Had a good stay and the staff were really helpful. Tyresse provided me with some helpful information about where I needed to go in the morning.

The location of the hotel is great, with many shops and restaurants on its doorstep and the town centre a short walk away. Staff are very friendly and go above and beyond to help when they can. The room was clean and the usual premier inn standard but it was freezing. In fact the entire hotel was cold, in particular the lobby and staircase areas which was very disappointing

A good standard Premier Inn. Good food available, although limited menu if you're there more than 3 days. Good breakfast selection, could be kept warmer though. Excellent location, plenty of restaurants and takeaway available. Good shopping also. Parking at a reasonable daily rate. Make sure you use the code in the lobby. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

Mouthing off cancelled my room and refuesed to let me in

Leaving 2 stars due bathroom had a bathtub and shower in bathtub no view outside due to scaffolding and we paid for room and breakfast and and the morning for breakfast they didn't book it in we had to wait for a table as wasn't on the breakfast list they now looking into this I won't be staying at this one again

Excellent customer service from reception and breakfast staff. It was slightly expensive this weekend. Obviously, gone are the days when Premier Inn was always value for money for a three star hotel. Yet. It was very close to our event venue.

Rooms are old and tired, they were dusty and had cobwebs on the walls - clearly need a deep clean. There was scaffolding on the outside of the building and litter outside. This Premier Inn needs an uplift/upgrade and was not value for money. Didn’t eat food at Brewers Fayre but went in to take a look and it was dirty. The only positive was the location, there was a retail park opposite and the town centre was around the corner

The hotel has a decent enough standard. This is not a luxury hotel, hence the price per night. The people at the reception are very helpful and polite. Walsall is not the center of the world, but the hotel's location in Walsall is perfect. Cafes such as Starbucks and Costa Coffee are right next door. There are also some shopping centers right next door where you can buy groceries, clothes, shoes, etc. just across the street. And the train station and bus station are also only a few minutes away.

The room was alright and had no issues. The location of the hotel is fairly central so that was the greatest positive. The only downside was the restaurant attached, the evening food wasn't great but the breakfast was reasonable.

Great location. Really central and within walking distance of everywhere we needed to be. Interesting view of a canal/lake and loads of geese. The rooms are spartan and there was construction going on but it didn't bother us. However, where was the couch? We just had a half empty room and whoever fitted the carpet probably needed retraining. However, as always with Prem Inn it was clean, comfortable bed, spotless towels and bedding. Cheerful reception staff. Seemed happy to be of assistance. It was a pleasant stay and parking was less than £4 a day which is a bargain.

Good stay at this Premier Inn, in line with expectations. Courtney on reception was great...really friendly and efficient at check in. Breakfast was a standard Premier Inn buffet which was fine. You do have to pay for parking but this is clearly shown when you book. Hotel rates are available which you can use when parking.

Ok first real low review I have given room cold couldn't get it warm staff not very friendly

Stayed 1st and 2nd Feb 24. For a new hotel the fixtures in the room were shocking, the extractor fan sounded like a mains powered leaf blower so loud I had to use the bathroom in the dark at night, the TV didn't work at all well and turned on at near full volume and the channels wouldn't change in a normal way. We had someone roam the corridors at 3AM making a lot of noise shouting gibberish and I can only assume they were on monkey dust which didn't help as we had a very early start for work. Food was disappointing and the bar service frankly bizarre, I've stayed at loads of premier Inn and it simply wasn't consistent with the brand standards and being told that isn't how it works here for quite ordinary processes was somewhere between amusing and shocking. It wasn't at all busy and I think really the staff could have offered table service for ordering and certainly needed to be aware of how the meal deal operates for those travelling through work. Don't get the wrong idea the bar man was a delight very friendly welcoming, what a character but he hadn't have a clue how to take an order or pull a pint! Breakfast however was really good and I'm still amused that you have a Schindler's lift. I hope you change the extractor fans and I would be happy to stay there again but please sort out the evening dinner experience, there are fantastic pubs in the town and plenty of better places to eat. When you can get a pint for £3.50 and a giant cheese and ham cob for £2 it doesn't sit well to to pay more than that combined for one pint of lousy beer well short of a full pint in the wrong glass with a massive foaming head.b and have to queue for over ten minutes to get it when 3 other staff wonder about doing naff all while their colleague gets into a quite understandable flap at the pressure of having a load of grumpy thirsty bored people watching when we could have sat at our table and had a round brought to us by the other staff doing nothing at all. In fact I've the second night we didn't even bother trying to get more drinks even though we wanted them!

Table Tennis England booked for me to run the Cadet Premier Division Matches. Stayed here before.

No WiFi in this hotel which is horrendous. Apart from that a decent place to stay.
