Delicious food, perfect for anyone who is on a diet plan looking to lose weight or gain muscle. Great variety of food, Friendly staff, and very clean and tidy environment. 110% recommend

Lovely meals, good portion sizes. All meals were fresh, tasty and presented well. Various things on menu to choose from. Staff in Prep N Go were so welcoming and very knowledgable on nutrition and healthy eating. The shop itself had a very warming and welcoming atmosphere. Will definately be visiting again.

Excellent service, good choices available, meals are very fresh and tasty and plenty of variety. Good portion size. The staff are very welcoming and helpful with great knowledge on calorie and macro counting. Will definitely be visiting again.
