Prezzo in Harrow

I recently visited Prezzo with my family, and we are delighted! Our waitress, Diona, was exceptionally friendly, kind, and very attentive – she made sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere in the restaurant was pleasant, and the food was delicious. We definitely recommend this place and will certainly be back!

The most amazing experience cause of the manager Fabio ! He was absolutely customer centric , he had such positive energy and he was just absolute delight . He was very polite and just knew how to make customers happy. The service and the other staff were absolute delight x Like I say the people manning the service industry make or break it and this team is pure magic .

The staff was very good,helpful and very polite. Than manager at the Harrow branch is very good and very helpful. Tha food was very good of what every we ate there but the pizza was very hard, maybe a new receipe for the pizza base would be nice.

Very nice pasta and excellent service from Fabio and his team. The restaurant was spotless and we felt valued as customers. Will be returning again soon.

Very disappointed with this restaurant, one we have used on many occasions. There is a new manager so perhaps that's why my complaint wasn't dealt with properly. I was with 2 others but I only wanted a starter - they both ate a full meal. I ordered the shrimp with gnocchi. Can't remember if it was £8 or £9 however there were 4 small shrimp. The waitress was really lovely and when I told her she told me to wait whilst she spoke to the manager. Nothing was done. I was told the manager said I should have reported it earlier. I expected them to so something - even just offer a coffee - but nothing. We shall not be returning to this Prezzo that we used in the past at least twice a month.

Its mixed reviews on this one, some days have been really great; where the staff was prompt and friendly with the service and the food received while the other days its been appalling, where we had to wait a long time for acknowledgement and to have the food delivered a bit cold and poor service; as long as the restaurant can develop a consistency, its a good place to have a meal and enjoy.

No complaints about the food itself - it was delicious and good value for money.The service was awful. We had pre-booked and they had to make up our table as we arrived. Not sure how successful their booking system is. We had to ask if we could order drinks, no one offered. Slight language barrier possibly but this is not acceptable. Would never re-visit.

Prezzo, a chain of Italian restaurants throughout the UK.The Prezzo in Harrow St Georges Centre.Decor is fabulous, soft lighting and a walnut furnishing throughout the restaurant. The feature wall on the left hand side with a number of small lights in cut out wall looks really good.The food is lovely and staff is friendly. However it can be a bit hard to understand what the waiter’s say when they pronounce the Italian named dishes in a Polish accent. Most of the staff seems to be Polish, but this does not affect the quality friendly service that I have received. I have been to this restaurant a number of times, enjoying it every time.Food is reasonably priced and service is good.This restaurant is a “safe bet”. This means that if you fancy going out for a meal on a Fri/Sat night but not sure where to go, then this will always be a “Safe Bet”.

Great food, romantic atmosphere

Initially, the food was excellent! Recently, the chef has changed and the food was average. The toilets stank! Wonder what's happened?
