Premier Inn Newcastle (Washington) hotel in Sunderland

Lovely stay at this premier inn, every staff member made you feel welcomed and catered to. The room was clean, modern, and decent sized. The breakfast was a good. The service was excellent. Happy to recommend this hotel 👌🏽

We cannot fault the facilities and efficiency of all the staff at the Premier Inn Newcastle Washington. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the beds very comfortable, breakfast is more than adequate and freshly prepared with sufficient choice for all. The staff were overwhelmingly friendly and welcoming from the reception Staff at check-in to restaurant staff at breakfast. We will definitely stay again.

Excellent staff always happy to help and accommodate, very professional when the fire alarm caused an evacuation and handled the person who had caused it very professionally even when that person became agressive. Always stay here when working in Newcastle, excellent breakfast freshly cooked and champs across the road is fantastic evening food, alof of excellent quality food for brilliant price

It's got the new modern style rooms, slightly smaller now but still fine. Bathroom has a nice walk in shower and a purple light if you want one!

Stayed here for 3 nights with my husband. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our breakfast was lovely

Excellent service and great hotel, the refurb is now finished and I believe that you are now able to get Premier plus rooms but the standard room is very good quality as well

As per usual , this was upbto their standards, only difference was the full breakfast was cooked to order , which was nicer than the usual self service, as it was hot and fresh.

Stayed four nights for the cricket at the Riverside in Chester le Street which is a short bus ride away. Nice spacious comfortable room as expected on the ground floor of the two storey hotel. Had the breakfast which was very good although the cooked items were not buffet style but cooked to order. Lovely friendly staff and a very clean hotel. Would definitely stay again. .

Premiere Inn is a beautiful place to stay. Stayed here briefly during Covid to allow us view some houses in Newcastle in preparation for our relocation. It’s very close to most amenities and we enjoyed our stay.

Stayed here before a rugby match, 20 mins from stadium. Free parking. Rooms were immaculate. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Had breakfast in house and was delicious. Highly recommend. There is a Toby Carvery next door too. Electric charging would have been handy but found one 5 mins drive away so problem solved. .

Fantastic premier inn, very welcoming staff at all times, bedroom & and bathroom spotless! Happy and talkative cleaning staff most mornings! Very good.

Lovely clean hotel, easy to get to with Tobay carvery across the car park. Staff were so friendly and helpful. We will definitely use this hotel again. Thank you
