Spacious and clean rooms. The hotel's location is excellent in the city center.

Lovely comfy and spacious rooms, friendly and helpful staff on reception. Ideally located for shopping and all the bars. Very near Harvey Nichols and Selfridges and Sinclairs Oyster Bar. Bear in mind, not near new Coop Arena, but near old AO arena. The car parking is convenient and only £6 for 24 hours

Great location for city centre. Room was clean but strangely spacious i.e too much space. Reception helpful and friendly. Bar staff were nice but bar area not much atmosphere, and a broken TV. Parking only £6 for 24 hours was amazing price

Great location, friendly helpful staff and a quiet nights sleep on a Saturday night. What more can you ask for?

So covenient! Public areas rather soul-less and need refurbished but location and a good nights sleep makes up for this.. and parking for guests just £6 a day.

We stayed in this hotel over the weekend, an excellent location for the AO arena (MEN-arena) victorious station, Manchester cathedral and the city centre. The woman on the checkin was lovely and was really good at her job, very professional and polite, very engaging. We think her name was Lilly. We got a room on the 10th floor with a view of some of the city with was good. Not much room in the car park, however, only space for about 100 cars, but this is the city centre, this cost us just £6 for the night which is very cheap, the room was great and the breakfast was lovely.

Hotel very clean staff very good and location excellent for where we wanted to go. The only down side was the restaurant we waited over an hour for our main meal in the end we told them we didn't want it within seconds they where bringing it to the table which was to late for us.they said there was only 1 chef in the kitchen not good enough for a Friday night and a busy hotel.we would stay in this hotel again but we wouldn't use the restaurant

Very friendly staff, but no hot water in my room. Breakfast was late. Good location for the centre, but you can find much better for your money.

As with all premier inns the bed were very comfy. For us it was in a good location as we went to a concert which was only a few minutes away by foot. The man (Rhys) who checked us in was very cheerful and funny. The breakfast was good but needed to be booked in for it in the morning which was understandable as it isn't a big breakfast room and it is a big hotel, so if lots of people went at once it wouldn't be good. I told the lady who sat us down that I require a vegan meal and she asked me if I wanted vegan sausages/bacon etc and how much, then it was delivered to me within 10 minutes.

A lovely place to come stay during a visit to manchester. Had needed somewhere to lay for the night before continuing our journey & came across these guys! great staff, friendly service towards us all only downside is the wifi would need improvement as there was hardly any signal but other than that we was satisfied with our stay, thanks to the team for looking after us and making our experience memorable :)

The staff were lovely but no Matt in the bath makes it very slippy. We weren’t given fresh towels when it was clearly needed. The room didn’t have a radiator, only a portable heater which made the room really cold and since the electricity cuts out when you leave the room, had to come back to a cold room which took a long time to heat up.

Good for the price (£50 per night) and the bed was very comfy, however the wifi is very bad, had to use data. There should also be a small fridge and microwave in the room, couldn’t keep any food or drinks and had to go out to eat multiple times a day.

Stayed here last weekend, we had 2 rooms, we were a party of 3 adults and 2 children, ideal location for the AO Arena, 5 minute walk away. Rooms were clean but a little dated - cobwebs in the corners. Slept really well, though, so that's the main thing. Right in the city centre, arndale centre is at the top of the street. Would definitely stay here again.
