Fantastic place, some amazing events

We regularly attend the tribute acts. They are always fantastic, great atmosphere, never any trouble, call you taxis when needed that come straight away. Always have a good night! Enjoying the comedy today and looking forward to coming back for my birthday to see Naz (Aka Michael Jackson tribute) with my friends and family. Highly recommended.

40th birthday party. Great fun.

I don't do clubs normally. However, every time I have been I have had a brilliant night. Bar staff order you a taxi. Manager she is lovely a really nice lady. And John is very helpful. Definitely recommend for a fun and safe night out 😀 Thank you premier lounge

We held our wedding here 22.6.24 and need to say what a perfect venue it is. Firstly the packages on offer that cover everything that you need are brilliant. Each time we visited prior to our wedding we were made to feel very welcome and valued. Our requests were followed to every detail and nothing was too much trouble. The decor was absolutely perfect and the food was delicious and plenty full. Throughout our day the girls were on hand to ensure everything was running smoothly. We wouldn't hesitate to use this room again in the future for any celebration. If you are thinking about a party, a wedding or any celebration, give this place a try.

We came on 11th May for our daughter in laws 40th birthday party.what a lovely place.plenty of parking spaces nicely decorated with a good dance floor.very friendly bar staff.the food was amazing.we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves & would highly recommend to come here.

RIP OFF FOR DRINKS. Was charged £11.50 for a double vodka and lemonade. Sign said 2 shots are £5.50, A full glass of lemonade is £2.50...so where has the remaining £3.50 come from? £4.90 for an alcohol free beer too!! Never coming here again.

This place was booked via work for a Christmas party. I was informed they will cater for my dietary needs "halal". Attended here yesterday and the food didn't arrive on time as planned at 20.15. A bucket of chicken and chips was served to everyone. I asked is my meal halal and was initially told by the catering staff, they wasn't aware of this and then the boss approached me and stated "his bad, he forgot to cater for halal" he offered me a drink as an alternative to a choice of a meal/takeaway. He couldn't offer me a vegetarian meal as they only cooked meals for the exact amount of people that attended. I was then offered and given chips?!?. I asked for a refund as I paid £27.00 for a meal which they FORGOT to cater for my religious dietary needs, which they failed to provide. John the manager of the venue stated "he would sort it out later with the lady whom booked the venue" he tried his very best to fob me off. He then stated "he will only be paying half of the refund as I had a booking" I demanded a refund and he paid me £26.00 back, which he put in an envelope and hid under the table to prevent people from knowing! I've got to say for a £27.00 meal only a bucket of chicken and chips (small portion size) in a basket was given, no starter and no dessert. My colleagues whom ate the food (non-halal) described the food as 'dry' 'cheap' 'something you would find in a bin'. Never again would I come back even if they served halal food and even if it was free! I wouldn't even give the place 1 star.

What a great venue held my daughters 18th here staff and the food was amazing.

I came here toan eighteenth birthday bash. Parking no problem for all people. Entrance for all people. I thought there would be more room, obtaining a seat was difficult. The bar was adequate, ne real ales on that I could see. The food was meat and potato hotpot. Very good. There was other food on display. The weather at the beginning was very hot and it was stuffy and hot in the lounge.

Great 30th party, lots of lovely people enjoying dancing, food and fun. Good venue for parties and weddings.

Excellent venue Michelle and the team did a fab job setting up for my 40th looked fab ! Jackie’s food was amazing and Pete the Dj is fantastic! Will definitely book more events here in the future

It's ok. The chicken in a basket was fine, although one of our party is a vegan and there was no vegan option and even the vegetarian option failed to arrive so they ended up with just chips which wasn't really good enough

Nice venue but toilets could do with a bit of a refurb.

Went for a Charity Evening. It was worth travelling a round trip of 4 + hours. Food was hot, tasty & chicken very well cooked. Entertainment was first class. All in all an excellent night.

Fabulous night here. Lovely place. Only thing I found difficult was the covers over the chairs. People were tripping up up on them and catching clothes while trying to get out.and bring drinks back from bar a bit difficult 😒. Other than that great. Wash rooms clean and spacious. Staff friendly and quick. Loved it. Xx

First visit to the Premier Suite on Saturday night and what a FABULOUS evening we had. Great DJ, lovely staff, quality food & clean loos 😊. The Bee Gees tribute band, Stayin' Alive were superb. An absolute gem of a place. Already booked for next tribute night on 20th August 👏.

There is no better party anywhere, this place is the best! Every time we go, absolutely no disappointment! Top staff, top food, top entertainment.

Nicely decoratived, good dj and saxophone player could have done with being a bit bigger, air con wasnt on and drinks expensive.

We’ve just celebrated my parents 50th wedding anniversary in the lounge room. Very professional, informative and helpful with regards to our wants/expectations for our experience - from the room-hire, entertainment, decorations and ordering the food everything went smoothly a catered perfectly for us. We had a fantastic night, the staff on the night were great. Drinks prices average for this premium type of establishment - I would highly recommend and will be booking future events here

I was at an anniversary party. The place itself is spotless,the catering was really good and plenty of variety. My only moan is the price of drinks. I only drink bottled water and I can get twelve bottle's for less than they charged for one . Bar tab quite expensive,and had put me off having my 70 th party there.

Good night listening to a brilliant band. Stax of soul. However venue needs less tables especially placed outside gents toilets more dance space and and needs more ventilation especially in these tricky covid times.

Very friendly staff, nice enough location with ample parking, but no baby changing facilities, essentially no outside space and almost £5 for a pint! Eek!

Yes its me again and as always i dont get paid a single dime for these reviews. I was invited to a friends birthday party at this particular venue so i went along with my lovely lady. On arrival the road outside this place was overflowing with parked cars which admitedly was a slight downer. However i then remembered there was a decent car park around the back of this venue with plenty of available parking spaces waiting. The parking area was only let down by the lack of lighting which left you feeling a bit insecure regarding security. On entering this place your imediately made welcome by complete strangers at the doorway (no not boucers)and also sat at tables as well as lots of hellos and friendly nods as we approached the bar. The atmosphere felt comfortable and there was a live performer on stage. The bar staff were also lively and wasted no time approaching us.The audience seemed to be responding well to the evenings live performer who was a very capable soul covers singer. Food was ready available and well prepared so all in all we had a great night. Dont just take my word for though pay a visit yourself. Right guv where's my cheque ? 😊

I ordered bottle House wine but it was only 8% should have said I thought it was same strength as my friends there's was dearer but should be told staff didn't seem bothered

Fantastic night last night fot the ultimate Queen tribute night . The atmosphere was great ! It was my fellas birthday and we asked last minute for something to be done and the gentlemen brought over some shots with a candle 😁 and everyone sang happy birthday Thankyou so much 🎈🥳

Absolutely disgrace of a venue, told doors open at 19-30 just a scam to get you in there, and pay there ridiculous bar prices, when the artist you have paid to see doesn’t come on till 22-00 and only plays for just over an hour!!! Would never set foot in there again, staff are very rude you can’t even get the beer you want in the right glass either!!! Disgraceful

I cannot rate highly enough this venue and the staff. I recently held a surprise party for my wife’s 40th birthday on the 27th November 2021 🎂 Michelle, Gaz and Jackie couldn’t do enough to help prepare beforehand and on the night. Things that I had forgotten they speedily jumped into action and went above and beyond. The hot and cold food ordered was of fantastic quality and was absolutely delicious and went down a storm with the guests. If your thinking of hiring one of the rooms then don’t hesitate. Hardly any food left by the time we were allowed to go and get some. Tables so tightly packed I couldn't stand up without 3 other people standing up to let me out. Rude and unpleasant staff.
