliant Customer service of Mr Sami. another great performance from Prezzo Uxbridge,on Bank holiday 27-05-19, we did enjoy our lunch and we left happy as always,service attentive and great set. Definitely recommended .

Very good food and nice environment. But very slow service. And the restaurant was with two occupied tables only.

We booked a table on Mother's Day on a busy Sunday afternoon. They maintained their standards despite being very busy. The food was served in good time and was excellent. A member of staff overheard us mentioning the air-conditioning making it a little too cold and he came over and asked us if we'd like it turned down. He was on his own meal break at the time. He stopped his break and got the air conditioning unit just above our table switched off. He could easily have just left it but he didn't and that made a huge difference to our experience.

We have been four or five times recently and each time thoroughly enjoyed the meal and the ambience. The staff are welcoming and friendly, and the ones I've spoken to all enjoy working there and are very cheerful - always a good sign! The food is excellent, well cooked and really well presented. Prezzo has become our regular restaurant when we go to the cinema and we aim to work our way through the whole menu ☺️

Had a lunch here with friends, we all had the lunchtime menu which was very good value. Two courses for £11.50 and £14.00 for three courses. A good choice on starters, main course and dessert. One course on main menu was more than the lunchtime menu, so certainly good value for money. Waiter was friendly and efficient. Will visit again soon.

Great food as always, Marcin was extremely helpful as we didn’t want a dessert so he gave us a glass of wine on the house. Really care about their customers!

My fiance and I went to Prezzo as walk-ins on a Friday night and luckily managed to get a table. Ambiance and decor felt lavish and clean and were greeted by a lovely lady while using tastecard.

Service is always amazing in the Beaconsfield Prezzo and although not a posh restaurant, we have never had a bad experience here with anything. We maybe visit here once a month and although we have the same meal every time, we are always expectant if the same quality and standards and have never been let down.

I and my husband drop in for dinner after shopping environment inside the restaurant is lovely very nice and friendly staff good music we where severed by MR Sami his service is excellent gave us very warm welcome made us comfortable ...food was % delicious and fresh we loved it .... Tastey food with plenty of choices. Staff had to be asked to take our order. Nice atmosphere for a large chain restaurant . A little pricey for the quality and quantity served. We didn’t expect fine dining so we were not too disappointed.

Since new management, the restaurant went rubbish. Firstly is messy all around, toilet stinky and absolutely not in the state as should restaurant toilet looks.

This is an excellent example of a local chain restaurant that goes that extra mile. The manager Jack and his staff are always very welcoming and it is a pleasure to visit. I have never had a bad experience and we have eat there with friends and family and by ourselves. Worth a visit if you are in Uxbridge.

This is the best restaurant that you can find in Uxbridge..You are welcomed from the entrance,the staff are very friendly and pay attention to all details..Me and my boyfriend love their food,its delicious,fresh but most important is that the service is very quick and efficient.

Yesterday my husband and I were once again delighted by our wonderful dinner experience...deliciously prepared food, lovely ambience and attentively waited on by the friendly staff and manager Jack. I ate the grilled salmon and my husband the king prawn and salmon risotto. Both dishes tantalised and every bite was savoured. The chocolate dome dessert was decadent. Jack and his staff run this place with pride, like a family run restaurant. They all go out of their way to make you feel welcome and that's what makes you want to keep coming back. Our favourite restaurant in Uxbridge and surrounds.

Fab birthday dinner in place we just came upon after getting off the bus. It was busy and the staff were friendly and helpful with great customer service as well.

I was for dinner with my wife. We have nice romantic corner, candles and wine give nice atmosfer.. Food was fantastic and service was like in Michelin star restaurant.. We gonna come back soon.. Really nice restaurant.

I have eaten in other Prezzos before but this was my first time eating in Uxbridge. I was with some colleagues from work who eat there quite regularly. We were greeted by a man who my colleagues knew as Jack. Our order was taken and our food arrived in good time. All the staff who were polite and attentive. On a busy friday night you would expect the manager to be helping his staff by running orders/cleaning. However, he seemed much more interested in sitting at the computer surely knowing his staff were under pressure. As we were leaving he swooped in to thank us loudly and in my opinion try make a good impression of himself after his waiting staff doing all the work.. not professional.

We had a lovely time, all of the wait staff were incredibly attentive. The Duty Manager Jack always goes out of his way to ask how you are. The food never fails to disappoint and we will definitely be returning! Jack and Maisie

Had excellent meal, service was exceptional by Jack. Made to feel very welcome could not fault anything. Would highly recommend this restaurant for service and food. Will definitely be back and recommend to friends and colleagues.

Nothing too surprising about this place, which is good news. Took advantage of a birthday offer of a bottle of wine with the meal. Tasty wine, interesting and varied menu (different from the last occasion we dined at a Prezzo), goo quality food and excellent service.

Made a booking here an hour before arrival to avoid disappointment. On arrival all staff seemed to be shocked with our booking so left us at the door for moment but they managed to find us a nice table. Had a lovely lady serving us, forgot to catch her name but she only had 3 weeks left as work as she was going to have a baby. Food was lovely. Even ended on a pudding which isn’t usual for us .Was a tad disappointed as when we asked for the bill and the lady very rudely lsaid no. I work in the bar? Sorry but I was unaware of what sections waitresses were put on? Found this very rude and ended our meal on a bad note. Will return in hope that staff know that the customers are going to be unaware of what staff member works where.

I had dinner with colleagues in this restaurant. They serve very good Italian type dishes at reasonable prices. I also enjoyed my desert (Panama Cotta) a lot. The service was excellent and very friendly. Certainly a place to visit again.

Restaurant manager Jaczek (Jack) helped my Chinese colleague a lot yesterday - she thought her bag was stolen in the restaurant and Jaczek immediately started actions - checking camera recs, started the car just like in an action movie and started to chase the “thief” 20 km away as we could see the position of the mobile phone in the bag. The bag was simply forgotten in the tube and good people would return it back, but the help/approach of Jack was just amazing.

I would definitely give this prezzo 5 stars all ways great food very friendly and polite staff very nice manager jack who's all ways happy and friendly best manager around also best food around ..always a relaxed and happy restaurant

The chef was late so the manager put his whites on and made our food, what a man! Great stuff and keep hold of this manager too! Lovely Irish waitress was attentive and polite. Simple things are hard to get right and these guys do it.

First time in Prezzo in Uxbridge. The romanian manageress was very friendly. Food on the strong side of the service. Will be back soon!

Lovely set up with appropriately spaced tables and air conditioning. Waitress was patient as we gabbed away without thought to the menu. Cool, crisp bottle of dry white went down well. Simple Caesar salad executed perfectly. Sea bass was delicious. Sticky toffe pud with ice cream was heavenly and sufficient for two of us to share between us. Relaxed atmosphere apart from a screaming toddler who attempted to disrupt our experience but refrained after a few outbursts. Not a fan of the male and female toilets being unisex but these are the modern times we are entering. A good experience all round.

My wife and I with our friend popped into Prezzo after going tho the cinema. As usual we were warmly greeted by the manager and his staff. The service was prompt and the food was excellent. I understand that he has now got his original chef back and by the quality of food I agree that it is now back to its original high standard. Overall a very nice evening.

Delicious lunch! I had the goats cheese and beetroot salad. My daughter had a pizza which was huge and looked really good!

Typicall Italian restaurant with olives tree in the garden. The food is very testy and fresh. Everything well organised.

Wednesday night absolutely fantastic service , and restaurant was very busy but they mange brilliant, food very tasty, burger is amazing. Definitely we will be back guys.

Ate here for dinner and had the penne all’arrabbiata. The taste was alright, not too spicy but they over-cooked it. It felt like that pasta was already there pre-made. I’m not saying pasta should be al dente as not everyone likes it like that but definitely not over-cooked either.

I would highly recommend a visit to this restaurant. Good food, good wine, friendly and helpful staff. It has a delightful area to sit outside.

i visited Prezzo in Uxbridge for the first time last weekend with my family , we had a great time, all of us, service was attentive and prompt, pizza was delicious, pork belly cooked to perfection and prices reasonable.

This place has an inviting interior and it’s spacious. Very good service and the food was tasty we had meatballs, garlic cheesy bread, spaghetti, pizza and puddings too. Will go back
