Such a good costumer service - Ivan had to deal with my request of changing the rooms and checking my other future booking to make sure everything is ok, he was very patient and very helpful. This is not the first time I stay in Premier Inn. I love the decor, lightning, comfortable bed and I love having relaxing bath in here.

Would rate a ZERO if I could. The service I received from a young, black female employee was highly unprofessional and unacceptable. She rudely took my card without explanation or permission to proceed to the main till. Her demeanor was characterized by lack of friendliness, a lack of smile, and an overall lack of empathy. It was as if I was communicating with an inanimate object rather than a human being. This behavior is not only condescending but also unacceptable for such a big company. It is essential for employees to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, regardless of the customer’s age or background. Oh, and do tell her to get a new hot comb.

Shocking experience and not in a good way. Turned up to check in and all automated check in machines broken. Queued for 40m to find their booking computer then broke. Eventually got booked in and had to rush out for an event we nearly missed. Got back to our room to find sink and shower blocked and smell of sewage. Went to reception and got told no other rooms available we would have to put up with it. I refused to except this and then they find another room. This 2nd room had no heating but just a plug in oil radiator in the room. The room and corridor leading to it was absolutely freezing. Our bathroom had no hot water and just the sound of a banging pipe. The bed was a put up bed. In the morning after very little sleep I joined the very long queue full of people making complaints. The manager although polite said it couldn’t resolve the complaint and gave me a phone number to call to speak to someone telling me it was open. I called it in front of him to find that department was closed. I am still trying to get a resolution to my complaint (watch this space). Good luck to anyone venturing to the Stratford Premier inn. UPDATE PREMIER INN AGREED TO FULLY REFUND 3 WEEKS AGO BUT NO SIGN IF ANY REFUND !

Staff does not listen and forgets so one has to go down and remind them again n again about any issues you are facing. Bathroom had water blockage. Room was not cleaned for 3 days even we asked several times and gave reminders.

The overnight service was good, only thing missing was cups in the room, but the breakfast was very disorganised with the kitchen running out of a lot of food by 09:30. This caused the queue to be unfathomably long with going on a 10 minute wait just to get a plate.

After our flight was canceled twice and we informed the hotel immediately in advance, our cancellation was categorically rejected. And only after several complaints did we have to pay. In addition, the receptionist was very unfriendly and not helpful at all. I definitely can't recommend this hotel, you know.

Found bed bug in our stay if I could I would attached the video. Bug is running all over the bed during our stay. It was really insane. We couldn't sleep all over the night.we also emailed regarding this sensitive matter to the premier inn but didn't get any help crazy crazy crazy

I am forced to write a review after twice having received no reply, but only a form of questions with a request for information already contained in my letter of complaint of 4 November 2024, which I copy below: I had a reservation (n. ***), together with my colleague, at your hotel London Stratford, check in 30 Oct. 2024 check out 31 Oct. 2024. Unfortunately, when we arrived at the hotel at around 10.30 pm, we were told that due to an alleged electrical fault, neither the rooms we had booked nor any other rooms were available for us in the hotel. We were also told that the staff had tried to solve the problem, that an engineer had intervened, and that the engineer had not found a solution to the problem. Even assuming that this version was true (at one point in the discussion the word overbooking escaped!), we asked why - given that there had been time to get the engineer to intervene, the reservation contacts had not been notified of the unavailability of the rooms and the need to be moved to another facility. If your staff had had this basic customer care, we could have gone directly to the hotel you were planning to reroute us to, and not only could we have eaten dinner (we were forced to stay hungry instead), but we would also have been able to contact our contact person in good time, who was waiting for us at the London Stratford hotel the next morning. Instead, it took your staff more than 30 minutes to change our reservation and organize transport to the new hotel, and return in the morning in time to at least have breakfast (already paid for, by the way) and be on time for our appointment with our contact person. In fact, we arrived at the new hotel at around 11.30 pm, and there was no way to communicate our new location. This meant that we had to check out at 6.00 am on 31 October, too early for breakfast in the new hotel, but the minimum time for caution to reach the London Stratford hotel. Where, in fact, we arrived just in time to get something to eat and meet our contact. Not without much difficulty from the staff of the second hotel, who did not want to take it upon themselves to inform the taxi driver that they would be collecting the fare from the London Stratford reception. An arrangement, this one, made the night before, to ensure that we kept to our schedule. The experience was therefore absolutely negative, and above all caused serious disruptions that compromised our physical well-being and professional performance the following day.

Found big bed bug walking middle of the night on our bed 😫 We couldn’t sleep. I have complained same day and they gave me website to complain about it and I have sent the bug pictures and videos to them. They just apologised no compensation.

I stayed here for nine days.The reception is a desk and not on the ground floor. Not at all welcoming. You do pay extra for a self-service breakfast, and it was okay.But I decided to only eat there once as I didn't like the setup as lone traveller The room was fine but dark, and the setee didn't look clean.However, the mattress was one of the best I've slept on

Room is usual premier inn standard: spacious, arm chair, comfy bed, choice of pillows(soft or firm), clean. Shower room was clean & shower worked well. Breakfast was buffet style, well cooked & more importantly it was hot! Evening meal was the normal menu and was adequate. Staff efficient & friendly.

Hotel refurbished & now very smart. Bit of a downside, though, more D.I.Y check in & out, which means hardly any staff. Plus, the lifts, really, really slow, seem to stand around waiting for ages. But, rooms are very nice, new mood type lighting around the headboard also nicely ddcorated bathroom with a lovely shower.

We've stayed here a few times now, and it's not getting any better. The rooms are clean and tidy, which you would expect when paying over £100 a night. Reception is a free for all when it comes to checking in, we arrived at 240pm and was told checking didn't open until 3 pm, so we grabbed an overpriced drink £15 for 4 drinks from the bar and sat down, at around 250pm a few others had turned up only for the chap behind the counter started to check people in despite knowing we was first to arrive, so my wife joined the queue then an another person went to another computer and instead of asking the next person in the queue he asks people from the back of the already long queue, I guess customer service isn't taught these days. Getting to the rooms ok, nothing special, the bed was a bit creaky and looking at the frame it's been poorly repaired so could probably do with some new ones as the bed in our friends room was exactly the same. The windows are extremely dirty, so I can't see a lot out of them.

I come regularly to this hotel for professional reasons, very comfortable bedding, quiet and well soundproofed The reception has been renovated and this is very appreciable Good WiFi signal, USB socket near the beds ideal when you don't have an adapter to charge the phone Close to the very large shopping center, large international train station for easy travel, numerous shops and diverse restaurants for all tastes However, big downside This is the second week where in the middle of the night there is a power cut on the 6th floor Already reported on Wednesday October 23 in the morning Last night again power outage and no improvement Very average at the price of the rooms to get up in the morning in complete darkness w no light or electricity so no kettle for coffee Please react

We have just been here for the second time, we went to the Tottenham Hotspur stadium for an NFL game, the previous time was the Wembley stadium. The hotel has excellent public transport links everywhere in London. The staff is kind, the room is clean and functional, with comfortable beds, a great choice for 1-2 nights. The breakfast is very delicious, with a great selection. Westfield is a great opportunity for shopping and dining. This is one of the best hotels when I come to London, I highly recommend it to everyone.

Great location to access milenium park and Westfield. Great tube access and parking if needed at Westfield. Rooms are well priced Sbd have all you need. Bathroom is well sized with an excellent shower. Cooked breakfast us really good with plenty on offer. Coffee machines do bean to cup as well. Staff are fredkt and helpful. Renevation work was taking place on my visit but caused no issue.

Excellent service from all the staff at this premier inn. I've stayed there for work multiple times and each time I am always impressed by how attentive and friendly the staff are. The last visit, I used the Premier Plus rooms, and they are definitely nicer, but the standard rooms are very nice too and perfectly adequate. I don't think I'd go anywhere else now when working in the area and intend to go back socially, as its a great location.

Three automatic check-in terminals are available in addition to a receptionist. Very well placed. The room was spacious and pleasant (I had a three-bedroom to myself so...). In terms of value for money and distance from Saint-Pancras, having had other hotels much further away and more expensive, it's really the best! The evening meal is really good, having seen my colleagues take different dishes. The only downside is the sticky floor, which I found sticky the next day at breakfast.

If you want to get your daily steps in for the day, look no further! The queue for the lifts to all floors including reception was ridiculous. Only 1/3 lifts operational. Alternative is 153 steps to reception, plus any extra depending on your floor. Shower water was cold in the morning. Only positive was the location and view.

Booked the hotel for easy access to the ABBA Arena.The Premier inn is located next to a large shopping centre and multistorey carpark. Good choice for a stop over. One thing that I didn't like is all floors can be accessed without a key card you can't get to the room corridors without a key but still doesn't feel safe Why wouldn't you have the lift only go as far as reception without a key card? Then need a key to continue to all floors? Room was good but not sure I would go again.

Well! Where do I start? Check in was ok I guess nothing to note there particularly, but the welcome was a little below par. It only went downhill from there. Our evening meal was absolutely shocking. The starters arrived and were 'ok'. The main course then arrived whilst we still had all the plates on the table. The pizza and the chips were cold, they forgot our sides as well, so we had to chase that up. Shortly afterwards we asked for some more drinks. The staff were absent throughout the meal and only appeared when delivering a meal. After 20+mins, we asked about our drinks which they eventually brought over. Our daughter took a trip round the room, the staff were all hanging round the bar chatting. When the drinks eventually turned up we told them we would not be paying for them due to the shocking service. Our finished plates sat on our table for at least an hour before we went looking for staff again to ask about our desert! This resulted in a 17+ minute wait for a chocolate brownie. We asked for the manager, who proceeded to shrug his shoulders at me when I dared to complain, and said "no i didn't! It's just a gesture that I do" are you for real?? Is this really an appropriate attitude for a manager? We told him we were not paying for our drinks or the onion rings or extra chips, to which he replied "oh I see you are on the meal deal" as if we are just trying to get something for nothing. I seriously suggest he takes part in management training as it left a lot to be desired. His final parting shot is that we were not welcome for dinner tomorrow!!! Like we will ever be coming here again! The feeling was the same generally in the restaurant with others leaving before before the meal was done. As we left we heard people in the reception refusing to stay in the hotel as "you can't even get the basics right!" No words! Sadly breakfast was equally appalling. Never again

Nice hotel attached to Westfield Shopping Centre. Rooms were clean, comfortable and well maintained. We were on the 8th floor and had a great view. Although the hotel was busy, there was no noise to be heard at night and we had a great nights sleep as a result. Breakfast was very good too in the hotel restaurant and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. Great place to stay when attending the ABBA Voyage show. Black cab from rank outside the hotel to the ABBA Arena cost £10. Would stay here again and would recommend.

VIP room has no phone to call from the 10th floor, so I had to go downstairs to get coffee pods and milk. Breakfast has no taste. Rooms were good and clean. Location was great. Not sure the price is justified.

The setting is beautiful but worth noting that the more expensive set menu diners go up stairs and a la carte diners stay downstairs. However it is much better value and the food was delicious. I was a bit wary as it has to be pre ordered but it was cooked to perfection. The other bonus is you keep the table for the interval so I’ll do this every time now.

On Saturday evening, with my family (including a 4 yr old and 18month old baby) we were turned away from the door of this Pizza Express. The restaurant did not look busy at all, but apparently all booked up, according to a rude waiter who met us at the door. We were baffled whilst looking around the empty tables and chairs, and asked whether it was possible to accommodate - a rude 'no' came from the man who met us. It was around 17.30. As anyone with small children will know, our intention was to eat fast and get back in time for bed as quickly as possible (we live opposite end of London, and due to sit on Jubilee line for another hour). As we turned around to leave, something seem to dawn on the man, he asks us to wait for a moment. Perhaps it was the looks he was getting from other punters, realising how bad it looked that he was rudely turning away a young family. We just said we'd move on, as we were clearly not welcome. He just shrugged his shoulders and said 'ok then' - as if this was clearly our fault. Some 90 minutes later, we walked past the restaurant having eaten elsewhere, plenty of tables still free. Disgraceful behaviour really.
