Premier Inn Wolviston/Wynyard hotel in Stockton-on-Tees

From the moment of arrival , with the total professionalism and friendliness of reception to being given an immaculate room, this stay was first class. Standard premier inn Room was far too hot, couldn’t change the temperature, so very uncomfortable to sleep. Asked to upgrade to a room with air conditioning, too be told non available. Nowhere decent to eat nearby other than McDonald’s etc. breakfast very average.

Enjoyed stay rooms quiet and had a lovely breakfast.

We stayed at this premier Inn hotel an we were absolutely amazed by the quality of this hotel,ample parking, fast food outlets within walking distance,toby carvery next door,the facilities was absolutely amazing,the rooms were quality,clean,restaurant was absolutely amazing very clean and modern,but the best thing was the amazing staff,re customer relations,polite,friendly, best premier Inn we stayed in, big T x

Fantastic low-cost accommodation in a great location with friendly Tees folk ready at reception to assist should you need it. We had a great weekend, and our visitors from Europe were also impressed.

Nice updated room. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Mel was great as I needed water for car windscreen washer. She filled bottle for me then appeared in car park with large jug. She didn't need to do this but added value to my visit. Thanks.

Great food in the Toby next door. Premium plus rooms are over rated. Old tv, not smart. Wifi poor, ultimate wifi advertised as included, not. £5 a day extra. No phone signal on o2. Lovely comfy bed as usual.

Melanie was very helpful as I left my wallet in my room, and she left it in the safe for Mr until I returned which was very kind.

Lunch only at the Toby Cavery food is nice and the staff were friendly and efficient however on this occasion the restaurant was very quite and I think as a consequence the food was not very hot which spoilt it a bit.

One of three premier inn rooms I stayed in with my family on a short trip. Everything about the hotel was great, other than the underlying smell in the hotel room. It was almost like someone had been smoking in it, or more likely a heavy smoker had been staying in it. A bit of a shame that it would then be allocated to anyone, nevermind a family with young kids.

Nice hotel for a couple of nights stay. Nothing lavish, but there was no noise, the room was clean & the staff are friendly & helpful. The bed was comfortable & the room is reasonably sized. There are tea & coffee making facilities & TV. There is a restaurant by reception & is also joined to a Toby Inn. Prices were reasonable as well.

The breakfast was superb but the lady that checked us in wasn't helpful.

Checked in to Premier room. Strong smell of chlorine and cat pee in the bedroom. Went straight out to meet family and got back after five hours. The most disgusting smell. A mix of drains and heaven knows what else in our room. Only provided with one bath and one hand towel for two people. Lying here wide awake at 2am, unable to sleep due to the smell. It is gross. My first and last time at a Premier Inn. The sweet treat is a small piece of chocolate.
