Premier Inn London Romford West hotel in Barking and Dagenham

Easy access. Clean and bright room. Bathroom and shower/toilet area clean. Very warm... cosy even. Staff are polite and very, very helpful. Bed was amazing... worth the higher than average overnight cost compared to other establishments.. (looking at you travellodge.. up your game guys). Would definitely stay here again.

Too basic, outdated decor, smell carpets. Creaking floors.

Good size carpark and its free just remember to enter your registration plate at reception and its free ! Quick check-in My room up a flight of stairs Was a good size as was the bathroom Bed was super comfortable as always WiFi good Shower hot And powerful Location on the outskirts of Romford next to a busy junction! Would stay again if in the area

Great spot nearer to the work place I needed to go to.

Had room booked for 3 days over Xmas but couldn’t stay due to sewage problems throughout hotel, offered another room with sewage problem as affected whole hotel so had to find alternative accommodation. Won’t refund even though agree sewage problems. Very very poor customer service and do not trust there good night guarantee as clearly not what it states to be.

Five stars from me. I've frequented this hotel on a few occasions now and have been happy with the hotel and staff on each occasion. Gina and the rest of the team go beyond to help. A great night sleep guaranteed.

Really nice hotel, clean and the staff are very friendly, especially Gina, she is so helpful and polite and go’s out of her way to make your stay as pleasurable as possible. Her customer service is amazing. I stay at this hotel regularly and I always look forward to seeing her and the rest of the team.
