Appalling service and attitude towards us as two disabled guests. One staff member thought it funny that we couldnt park in disabled bay and had to walk. Very long time to try and check in as they couldnt get the key machine to work. Very rude and offensive. Left without staying and wont stay in a premier inn again , standards gone very poor!

Location was great by the seafront. Car park was harder to find but is actually only around the corner closed by. Feels slightly understaffed as they run between the reception and the restaurant next to it. Room was clean and bathroom ventilation doesn't work properly so beware of steam after bath/shower! On the first day of arrival we had a really dirty slime thing on the shower head and this was changed for us immediately so shout out to the staff who got our replacement and fixed it swiftly. Buffet breakfast was ok but not the best with the hot food compared to their other branches in the UK, their fried eggs was cold and this was only at 8am! Their mushrooms was very dried so was not so pleasant. Overall location was good. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Bathroom although clean could do with fixing the ventilator properly. Breakfast was a slight let down.

Location of the hotel is great, it’s on the seafront, next to everything you need. However, we had flaws on our visit. Upon arrival, the system wasn’t working so unable to get in straight away, but the staff did get that resolved quickly to be fair to them. It is the only hotel have ever stayed at, that wouldn’t give you an extra pillow. The staff seem overworked, running between the hotel & the adjoining restaurant. That is when they weren’t on their many many smoke breaks, leaving the reception unstaffed majority of the time. The extractor fan in our room did not work, so having a shower or bath, you got smoked out, and the windows don’t open in this hotel. Breakfast was not great, some of it already cold, and the lady chef behind the counter with an attitude as I didn’t re-use my plate although it was made up of mostly fat from the bacon I tried. But to end of a positive, the end was comfortable, but absolutely will not be staying again!

This is the third time I am staying with Premier Inn and I only have one problem with the hotel staff that they never clean the room the next day when I went out for my day. All three times.(two in Bournemouth Premier Inn, one in rhyl) I stayed for three nights every day, whenever I was leaving for my day out, I requested for a room clean service but in the evening, when I come back, I am always disappointed. It’s really not nice to stay and sleep with a three-year-old child, in a dirty room with a bin overloaded, and the tea cups are not cleaned

I wasn’t going to leave a review because I never actually went there. I walked past it once and google have not stopped sending me notifications to review the place….. so here it is the 1 time I walked past there was a crackhead leaning against the door and a scouse couple arguing in the road…… that’s my only experience of being near it.

Breakfast wasnt very good, it was cold and not very tasty . Wiill go Wetherspoons for breakfast the next time I stay . Pubs all very close and very good . All in all a lovely stay 🙂🙂

Not easy to get into as you need to go down a back street. Very little parking

Can't fault it. Comfy, quiet and right on the front. Just a 5 min walk from the traon station too.

Location is by a busy road and parking is a walking distance from the hotel. But the rooms are 👍.

Quad room was perfect lovely. The remote control was dirty. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Keep up the covid cleans on remotes and switches Loved that no extra cushions were on the beds as the covers in all these hotels are not cleaned each time like pillow cases. Well done. I think if you can only offer a quad for single people the price should reflect £93 was way too much

Stayed recently at this premier inn, was very taken back by how kind and helpful all the staff were, the hotel was clean, the food was nice and was a great price for what we wanted. The rooms were clean and stocked with all your essentials, we made a few requests at reception that were dealt with straight away and the staff were not bothered by it at all. All staff on reception/restaurant/cleaning staff were approachable and you can tell they enjoy their jobs. They made our short trip most relaxed. Huge thank you to management and staff. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We were moving around North Wales and just wanted a B&B for one night. The Premier Inn was spotlessly clean and there was a wide choice of breakfast foods. The staff were friendly too.

Spacious and modern cafe. Loads of choices of food on menu. Staff were friendly and polite. Food was delicious and well-cooked. Nicely furnished with modern design. Would come again. Would recommend the waffle with chicken strips and maple syrup

Best chippy in town. Very clean and tidy. The food is cooked fresh rather than sat under the heat lamp for hours

Unfortunately a very poor experience. We were staying here on a stop over. We weren't expecting much but what we got was awful. On entering the "apartment" we were confronted by a horrendous smell of mould and damp. On the ceiling there was a big patch of mould. After finding additional bedding in the cupboard we were horrified to find mould on the spare duvets. In the same cupboard it looked like mushrooms were growing out of the coat hook rack. I personally would not stop there again unless it was completely deep cleaned. It's a shame as the place has the potential to be nice but the finish is terrible and mould is bad!
