Went to buy gelato, asked the assistant what the difference is between for de late and for de panna. Two of them looked at me as if I was off my head for asking the question and dismissed me when I asked if it's about the cream content. I have to say I got more joy from Google and I don't think I'll be going back for such service. Specialists???

Zero stars for service. Two members of staff chatting by the till, ignoring customers. This is not the first time that this happening but is certainly my last visit.

As the branch on 180 Borough high street isn’t listed I’m posting this on their other branch listing. I ordered a toasted breaded chicken sandwich from them today £7 what I got was toast with a couple pieces of tomato, mayonnaise and approximately 10% of the inside surface was covered with chicken. How they can call this a chicken sandwich I have no idea - what a rip off. I threw most of it away. One to avoid

Wonderful place ... very friendly staff and above all typical Italian food. Both to be consumed on the spot and to take away. Deli very stocked with many Italian products. highly recommended.

We lunched here and were fortunate to find a free table, unfortunately we had to clear it ourselves and noticed that during our stay tables were not cleared or prepared despite people waiting. The four lunches we bought were reasonably priced and good quality. We browsed inside the deli and were impressed with the products on offer, however most prices are high and I would class them as treats. Although busy the service was good except for the outside eating area.

I enjoyed browsing, buying and eating at the Wimbledon deli of Prezzemolo and Vitale. The staff are ever so friendly and being from Reggio Calabria it was even more exciting. The quality of food is excellent. the ham and cheese were both super fresh. The cakes were delicious and the coffee was outstanding. It is fairly expensive since it is imported food.

This is a new Italian bar deli in the heart of Wimbledon village. As we live close, with my family decided to try months ago and it wasn’t a great experience. We decided to give them another chance and looks like something is changing in positive. Good atmosphere, great Italian food and finally happy faces inside. We received a great welcome from an Italian girl in the bar, Juliana. She was very welcoming and pleasant! Describing us what to buy and how to make the perfect carbonara as Italians does. Original Italian food but maybe slightly overpriced. All in all, a must try in our area

Me and my friends went to this place for the first time to buy some food after the football match. Was the worse service ever, I understand the place was almost closed but we spent a lot money for rude service and the food was frozen, we threw everything away. We never coming back in this place.

One of the best Italian markets / grocery stores in London with authentic Italian food The only downside is that the prices are very high, but it’s worth to treat yourself once in a while

It almost gives you the feeling to shop in Italy - you can find proper high-quality Italian food ranging from ingredients for home made pizza, to fresh pasta and sauces, to amazing charcuterie/affettati and cheese and many more. Staff is very nice and available. Going back there every weekend to shop for a few dinners and aperitivi!

I been there last year for a quick shopping and I never spend so much time in queue!! At least 15 min before my turn due the cashier was alone running coffees and till. Staff members laughing around the shelves instead of helping to sold out the long queue of people waiting to pay, and I see staff member serving pasta and prosciutto without gloves, touching the hair and back to serve people without washing hands. Prices quite expensive!

I live very close to Prezzemolo e Vitale and I have always been a customer. Unfortunately, the management of the current situation relating to Covid-19 is a total disaster. Customers are let in at any time without respecting any limit in numbers, half of the employees do not wear a mask (but they wear gloves) and they move within the shop without respecting any social distancing rule. I recently complained about the situation (en employee literally stepped on my feet without a mask!) and I was told by the manager that I'd better stay home if I had to complain about their shop. I found this attitude completely unprofessional and utterly arrogant. I love supporting local shops, especially during hard times like these, but to hear a store manager suggesting customers to stay home has been beyond any reasonable boundary. Moreover, I think social distancing rules together with wearing masks in a public shop are mandatory rules that should be enforced without choice. I am afraid I will never go back to this shop until a different management is in place. A management which values returning customers and that protect them from the danger of being infected.

This is a comprehensive delicatessen and grocery store, with its base in Palermo, Sicily for the past 60 years. The range of packed and fresh foods including wines, is extensive. The staff are informed and helpful. There is a wide choice of take-away dishes as well. Perhaps the best Italian food store in London.

más refinada típicos italianos que aún creen que pueden estafa personas. Fui allí con otras pocas personas y no era mi elección ... pero algunos 80 libras por cabeza algún "atún" (8 de nosotros) y un par de botellas de vino Opino que no es justo.

Much like a lot of cafes in the area it's filled with saudi's and khaleeji arabs. Too much fuss, not enough attention to detail. Save your money.

We needed a quick bite to eat after visiting the British Art Fair and Polpo was ideal. We were fortunate in that we booked ahead otherwise we would not have got an inside table on a rather chilly September day. The small plates were excellent with something for everyone. The service was efficient and friendly.
