The staff are all wonderful with professional warm efficient and friendly service. One of the best Pret's in London. They understand customers and are an asset to the company. They all work very well as a team and demonstrate fantastic hospitality and customer service skills. They remember their customers preferences of hot drink and deliver the best quality service according to the customer's needs every time. Excellent experience, not just one time but consistently each morning they deliver great smiles, greetings and friendly conversation which is genuine. They show passion and care for each other as a team and towards their customers.

Leicester Square ChambersPopped in here for a quick drink. Lovely ambience and cosy atmosphere. Good for a stop off - nice staff.
