All good with our room. Comfortable bed, perfectly working good shower. The location is great actually! It is super close to Heaton park which is really big. There there are a playground, a mini farm, lovely lake etc. Next door there is a pub which offers unlimited English breakfast. The bus 59 stops few meters away from the door and approx 30 mins travel to Central Manchester.

Stayed here with my boyfriend last weekend. The receptionist, Lisa, was lovely and v helpful and let us know the closest supermarket. A good cheap hotel for a short stay in a good location.

We stayed one night here as we were attending a show at the AO arena. The outside is horrible. Potholes in the car park and rubbish everywhere. Once you get inside though it’s totally different. The staff were super friendly, the room was spotless and the bed was really comfy. The pub “attached” was fine but the staff there were quite slow. Location wise it’s perfect if you’re going into the city centre. I’d definitely stay here again. At £60 for a Friday night in December, you can’t go wrong.

What an absolute shocker of a Premier Inn, we are regular users of this hotel brand, and this was by far the worst one we have ever stayed in. Absolutely useless staff who did not have a clue on how to resolve the issue of a filthy mold ridden room ! It took a very long complaint to guest services to get our £103 refunded !!!

Stayed at this hotel with my wife for a few nights just recently. It was a very enjoyable stay. The bedroom was very clean with everything you need for a short visit. What really made our hotel experience memorable were the lovely staff from Front of house to Housekeeping. A hotel no matter how many stars it may have can only function with friendly, professional and motivated staff and one member of staff shined the brightest. Elena from Front of House. She has a very friendly and warm demeanor, acts very professional while at the same time making us as guests feel at home. On the cold and wet windy Manchester days of our stay Elena always made sure that we felt warm and welcome.

Awkward vehicular access .. restaurant entrance had a dirty abandoned AC unit in front of it. Breakfast very busy and disorganised .. not enough toaster slots. Hotel receptionists were friendly.

Fantastic staff, very helpful, downside was we were woken up at 1.00 in the morning with excessive noise from nearby room. Heard people, i assume returning to their room late, slam the door then there was a continuous noise for approx 15/20 mins.

Perfect location for our trip to Manchester. We had an issue with our room but Mary went above and beyond to make sure we could move to another room and was settled. She helped us move our belongings and within minutes she had us moved into another room. Not only that but she was so friendly and kind hearted to speak to - she is a true privilege to Premier Inn and I would come back purely to see Mary again! Thank you so much Mary xx

Stayed as attending funeral. Room was 24 degrees and no way to cool it down. Small fan in room. Did say on website no air con in fairness. On check out receptionist said we could have had another fan and a sheet but not mentioned on arrival. Busy main road but we had room at back so no noise. Ate at evening in restaurant next door. 5/10. Breakfast 7/10.

Lovely staff 👌 no significant problems 😊 experienced. Rooms were a bit hot, though. There was no apparent air con point in the room. I would return next year for Tough Mudder.

If I could give this place 0 stars then I would. We came for a night out (group of 8 diverse and mixed gender people) at 9:50pm, they said we needed a booking to come in, luckily they had a booking at 10pm available. However, when we went back in (after standing outside to do said booking), they singled out our Indian male friend and said he was too drunk and was “stumbling” around. Not only was this a blatant lie as he was the most sober out of us and form of racism, but they did not mention this the first time we went in. Absolute disgrace in this day and age. Not to mention, two white boys came in (who looked more intoxicated than our friend), they first told them they too needed a booking and 2 minutes later let them in anyway without a booking so long as, “they did not drink too much”.
