Prezzo in West Lothian

We eat at prezzo livingston last night ,greeted by Elena with a smile and very pleasant and friendly service, took us to a table and chatted in a friendly manner, food ordering very efficiently, Stuart the manager was excellent and again chatted away and very attentative, lots of menu choices and very reasonably priced food quality excellent. Stuart and his team 1st class team and the best customer service in town .

My friend and I had a most delicious meal here. Our server Elini, was exceptionally friendly, professional and efficient. Could not do enough for us. Always receive a lovely "meet and greet" at this venue. Also lovely place to sit and relax. Would thoroughly recommend. Will definitely be back soon.

We were regular diners at your St Andrews restaurant so we really miss the Prezzo experience since that restaurant closed. Whilst we were Christmas present shopping today we popped in for lunch and we’re so glad that we did. Covid compliance’s were top notch. The restaurant is immaculate and staff were extremely attentive.Starters were the King prawn in Chilli and a prawn cocktail - both were delicious and just the right portion size. Service time was quick.We then had spaghetti in king prawns and chicken roasted pepper and balsamic onion pizza.Wow! - that’s all I can say!The staff had a busy restaurant to attend to and made sure that everyone were given the correct service.We can’t wait to return, well done for making everyone’s dining experiences as positive as you have. Not an easy task during these pandemic times. We last visited this particular restaurant at the beginning of the year, and through no fault of the staff, it wasn’t a great experience - purely due to the restrictions which were in place. Today was a superb contrast to that visit because we had music merriment and a menu to marvel over whilst having a few drinks to treat ourselves. Thank You As a footnote, we noticed that a table near us were quite vocal about the cool temperature in the restaurant: your staff were so professional explaining about the need to ventilate to keep everyone safe. You dealt with this negative table in a caring and professional manner, we didn’t hear what your response was but the diners seemed to be happy with what the conclusion was.

Covid safety brilliant - table fully cleaned before being seated, partitions, extractors in ceiling and a good amount of space between each table. Friendly staff but unfortunately food quite small portions for the money spent - had the spag bol and so did the wife. Tasty enough but nothing special. Felt very safe though.

Returning customer. The new Alfredo pasta was really bland. Pizza wasn’t as good as usual. Hopefully just a one off bad day, but wasn’t enjoyable.

Overall a nice lunch break during shopping trip. Food was very nice but the new item, Chicken Alfredo Tagliatelle, could have been a bit more “garlicky”. Only criticism was the slow service. Didn’t seem particularly busy or hampered by covid restrictions so not sure why it was so slow.

Booked a table about 10 days in advance. Was kept waiting, could see staff were busy, due to keeping to government guidelines re cleaning etc. I ordered pasta arrabiata which was ok but not as spicy as I normally like which is fine. However it wasnt very hot just warm, a little bit of a let down. My husband ordered the dolce pizza and it came without cheese which was not what he ordered. We asked for desert menus, there was no affrogato which is a favourite of my husband. We ordered limoncello which is usually served in a small glass, ours came in a whisky glass with ice. It's usually served at room temperature. The staff were courteous but we were let down by the food and drinks.

Had a voucher from buy a gift to spend lovely 3 course set meal with wine well worth it . Staff were nice quick service from the kitchen . Would go back enjoyed it

Food was awful. Pizzas dry with no flavour. I could have got a better pizza from the supermarket. That said however our waitress was lovely. But I wouldn’t waste our money again coming back

Visited on a sat afternoon with a friend . We shared garlic great and hummus to start then had a chicken burger each. It was all so tasty. Staff were friendly. Service was quick but not so much that I felt rushed! U must try a citrus cooler!! So refreshing on a sunny day!!

A few months ago I visited with my mum - and I was bitterly disappointed. I would like to make it clear my disappointment stems from the restaurant menu itself - and not the staff or quality of food from this particular site. My mum and I were seated with the fully printed main menu - suggesting to me the menu items were to be set in stone for an extended period of time due to the quality of print of the menu. It appeared it was not a temporary menu adapted for stock/quantity of customers during the COVID pandemic.We had previously visited on various occasions and chose to again as we had in the past been catered to with fantastic gluten free options. Upon reviewing the menu, there were less than a handful of gluten free options available. These were limited to salads, and fish dishes with no sign of any adaptable items like gluten-free pasta. I understand that due to the times we currently live in, not all dietary requirements can be catered for in the same way as previous, but from working in a restaurant during the pandemic and eating in other establishments that had plenty of allergy-friendly options - there is no excuse for the restricting menu.Unfortunately, we made the decision to leave and eat right across the road in Pizza Express where my mum was able to choose from a variety of gluten free options. The staff were very understanding. I raised this issue with the complaints team at Prezzo however; I wasn't reassured that this issue would be dealt with sooner rather than later.I've not checked the menu or visited since this experience so the menu may have been updated since then - I hope so.

Great service everything fast and exactly how i wanted, my garlic bread was crispy drinks cold and im defo coming back. Thanls for great lunch guys see u soon. And they serve my favoritve drink Aperol some pubs and restaurants dont even know what that is. Peace

Fantastic lunch served alfresco at Prezzo Livingston. Callum was very attentive and polite throughout and his service was amazing without it being overbearing.All the staff where the same and very courteous an asset to your restaurant.

We really enjoyed a return to this Italian venue. We were particularly well looked after by Ryan and colleagues making for a very pleasant evening. Food was very decent, welcoming atmosphere

Really not worth the money, the food is below average at best and could have been made better at home. The tomato dipping sauce is basically just tinned tomatoes, my ceasar salad had about 3 lettuce leaves in it and they charge £7 for 4 tiny mozzarella bites that I could have got more of at McDonald’s for £3. My partners salad was brown and his calzone wasn’t great either. Service was good and staff were nice, shame they are the face of the huge chain menu that gets away with ripping people off for substandard food. Best part of the meal was the cigarette after it... won’t be back.

This was our first trip back to Prezzo since the lockdowns and we were super impressed. We felt very safe, taken through the covid measures before entering the restaurant. Track and trace at the door etc. Shannon our server was excellent, had good chat and helped us with dessert options. The food was excellent. This is genuinely one of my top restaurants to eat at. I visited Prezzo this week with my partner and our 4 month old. We had ore booked a table. The staff as soon as we arrived were warm and welcoming and the gentleman who served us asked for us to wait a few minutes on a table as he wanted to get us one with a bench so we could pop the car seat on there. The service from start to finish was fantastic lovely having them back. The food as well was amazing. The calamari was out of this world, never had it so good.

Excellent venue to sit and relax and enjoy a delicious meal. Staff are always very friendly, professional and efficient. All the safety measures are explained in great details by the staff and all relevant requirements are in place. Would thoroughly recommend this place.

One of my friends took me for a meal for my Birthday. We had the Christmas Carbonara which was was absolutely delicious. Then I had the tiramisu which was also delicious. Always had a lovely meal when in this venue. Would thoroughly recommend. Staff are always very helpful, friendly and professional.

Me and my husband went out for a meal today at Prezzo and we were pleasantly greeted on the way in. We ordered the two courses for £10 and Elini our server could not have been more helpful. The layout was well organised. Elini made us feel welcomed and put us at ease with the new regulations in place. We will definitely be back. Thank you Elini!!!

Today thought I'd take my daughter and i for a wee spot of lunch. Arrived at Prezzo just after 12.30 (Tuesday afternoon). Starter came swiftly enough and was delightful then the long wait for spag bol....waited until 13.35 still nothing so asked when it was arriving as I had an appointment at 2pm. Lady advised that it wasn't quite ready yet so I asked to pay for what I got as I didnt have time to wait around. The girl serving couldn't apologise enough and was lovely however she did advise that she had only started her shift and wasn't aware that we had been waiting. This is my second disappointing visit to prezzo and I dont think there will be a third visit, leaving with a hungry 2 year old isn't great.

My mum and I came here for lunch last week and were so pleased with the service we received. We were welcomed by a polite and informative manager who shared what steps they had taken to help make our visit as comfortable as possible and our waiter Ryan was just excellent. The food was delicious and we couldn’t believe how good the portion sizes were for the set menu. It was our first time and we will definitely be back. Thank you Prezzo!

We visited Prezzo on the last day of EOTHO, only our second meal out since lockdown. We were welcomed at the door, and all safety measures explained to us before being taken to our table. The food was excellent, served by Ryan, who was pleasant and attentive, while observing social distancing. Tables were well spaced out, and all staff wearing masks. All in all, a very pleasant experience which we hope to repeat soon.

Prezzo is our favourite place to eat when shopping at the Almond Vale Shopping Centre in Livingston, West Lothian. Dining during the ‘Eat Out to Help Out’ discount scheme made it even more tempting. We booked ahead to ensure we got a table. The precautions taken during the Covid pandemic were evident but did not dominate our dining experience. The restaurant has a nice ambiance, staff are attentive without being overly intrusive and are very friendly and helpful (big call out to our waiter Ryan who made our dining experience first class). The Italian menu offered plenty of choice. Each dish was made freshly to order. The restaurant was very busy, however, we didn’t have to wait very long before being served our drinks and starter. Our main course (calzone pizza) was delicious, the pizza dough is really good. Dessert was an amazing cheese cake and a great cappuccino finished off a tremendous meal. Thanks go to all the team at Prezzo Livingston who we’re working really hard and made things go very smoothly. We will definitely be back to take advantage of one of your future offers.

Been a while since we’ve been out for a meal (thanks to the big C word) but had a very nice meal at this Prezzo. Special shout-out to the team including our server Ryan, who were all excellent. Socially distanced tables, thoroughly clean restaurant and the team all wearing masks. Excellent, would definitely recommend.

Went here yesterday with a few friends for lunch. I’m gluten free and they had plenty of options on the menu including pizza, pasta and garlic bread. Our server Ryan was really nice and very attentive. Everything was very safe and socially distant also. Will definitely be back! Also reasonably priced for the food you get (it’s delish!)

Booked a table for 1300 hours for three people and when we arrived the table wasn’t ready. The staff member greeting customers asked a waiter to clear a table which he refused to do. We ordered our food using the app and the starter arrived promptly however an hour and twenty minutes after the starter arrived we had to ask where the main courses were. We were met with a blank look from the waitress who said she would find out. Shortly afterwards a member of staff returned and said there was a delay because a table of six had returned their meals due to poor cooking of the chicken. We waited a further ten minutes and no food so asked again and it arrived shortly afterwards. The staff were apologetic and offered a free soft drink to us when the manager of the restaurant approached and stated he was disappointed at the level of service and would issue a FULL refund as a ‘good will gesture’ which we were not expecting. This was not the case and received a refund for half the amount. If you’re not willing to follow up on your ‘good will gesture’ don’t offer it in the first place!! Although the food was fine the level of service is below the standard you’d expect, would not recommend!

Fantastic meal, brilliant food and incredible service from Livingston Prezzo. Greg organised a great table last minute for a family event and Emma who waited on our table was faultless. Highly recommend!!

This was our second visit here. We had booked in advance and were seated quickly and given excellent service by Melissa. The food was served in good time, piping hot and delicious. Portion size was good too. Melissa checked twice that we were happy with our food and drinks and proceeded to thoroughly clean the neighbouring tables and chairs. We felt very comfortable and cared for in Prezzo.

owning a local business, we know how tough lockdown has been so we decided we really needed to eat out to help out, not sure my waist can keep doing this so decided to have a salad, it came with garlic bread which i should have cancelled but it was too late, it was fresh so I had to eat it.The serving staff were really nice, it is a little strange as staff must stick to their tables but the girl was very attentive, she updated us on time frames and noticed when our drinks were getting low. She did tell us her name but I cannot remember, she was looking forward to returning to QMU in September, I wish her all the best.

My wife and I enjoyed an evening meal on Monday in this restaurant, the food was fantastic and the service was excellent also, the waitress was very attentive , kept our drinks flowing and made it a memorable evening, big thanks to Emma for looking after us extremely well and she seemed to serve us and other tables with ease with a big smile on her face, well done to all staff in difficult times.

The food was very nice and my mum who is gluten intolerant was well catered for. Our waitress Emma was friendly and we never had to wait long or went without drinks etc. Covid precautions made us feel comfortable.

Our time was great at Prezzo. We felt very comfortable and safe with all the measurement that have been put in. Emma Hurry was our waitress and she was one of the nicest waiter i've had. She was very helpful for guiding my mum with gluten-free options thank you Emma.

Just been to Prezzo for a lunch and a catch up with a friend. The restaurant made me feel safe with all staff wearing masks, one way system in place and hand sanitiser available! Nice to see the team back, we popped in after Lock down for a healthy salad, or at least I had the salad my husband had the pizza, ate my garlic bread and drank a few beers.The service was excellent as always and the staff worked really hard, cleaning the tables and chairs, making us all feel really safe.Well done I know it was hard and things take a little longer, but we all understand these things just now. Our first lunch out since March following the covid 19 situation. Firstly the good points - staff were very friendly and helpful, including the manager- arrangements for sanitisation, social distancing etc was as good as possible- food was goodBad points- after receiving our starter of olives and drinks, it took almost 1 hour for our main courses to arrive. It was evident that some other tables were having similar issues. Having been here several times before - pre March 2020 - this was an unusual situation. There seemed to be plenty of staff available and the only difference we could see was that the cooking staff had changed. Someone, somewhere, was not getting the ordering system correct. At least one table arrived after us and were served before us. Having spoken to the manager he said that it was his first day but I fear he has a job on his hands to sort this.- whilst all other staff were being careful and sanitising the tables, wearing masks etc., it was disappointing/alarming to see that one of the chefs thought that wearing his mask around his chin and leaving mouth and nose exposed was all he had to do.The manager did remove the cost of drinks from our bill as a result of our wait but I hope he is able to sort out the other matters. This used to be a regular lunch time venue for us and would hope that it could be again. We shall probably give this another try in a few weeks and hope that the issues have been sorted.

Visited Prezzo for our anniversary. Great experience. Food was good. Ryan our waiter was really great. Helpful but keen to keep us safe. So good to be able to eat out again. Felt good.

Not brill. Disturbed to see not one of the waiters or waitresses were not wearing masks can i ask why when i have recently ate out at other restaurants and waiters have all been wearing masks

I visited Prezzo for the first time to catch up with a friend and I don't know why I hadn't done it sooner. The choice of food on the menu was excellent, the food was beautiful and very tasty and the staff were excellent and very attentive. Big shout out to Dougie & Jordan. Keep up the good work. We will be back soon.

What can I say Lara was outstanding from the minute we walked in the door unti we left. Attentive, friendly,nothing was to much trouble, so refreshing. We were also made to feel welcome by Jordon and the food was lovely, but our overall experience was all about the service we received and they are a credit to your company.

We have just had the pleasure of dining in Prezzo at the Almondvale centre, Livingston Really quick service and food arrived in no time, perfectly cooked. Jordan (later asked his name to mention in my review) he was fantastic, such a lovely guy and an absolute asset to the business. We've eaten in many Prezzo' across the country and by far the best in terms.of service, staff and food. Will be returning again for sure.

We just had a lovely family dinner at Prezzo in Livingston. Service was very friendly and food was excellent and reasonably priced.

The service is so slow that even the most patient person would lose the plot. 1h wait to get some cheese and cured on a board...

Meal was good cant complain about food service was awful waitress knocked over drink on to partners trousers that's fine accidents happen but never once offered to replace drink a good bit out of the drink spilled but no replacement offered service was poor felt service ruined a good meal will not hurry back

3 to 4 stars. the venue was modern clean fresh and the staff very attentive and your have a clear view of the chefs beavering away working very efficiently all very positive. They also listened when i asked for extra chillis on my meal which not everywhere does. The meals were just a little disappointing as they lacked much flavour so the moist well cooked chicken needed to have pepper cranked onto it to add some flavour and my lobster n crab ravioli saffron sauce tasted of very little. Cooked properly just needed more raste in the insides. Prawn chilli starter good pomporino sauce but they were small. All in all a very pleasant evening experience but maybe they could risk spicing up the selections.

Having never tried a Prezzo before, we thought it was worth a shot because it had a quite decent veggie range on the menu. Our waitress was good and efficient but our mains order took over 30 minutes to arrive. When it did, both the Aubergine penne and the carbonara were pleasant and the pasta well cooked. However they mucked up the dessert- they sent our panna cottas out to the table next to us. Waitress not impressed by the kitchen! Neither was the missus. Rather than waiting for them to defrost more, we ordered sticky toffee pud which was very tasty!When the bill arrived we had been charged for both desserts which was very quickly sorted out. General verdict: food okay but they need to sharpen their kitchen system up to get the right stuff out to the right customers in a timely manner.

Was given a voucher from daughter and son in law for Christmas. Absolutely lovely meal not too much of a wait and it was very busy. Hubby is very fussy about his pizza but he really enjoyed his. I had the pea and mint penne pasta, cooked to perfection. The deserts were absolutely delicious as well. Customer service was spot on

My friend and had the two courses for £9.95. Excellent value for money. We had the spaghetti carbonara (though i asked for it with pasta instead of spaghetti) and the spaghetti bolognaise and we shared them. Both were delicious. Then I had the tiramisu and my friend had ice cream. Very efficient, professional and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend this place.

Absolutely fantastic service from the manager Caroline! The food was big warm portions and was absolutely piping hot and delicious!

Had not booked- stood in queue for 15 minutes to be then advised no tables- but one available in 30 minutes if we booked which we did. Arrived back in time for booking and very large queua again- said to front of house we had booked and could see our table- told in no uncertain terms to wait at end of queue which would have put us at least 15 minutes late. Ridiculous- eventually waiter showed us to our table and he could not be faulted. Food was what you expect from a chain and was fine. Will not be back due to Front of house and embarrising service to our friends on their final day visiting Scotland.

We attended prezzo yesterday, we had our 4 month old baby boy. To start we ordered two Pepsi’s, we were brought tap water three time repeatedly telling the staff we did not order water. After the waiter took our order for food we then waited around 30 mins for pizza and pasta where the waitress came over asking if we had ordered yet. When or lunch finally came my partner had said that he asked for mozzarella with it where he was told it was in the dish and it wasn’t to then getting a soggy piece in a bowl and told to put it in himself. During our lunch I noticed that the supervisor ( know it was the supervisor because I asked the waiter) spoke to the waiter very disrespectfully and swore under his breath calling him a f*$ing idiot) and stating he was simply too busy to take payment for our meal. After observing him for around 5-7 mins I noticed him rolling his eyes as he turned away from customers leave customers standing waiting to be seated while making these remarks to the waiter and after asking to speak to the person above him I was told she would be right with me. After around 10 mins we had to leave as our baby was very unsettled. Place is run terribly with a manager/supervisor who had a horrible attitude to his colleagues!

We hadn’t booked but restaurant was very quiet so were taken to a table. Ordered our food and after waiting 40 minutes asked the waiter how long it would be till our meal was ready - he went to the kitchen to check and I could tell by the expression on the chefs face that they hadn’t received the order! Waiter came back a few minutes later & advised the for some reason the order hadn’t ‘gone through’ to the kitchen. However this would have been noticed if anyone had bothered to check on us as we sat for 40 mins!! We didn’t hang around as my 2 children are diabetics and needed to eat!! Very disappointed with our 1st visit to Prezzo given the restaurant was quiet!! Wouldn’t like to see it busy!

I came in on Tuesday afternoon for Lunch, Our waitress Katrina told us they didn’t offer half pizza half pasta on the menu but she was very accommodating and brought us some extra plates so we could share our pizza and pasta anyway. She was very polite and attentive and was more than happy to have chat with us while we were there. Will definitely be back due to the wonderful service from Katrina!

Seated by a very scruffy looking manager with a crumpled shirt! Wasn’t given new cutlery after using first set for starter nor offered Parmesan for pasta dish. Mains slow in coming out and not checked on during meal, very poor considering the restaurant wasn’t busy.

We came on a Saturday afternoon and the eatery was not full at all. Nonetheless, it took a while for them to sort it out and show us to a table. We ordered a mushroom risotto, tre gusto pizza (pepperoni, seasoned chicken and pancetta), carbonara, lasagna and mozzarella in breadcrumbs. The food is generally tasty but service is extremely slow.

My supposed mushroom risotto was not what I expected. It was basically overcooked risotto rice made to look creamy with a few mushrooms thrown in for good measure! Tasteless and uninteresting. Made so much better at home.

Had a lovely lunch with wine and cocktail! Our server Shannon was most helpful! It was so nice after our shopping we returned for a relaxing glass of wine! Great on such a busy day x

We visited Prezzo Livingston last night for a treat after some busy Black Friday shopping. We hadn’t booked a table but only had to wait a couple of minutes to be seated, unfortunately this had been maybe too rushed as there was food on the floor and the table was sticky. However the food was delicious myself and my partner both had 3 courses- have the pizza it’s fantastic!

Lunch today we ordered a pizza and bowl of pasta - took 50 minutes to arrive! Quite busy but certainly not full. No one came near us to say it would e a wait. When we enquired we’re told ‘there’s a bit of a backlog’. The manager didn’t come near us, although we did see her speak to another table of around 8 people, one of whom got his meal when the others were finished. Not impressed, and the unsmiling manager was useless.

Stopped here for lunch when out shopping. Usual chain place, restaurant was really busy as Rangers we’re playing Livingston. Our order got lost so ended up waiting longer than expected. The manager Caroline great, obviously stressed but she jumped into the kitchen to help. The way some of the football fans spoke to the staff was shocking. Food was decent enough but the staff deserve special praise as if it wasn’t for them it would have been a 2 star review

Staff are amazing in this restaurant, they certainly made our celebration perfect. Went to use a voucher we received for our 30th wedding anniversary and celebrating my graduation and a new job seemed like the best excuse to use it.First time in here and we will be back for sure. Food was lovely, wine was tasty and cocktails to die for. Thank you to the manager and staff.

Waited 20 minutes for our drinks... our starter arrived first. Could see staff behind bar chatting. Manager ignored me twice after seeing me raise my hand ended up having to shout her over. Clearly struggled managing her staff as plenty on just really inefficient. When I tried to talk to her to complain she walked away from my table so my family ended up walking out leaving the starter untouched on table... a shame as the food looked nice. Much better training needed. From a hospitality background myself I understand it can be tough but the service was just unacceptable!

If you want totally tasteless food this is your restaurant, the pizza dough balls were raw, the mozzarella in breadcrumbs had no taste at all, the sauce was so bland that no amount of salt and pepper helped it out, no herbs at all, spaghetti tasted like it had come out of a tin and the tiramasu was so chemically preserved it would have kept for a month. never again,

My friend and I received a very warm welcome. Shannon our server was extremely friendly, polite, professional and efficient. Could not do enough for us. The food was delicious as always. Would thoroughly recommend this place. Will definitely be back.

The food was tasty and the portions sizeably - but - it took 90 minutes to get served from the set menu - and the restaurant was quiet. Only 2 staff on the floor. Would have preferred them to be honest about the wait time when we arrived that way we would not have been as frustrated.

Everything we ordered came with balsamic onions which was a but of a shock. The chicken and peppers pizza had far too much oregano and the new spaghetti meatballs just tasted like heinz spaghetti hoop. Really not worth the money

Visited yesterday with my partner & son in the Livingston branch for a change as opposed to our usual local Braehead one. However I wish we hadn't, despite food being fine the service was appalling.After arriving at the usual busy lunchtime spell we were told there was a 30min wait for a table despite there being several free tables around.However I do understand a wait for the kitchen to catch up so was happy to sit at the bar.Although shortly after our arrival other customers came in and were seated instantly so I ask why I had to myself get up and ask now for a table having already waited??No communication from waitresses. They were very unhelpful and unapproachable and really didnt look happy to be there.Interesting to watch as they continuously took wrong orders to different tables and clearly couldn't handle the intake in the restaurant.No check backs were done at any point during starters or mains - we were not even offered a dessert menu or option. Despite my childs meal including an ice cream. We didnt recieve this however at this point it wasnt worth the bother to ask.Even upon paying the bill I wasnt asked if the meal was ok.Possibly a staffing issue overall or poor staff choice.However the food itself was enjoyable and met the usual Prezzo standard I just feel the service was not and needs dealt with.

We had high hopes with a menu with a lot of gluten free options, but the pizza base came out half burnt and half chewy. Not nice.We would love for Prezzo to cater for those with IBS by identifying options without onion.The standard base was over stretched so thin and chewy.Kids meal was fine.Manager didn't want us toleave hungry and the GF cheesecake appeased.

Overall, not a good experience.The restaurant was very quiet, yet the service was awful. We were seated for a while before anyone took our order, despite very deliberately looking for a waiter. They appeared to be very short staffed, with only three servers. The food was quite good, though it took a while to be served after preparation; I could see the kitchen putting the dishes to be served and ringing the bell. They had to ring multiple times before service arrived. They seemed annoyed.The staff were not friendly at all, they never checked if our food was okay, they lacked basic customer service. Positives: my Dad has allergies and someone came to double check. The food was good. We will probably try another Prezzo location.

Frequent customer often here for business meals to host my perspective clients. In the last couple weeks food has been OUTSTANDING and greatly improved, packed with flavor and prepared to perfection! Whatever adjustments have been made in the kitchen are not without notice! Very happy.

Was recommended by family, however will not be back. We found it uninviting and the service was very slow. Once we got the food it was ok, but poor for the price.

Just been in to our favourite Italian restaurant. Lovely mains as always gave up at 5pm waiting for dessert menu after asking ten minutes earlier. Only four tables being covered so wasnt like they were ran off their feet. Food lying in middle of the floor on my way to disabled loo waiting to be slipped on. Young couple too busy chatting rather than doing what they are paid for.

Family meal for 6 on a quiet Saturday night.Took a while for them to come and get our order then 30 minutes (with reminders) to get our drinks (they forgot one).There were around 4 occupied tables so not exactly rushed. We watched the drinks being poured and left sitting at the bar whilst they mopped the tables.The food was fine (exactly what you'd expect) but service not great.As my 14 year old daughter said - if she ever worked as a waiter she now knows what not to do.Disappointing.

I stopped here for a quick lunch and was quite disappointed. The food did taste nice but my order was wrong twice. First time it was missing the goats cheese which was added later (very small quantity for the additional £3 surcharge) and it did not contain the broccoli stems the menu said it had. Considering it's a salad that cost over £10 The serving was very small. The other chicken salad with avocado had minimal amounts of prosciutto, which did not equate to even 1/2 a slice of what you would buy from the shop. We did alert staff to the issues which they said they would take into consideration but considering my order was wrong and salad was missing main ingredients I would have thought a small price reduction would have been fair. There wasn't even an apology, just a "I will tell the chef". The restaurant is accessible and the bathrooms were clean. However, one of the waitresses spoke incredibly quiet which is not great when the person I was visiting with has hearing difficulties and has to wear hearing aids.

First time visiting restaurant with my husband. For my main I ordered the Cesar salad with chicken. The salad consisted of a few lettuce leaves, two cherry tomatoes, one egg, 5 croutons and 3 slices of cucumber for £8.70. A few slices of chicken was a further £3.00. The drinks order was wrong x2 and we had to wait a while for our food. On a positive the staff were lovely.

We went in after a cinema visit, no reservation. Just another Italian shopping centre eatery, we thought it would be empty, being early on a Tuesday evening. First surprise: the restaurant was quite busy. We were shown to our table by a pleasant server and consulted the menu, which we expected to be pasta and pizza like most Italian chains. Second surprise: the choice of food was excellent. I had the sea bass on a bed of veg with pesto and a (price-included )rocket salad as a side. My partner opted for prawns in a tomato sauce with spaghetti. Both dishes were superb, very fresh, served hot and came quickly to table. With a voucher our bill was very reasonable. We will return for sure, I want to try the salmon next.

food was amazing and the staff are brilliant, the fact w had an offer made it even more appealing, was very noisy to start with and I guess as we were shattered it didn't help but the food was really yummy, and made up for it,

Pros:-Friendly Service -Lasagna was not on the set menu however our server checked with management who were happy to add this as an alternative.-Although the service was slow we never complained yet our bill was discounted to accommodate this. I was very impressed with their honest yet humble approach despite being so busy.-Although lasagne looked over cheesy i was pleasantly surprised and enjoyed. My friend liked the prawn spaghetti ‘refreshing’. Lovely little panacota dessert and honeycomb cheesecake neither were too bulky just right portion size.-Family friendly-Busy-Good Price for set menu-Modern feel-Although I never had a drink on this occasion they do a tasty little Bellini cocktail.Cons:-Slow Service Although standards were not compromised. Overall: I would go back. This I also a lovely little place to enjoy a drink and a yummy dessert.

Having been turned away from ASK, the team at Prezzo were welcoming and couldn’t do enough for the 9 of us. The food was great and the staff were warm and friendly.
