Gemma, Mark and Crystal were very friendly and helpful. Watch for the low light in the downstairs bar though

Spend a night here due to work and had Gemma serving in the bar and restaurant.What an amazing person kind , sweet, great customer service skills. I can say I travel around the UK a lot staying with premier inns for Buisness and I mush say Gemma is one of the best i have come across.To make things better she is a Manchester United fan 😃. Great services 10/10

Great staff member in restaurant CHAN. He made the positive dining experience. Used hotel restaurant both nights and would go back again, he’s quality of service perfect!!

Hotel is clean and rooms are good. BUT the restaurant is cry out for more staff!! Chan was great. It’s a shame he’s in his own to deal with the rush of people who come to eat. Needs more staff.

We come for breakfast once every few months at this premier inn on a Sunday .I can't eat gluten or dairy and the staff are always very careful when taking my order .The staff are consistently friendly and professional even when it's very busy .

Good breakfast and before a day of Warhammer at element games

This Premier Inn is undergoing a few renovations but I have been made to feel so welcome here! The team are friendly and remember the small details that make all the difference (thank you Arfa at breakfast, and the kind gentleman on duty each day for dinner service).

I'm a regular user of the hotel as the rooms are always exceptionally clean and the food is excellent. The staff are always polite and courteous and in particular Gemma in the restaurant couldn't do enough for you and is exceptionally polite First class

We went for a night on our trip to p.louise it was perfect situated for us. The staff was so friendly and the breakfast was amazing can't comment on the other food as never ate there. If we ever had to return we would stay again x

Staff have all been brilliant....but... breakfast is not buffet you order and wait...unless you want cereal...coffee machine broken....they offer a deal from 1700 till 1900 on drinks.....but the restaurant doesn't open till 1800 so how does that work.....you have to ask for room to be cleaned...not mentioned upon arrival....the bar snacks if you call it that does nothing.....ready salted crisps....nothing for children or sweets very little choice on child bottle drinks ..... Premier inn pull your finger out go look at a holiday in and learn how a hotel should work....no room service no phone in room .... A shame as the staff are fantastic...

I was very impressed with the staff particularly, every person we met was friendly and helpful, a particular shout out to the lady who was serving breakfast and run off her feet who still managed to be smiling and helpful. The rooms were a decent size and beds comfortable.

Stayed 4 nights over Christmas. Ground floor room was great and clean but a little worn especially the bathroom. Staff friendly especially Mark who supplied extra towels and tried to sort the WIFI which was non existent. So unable to speak to friends overseas on Christmas Day which was VERY disappointing. The pub/restaurant was only open 6pm to 9pm....madness ! These problems need to be sorted...especially the WIFI!!! Or i won't be back .

Stayed here for two nights while working, friendly staff on arrival. Rooms were clean and tidy, standard for Premier Inn. The restaurant is now run by the hotel as Beefeater closed, so I wasn't expecting much, but I was very surprised by the standard of the meals and breakfast. Overall, good stay.

Really good experience Gemma in the restaurant was fantastic mark on reception is always pleasant a pleasure to stay at this hotel

Good night sleep in a king size bed. Room 122, was modern and clean. Had dinner next door at Beefeater. A very good selection for breakfast served with good coffee!!

Rooms are a standard for cheap hotel,but very clean.

Had a brilliant time food buffet was excellent a lovely tasty 😋 range would definitely without a doubt have another do there they catered for 45 people 😋 thank you Bamford arms and especially SOPHIE
