I had the saddest most soup-y excuse of a pizza at this place for £17 pounds. If any Neapolitans or New Yorkers ate here I think they would kill themselves.

Would never come back. After waiting 40 minutes to have our table cleaned from the last 2 customer before us and having nowhere to put out bags down, see picture above, no one ever came. Kept having each time take my baby out of the high chair and go down each time with my baby in my hands. Worker kept saying someone is coming, someone is coming but than it changed to we’re too busy ..(serving the 18 Sem girls that were there today so we went down after not having a clean table and decided will go home, we waited another 35 minutes for the food that we first ordered before the 18 Sem girls place their order( they can come every day and enjoy and us as a mum not) the person at the till was clearly not qualified to take orders and meantime prep food… it’s freaking doesn’t make sense that he would continue taking orders making the iced coffee leaving it on the side and then 25 minutes later after the iced coffee was made he started the salad stopped again took some orders, made some mistakes so you can imagine how we felt! He was clearly not trained to handle a busy day, only with 1 Customer at a time. Sorry presto you won’t see me again! Sorry, the person at the till should have in obvious case dealt with the order placed first and not let us wait another 35 minutes after the first 40 minutes already waited for our table with mayo, cucumber and olives on it, so promised to be cleaned !! Person serving at the time see on photo.. who’s also had no clue what spelt flour is…. He was asked if the bread is spelt he brings out a bread - that won’t help the answer …. 😂😂😂

Grab a bite or an ice cream cone & enjoy the upstairs seating area. Kids loved it.

I made an order 80 minutes ago... they said it will take 40 minutes.. and I'm still waiting

Absolutely delicious we ordered pizza with double spicy chips and a shake to make it the perfect dinner, the seating area is lovely and comfortable, the customer service is amazing and the way they presented the food was really awesome!!! Loved it! 😁

They don't have proper cutlery or plates. Only disposables. No tab water. Only plastic drinks from the fridge.

I've had better pizza, but the other stuff like milk shakes and frozen yoghurt were outstanding. I was very impressed by how quickly the food was served. It's a shame that the upstairs isn't as clean as the downstairs, and please put a proper Keli to wash for Hamotzi and some Bentshers.

I received a pizza after 45 minutes of ordering I ordered pasta and extra cream for £5 and there was very little cream, no salt and pepper, cold and unkind service

For the most part presto is alright. However the customer service is not great. They don't answer the phone ever but they do call back sometimes. Today we placed an order with pizza, fish chips etc and a smoothie and they forgot to send the drink. We called them to send it and also ordered a cappuccino. They forgot to send the cappuciono!!!!!!

Food was hot & tasty this time. Price for toppings increased from £1 to £2 but they are still very stingy with it. Like literally one tiny slive of olive or pineapple per slice. I'd rate them 6/10.

The food was horrible. We wanted to dine in, but was served in plastic boxes and plastic cutleries. The mushroom sause for the pasta tasted weird and the pizza had an old fridge taste.. The penne pasta was so overcooked, I couldn’t eat it with a fork, only with a spoon.

This is the worst restaurant in London, service is shocking and the food is terrible! Kitchen staff using bare hands to put food in plastic Tupperware containers for dine in! So expensive!

The food is tasty but the description was VIP breakfast for 2. Extremely stingy even for one person: requested additional tcp salad but worker refused to give without paying an extra fee. There was no cheesecake which is supposed to be part of the breakfast. Waste of money.

Waited half an hour for two milkshakes. In that time, saw multiple complaints and very little compassion from staff for wrong orders. Girl working on salads, tills and desserts extremely slow, moody and unaware of the time she was taking

If I could give zero stars I would I heard so many good things about this place but when I visited I had to wait half an hour for the pizza even so it was empty and no one was taking orders over the phone so yhey were just slow! I wanted to eat my pizza there and the tray of the pizza was dirty!!definitely not going there again!

The place is very well located. In the area but outside the area!!. Food are nice and next level delicious.. Good service and very fast.. Recommended for delicious breakfast or a fantastic dairy lunch.

Not sure if I was just lucky or if the place was open later than the opening hours listed and I am not sure of the name but the street number is definitely correct so please update the name if I am wrong because it would be a shame to miss if you want some tasty food (at least based on the pizza I had and the fact people were queuing at this early hours of the day/night). In any case, I am glad I stopped and it was definitely past 11pm. I was not only glad to see the place open but very nicely surprise by the quality of the pizza. It was one, if not the best, authentic real deal I had in my 20 years living in London. I would imagine the base was done onsite by a real pizza chef (if not home made then a product of a great quality) but in any case was delicious and worth every pennies. A nice clean place with friendly, efficient and smiling staff despite the late/early hours and one I place I will sure pop by or order from again

"Presto pizza" guys its worth to taste their food, thay have a good menu always fresh and tasty😋 And the service is amazing, nothing like presto give it a taste, and its also very easy to order with fast delivery. My opinion for you if you want a good munch presto it is.

I ordered a pizza today which arrived literally stiff frozen cold! As much as i tried to resolve this with the utterly useless staff they kept on insisting that i they don't sell hot pizza (go figure ) & that i should heat it up in the microwave. . I live less that a 5 minute drive & this could of been very easily resolved. In short, if you want frozen pizza do yourself a favor & visit one of the local Kosher groceries where you can purchase equivalent size pizza for around £4 instead of paying £11 for this horrible frozen rubbish.

Our order this evening was absolutely top stuff, deliciously tasting, excellent quality, and a fabulous quick service. The pizza was so good a true taste of italy, the garlic bread was way more than divine, the lotus milkshake was an absolute winner and the chocolate madness with utterly luscious. We cant believe it was our first time but this will surely bring us back and we will highly recommend to family and friends
