Bento King M3 Store in Salford

This is my second time buying this food and I love it I can’t get enough,freshly cooked

Food was excellent! 5/5 stars. Unfortunately there was an issue with delivery and we did not receive the food, however, after contacting the takeaway the lady was extremely helpful and got a fresh order to us within 20mins. Despite the issue with delivery, I would highly recommend this takeaway!

Terrible experience with them using Deliveroo.. Expected delivery time was 9:45 , ordered placed before 9:00 .. trucking through deliveroo app was not available, after the app showed that the order was in transit for more than 20’ i have tried to call them through app. The phone number was wrong. I call them through google map and they claimed that they have tried to reach me at home and I didn’t answer. i had no missed call and haven’t heard the ring bell. They told me I should have waited downstairs for them and they asked me to go pick up the order and there is no way they give a refund.. They have also claimed that they called me , and contacted a deliveroo agent also( I have chatted with two different agents and they had no idea) and they also mentioned that I had received an email that they are trying to reach me (but nothing was in my inpox or deliveroo app)

Food is very tasty and portions are very generous. The lunch deal is great, I got tofu satay and sweet corn soup, both tasted amazing. Service is great: friendly and fast. Will certainly come back.

Waited a long time for a disappointing dish, chunks of tough pork, chicken tasted synthetic, chips were cold n tasted like they'd been reheated not worth half of what it cost

Very good experience with both the food and restaurant. I was in a hotel and I typed my mobile in wrong so the driver couldn't deliver my food. I called the restaurant and got sorted, the driver returned even though I had no money to pay for the return trip. The person on the phone and the driver were incredibly patient and helpful when they had every reason not to be! To top it all off, even though the food got to us late (my fault), it was still hot and delicious. Highly recommend.

terrible delivery, ordered food through the Deliveroo app, waited for an hour and a half for the order from this establishment, the quality of delivery is 0, it is impossible to get through to the restaurant by phone, don't even think about ordering food there, because they simply won't get through to this establishment by phone and you will still have to ask for a refund, the restaurant itself delivers, but does not answer calls and does not do anything and I never waited for my delivery, fortunately I got my money back

I had the crispy beef in chilli sauce. It was horrible most of it went in the bin. I won't be coming back here again

The chicken balls were more dough than chicken and the rice was plain and watery , it said it would be jasmine rice but it tasted awful

Over £40 worth of food cold, reported it to just eat straight away and they have refused to do anything about it

The chips were soggy and not really cooked. I would say there were a LOT of onions, and some of the onions were like the Bento King’s skin peelings. I did, however, like the branded stickers on the Tupperware boxes which is something I’ve never seen before from a Chinese. Well done.

I’ve lived here a year and I can honestly say I’m not really a fan of Chinese food. But OH MY GOODNESS! This place is fab! My husband loves Chinese food so it’s always a bone of contention…. We ordered the spicy vermicelli and the satay chicken skewers. They were both delicious. I’m converted! I might be back very soon!!!

Food was very bland curry was bland sweet sour chicken had no flavour it was cold when it arrived duck had lots of bones ans fatty bits hardly any meat soup was cold overall bad experience and won’t be in a hurry to order again chips was cold too

Food was bland with no taste and I always order bbq sauce to give the rice more flavour but even that tasted like diluted dishwater broth. Don’t get me wrong it isn’t the worst Chinese I’ve eaten but it’s probably the second. The prawn dumplings were good but yet again didn’t have flavour i wouldn’t know what it was if I didn’t order it.

duck appetizer was nice! braised pork belly and fried rice was tasty too, but I would have loved veggies in that rice too. prawn toast was good 👍

Unfortunately I would not order again, a real waste of money:( I got crispy beef however it was chewy and hard with little to no beef in there at all. The egg fried rice wasn’t too greasy however it was just really really bland. The combo mix was also just not flavourful with chewy seaweed. Perhaps this is because I ordered later in the day so the food had been cooked too early? disappointed regardless! Had higher hopes🤷‍♀️

My favourite takeaway! Brilliant food. The delivery driver in the yellow car, as always, as big a highlight as the food too - lovely bloke, always rapid, and so friendly. Nice to have a personal touch/friendly face with a delivery in this day and age!

not sure how this place has good reviews - chicken was chewy and inedible, noodles were dry and the spring rolls had almost nothing but onions and tasted like they were made 2 days ago. I ate about 20% of my dinner and sadly had to leave the rest because it was so unenjoyable. 😢

Avoid at all costs, 3rd order from here, 2nd one was over 45 minutes delivery and stone cold, benefit of doubt, people get caught in traffic right? 3rd order sent chicken instead of prawn, called to explain, handed over to the manager i assume, explained i dont eat meat and sent chicken, response, chicken isnt meat?? Offered a replacement and asked to return the original! Absolutely! I dont eat meat!! No apology from either member of staff. No rice with replacement and prawns like leather

Driver said he tried to call but had no missed calls. Eventually we called the restaurant to see where the food was. He had returned the food to the restaurant. Second driver had no problem delivering. Very disappointing experience as a new customer

Very disappointed, order some food and still waiting, been over an hour, can’t track the driver and the restaurant is not answering phone calls!!!! Never ordering again !!!!!

Driver claimed they could not find the delivery address. The address is a house that is very easy to find on all map and navigation apps. It was just laziness. Food eventually arrived soggy and lukewarm - needed reheating. Will not use again.

The only reason why I am giving it 4 stars is the price. It is quite expensive for a Chinese takeaway however it does taste nice. I love the salt and pepper king prawns! The sesame prawn on toast is also good but sometimes a bit too oily

Expensive, I think due to location close to the city centre. Food, hit and miss. Sometimes really good and other times I wish I didn’t bother. Server was straight to the point and service felt very rushed.

I thought the satay and chips didnt feel fresh and the chicken felt .... not real. Just saying how it felt. The prawn and broccoli was awesome.

Great food - really fast service and helpful with changes to dishes (happy to take egg out of Singapore noodles when requested). Friendly, fast and delicious. Lots of vegan and vegetarian options - chinese standards like Tofu/ vegetables but also quorn. Highly recommended.

Very watery dishes and minimal portion of meat and over load of veg. Surprisingly poor given checked other reviews prior to ordering.

Amazing. Down from Glasgow for the weekend, fancied Chinese, ordered at 23:30 roughly and was with us before midnight. Hot, tasty and fresh.
