Pret a Manger in City of London, Westminster

Visito frecuentemente Pret, y cada vez que estoy impresionado con el servicio. Me gustaría mencionar en particular a los baristas Ruslan y Tatyana - trabajan rápido, eficientemente, y siempre aportan un gran estado de ánimo a la experiencia. De hecho, todo el equipo es amable y profesional, aunque desafortunadamente, no sé los nombres de los otros miembros del personal. El ambiente aquí es tan acogedor que te hace querer volver una y otra vez. Gracias por el excelente servicio!

Bonito es generalmente genial, pero esto fue horrible. Pedí dos bebidas - ambos no bebibles por lo que £ 9 más pobres los dejó. La gente que hacía las bebidas parecía no tener cuidado, y el gerente rubio era realmente menospreciante / malo con el único miembro del personal que me sirvió que era amable . .

Mi marido se enfermó ayer a la hora del almuerzo y no puedo agradecer lo suficiente a todos los clientes y al personal por su ayuda y apoyo, en particular , al médico junior Clodagh y a la joven con teléfono que fueron excepcionales. Después de pasar la tarde en el hospital y ser revisado a fondo, estamos en casa y bien.

Chica rubia grosera, me intimida en otro idioma, muy desagradable, nunca volvería al sitio, muy mala experiencia, servicio terrible. No se lo deseo a nadie

Super busy branch given location in the middle of Soho and Oxford Circus. There is some seating but suggest a take a away as lines are long and the whole world will watch you eating! There are more than enough staff but service was slow and staff were just inefficient. I just wanted a banana after having an unhealthy lunch elsewhere! Most of the bananas were turning brown and I had to wait ages whilst the guy was playing around with the till to put it through! Very limited product range for other items as well but it was near closing.

Estuve en Londres un par de días con mi familia y nuestro perrito. El sábado desayunamos en otro Pret a Manger al lado de Borough Market, a nuestro perro se le permitió entrar y todo fue genial. El domingo por la mañana comenzamos nuestra visita a la ciudad desde Carnaby y deseamos nuevamente desayunar en Pret a Manger. Como sabemos, el permiso para que se permita el perro está a criterio del administrador que solicitamos antes de ingresar. Los empleados una vez más dijeron que no hay problema. Mi familia estaba pidiendo nuestro desayuno mientras yo estaba sentada junto a una mesa con el perro. De repente, esta mujer rubia se acercó a mí y me dijo muy rudamente que tenía que dejar la tienda porque no se permitían mascotas. Después de explicarle que pedimos permiso en el mostrador, se dirigió a los demás empleados y les gritó que preguntaran quién nos había dicho que podíamos entrar con el perro. Dejamos la tienda enseguida, muy molestos y decepcionados. No se presentó, pero probablemente era la gerente, era muy grosera y poco profesional. Nunca queremos volver a ese lugar aunque estemos sin nuestro adorable perro.

Locale pulito ed efficiente serve cibo fresco con un ottimo rapporto prezzo/qualità. Consigliato per un pranzo veloce ed informale.

Have been to pret in carnaby street for the past 2 Fridays and both times I have ordered a flat white they have given me something different. When I have returned it to them to do again it's been fine.

Fresh food inspired by international recipes.... Love the swedish wrap.....soups ...but outstanding was their pulled pork ....regrettably has not been on offer for some time...

The Pret a Manger on Great Marlborough Street is a good west end spot for a snack or a meal. They offer the standard Pret menu and good service.

You'd expect the address to say Carnaby Street but apparently it's on Great Marlborough Street - either way, you can watch the Carnaby Street shoppers go about their business as you sit in the window sipping on a Pret Latte. This Pret is pretty tight for tables but if you're lucky enough to grab a seat, then the food and drinks are of the usual good, consistent Pret standard. The only cause for irritation was the front of house manager seemingly thinking it was more important to fill the impulse snacks in front of the tills while customers were trying to get served. Surely, you'd close a till down, fill the snacks and keep going, or save replenishment until the end of the day. That said, all colleagues were pleasant and the experience was good for a busy Saturday afternoon.
