Premier Inn London Enfield hotel in Enfield

Stayed at this hotel for a couple of weeks. The reception staff were extremely helpful. Dora helped me when there was a problem with my room. She was friendly, polite and very helpful. Thank you Dora.

Kristina is a great staff and she is very kind and pro.

Room had dirty floors and dust bunnies everywhere. There were even lids left in the room from previous occupants. One lift working. Photos of the exterior of the building and rooms must have been photoshoped because it does not look that good. The floors creek and the halls are dim and in need of upkeep. You can hear people walking around on the floor above you like they are stomping.

Went down to visit with family in the area so location for us was perfect. I am disabled and the staff were amazing and helpful. I took unwell one night and the staff were very understanding. Even though the hotel was very busy the staff at the reception desk always had time to help. We have stayed a few times now and will continue to stay at this hotel when in London.

Stay here regularly and always happy with my stay. Staff very welcoming and attentive and it is great value for money.

I had room 136 for 4 nights at this establishment. The very kind reception who was able to resolve my breakfast problem because the manager did not have my name on the breakfast list even though dinner and breakfast as well as the room were paid in advance (this is why I did not give the maximum score) On the other hand, every evening for the meal the restaurant team is nice and friendly, especially the waitress Jane. In short, a good stay for me.

Always warm check in at the desk specially Dora always smile and very helpful. In housekeeping Christina always looking after us and nothing is too much for her. I will recommend this location to my family and friends.

It's a budget hotel. But not a bad one. Lifts were out of order, so they gave free parking. Nice touch. Paid for the 'better' room. Worth the extra. Only complaint would be that I asked for daily cleaning of room, which did not happen. Otherwise, pretty good for the price.

Unfortunately, a month has passed since my stay and I have not yet received the invoices for the accommodation, even though I have already asked for it 4 times by e-mail. Very poor contact, replies to emails after 5-7 days.

Excellent hotel, I paid around £60 for a Monday night including breakfast which I think is very good value for money in 2025. The check in is very easy and check out even easier. The bed was so comfy, i cohkr have slept all day. Breakfast very tasty with vegetarian sausages and bacon available om request. Parking £7 per night and is paid on check out. Would definitely stay here again

Avoid like the plague. Otherwise there’s a strong chance of catching it. The staff are pleasant but useless. Apparently there is only one spare pillow in the whole hotel so I had to use towels as an extra pillow. The walls and floors are so thin you could hear conversations happening in adjoining rooms. No sound insulation whatsoever. The whole place needs a good refurb. It looks dirty, unkempt and unloved throughout. Watch out for the fake reviews on here. Lots of them mention a Dora and even how there are doormen! At a premier inn!!

Great reception called Marjan 5 star

Allocated ‘premier plus’ rooms that stink of cannabis which staff knew about but they thought with opening the window the smell would just ‘go away,’ given they did change the room but it still was sub-standard that they’d even put us there with the knowledge of the smell. Asked 4 times for the water we payed for, got pointed to the vending machine at £2.70 a bottle, we got told there was a delivery of water, at no point did any other staff know about this delivery or kept us informed, we did not get one water bottle the entire trip. Window didn’t fully close on one of our rooms which made us feel quite unsafe. One toilet was leaking urine from behind which took two requests to come fix the hazard, in which they just put towels around the leak and ‘it’d be fixed once we had gone.’ Carpet had stains which appeared to be bleach, one room had a golf ball sized hole in the wall, general maintenance wasn’t upkept (broken remote, broken lamp, broken hairdryer..) just overall really grubby, wouldn’t stay again and definitely wouldn’t book a premier plus room.

Omg the new smirnoff vodka is just vodka available at asda Iceland Morrisons and Sainsbury's no more smirnoff and told no tables available with my grandson and after that 3 other families gets seated not good I felt like Rosa parks. American activist

If i could leave more stars for the service i would. Without being too self exposing this trip was very unplanned and very inconvenient personally, but im sure due to that the staff were a little bit out by me unfortunately but the treatment i recieved depsite that gave me the strength to continue on through my day and my circumstances as the kindness of strangers at that point returned me the faith i needed in the moment to keep struggling through. I stayed 20/01 in room 108 (lovely room) and i wish id caught his name but the morning receptionist for that day at least deserves a raise at the very least, and all the good karma in the world.

Staff are very helpful from the reception team to the housekeeping team,Andreea she helped me when needed. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and will always stay here again when I'm back in the area.

Adequate, clean hote near London. It served our needs for a Holiday visit with family in Enfield.

Firstly I should say it’s a 15 minute walk to the nearest station. It has some okay connections to get to the centre of London, but it’s worth spending more to get more central. The area it is in is what seems to be a housing estate and industrial complex. There is a roundabout nearby and you hear cars going round and round all night. So it’s bad for area. When we entered a rather rude Woman was on the desk. She was impatient and impolite. Then they got our room wrong so we waited for 20 minutes until they allocated us a new one. The rooms themselves weren’t bad, but nothing special. I say it again, go to a hotel closer to the centre. You do not want to pain of staying here are walking back and forth to the station.

I've previously stayed at the hotel and had no complaints. However it has recently gone downhill! We booked for a business stay as it supplied bed and breakfast with a pub on site for a reasonably priced evening meal. We arrived to be told the restaurant/pub wasn't open due to refurbishment. Which obviously meant breakfast wasn't actually included and we wouldn't have on site option of evening meal. No prior notice whatsoever!! The hotel isn't within walking distance of another eating establishment either. They were kindly offering non drivers takeaway delivery menus!! Breakfast would be refunded within so many working days which was obviously not helpful. In addition rooms were not serviced daily. When enquiring about this at the end of our 3 day stay we were told they would have done them had we of asked!!

Room was clean and tidy and they left a nice note and sweets for us. Everything was clean and service was great. Some of our travelling companions had a less than stealer experiments however so it seems to be hit and miss, great location for our purposes

Not the best Premier Inn I've ever been in but, not the worst. All round it was a pleasant place however, i don't like the practice of placing people with younger children on higher floors as they make lots of noise/banging etc. Younger children should be ground floor if possible & parents given extra talk about quiet policy/repecr for oyher guests. It seems people get away with whatever they like these days.

I was greeted by the lovely Dora who had a beautiful smile. She listened to what I needed and took her time to understand my checking-in needs... I was blown away by her professional service, Dora is an absolute credit to Premier inn and I hope she has the opportunity to progress up the ladder when you find a rare gem like Dora you hold on to her. 10/10

Perfect internet connection, air-conditioned rooms, quite quiet and a restaurant next to the hotel. Perfect accommodation, I spent 3 weeks here. I was here on business and I have to say that even if the surroundings are nothing, at least the Hotel is perfectly fine

We stayed here after needing a refuge as our first accommodations in were horrid. We booked under the impression we could check in after midnight (woman on phone ensured we could) but when we arrived we were told we were not able to that. The wonderful front desk who delivered this devastating news to us (Erol along with Dee and Chami) did everything they could do try and get a room). This didn't happen but the efforts they went to was greatly appreciated. The room was great, everything we needed after the horrible accommodations we were previously at. The location is far from central London but a short walk (10-20min) to different bus stops and/or rail station can get you where you want to go.

They don’t go out of their way for you. Standard procedure and don’t ask for anything more. Don’t expect anything from them and you won’t be disappointed. If you want them to make you feel valued… this is not the right place for you.

Welcoming and clean would stay again

This should be a budget hotel but is very overpriced....tired decor and building..rubbish aircon which as usual for premier inn is only useful if you wish to be extra warm......if you like to be cooler premier inn aircon. only goes down to 19°which is warmer than an English summer. Either put your prices down or do this sad old place up!!! Breakfast was good.

Popped into the Premier Inn in Enfield Lock to the get shelter from the heavy rain whilst out walking. Looking like a wet rat, thankfully I was warmly welcomed by George and ordered a coffee ☕️. He kindly directed me to sit in the lounge area and to sit as long as required. I found the setting and decor in the lounge to be warm and very cosy. No one bothered me and it was just lovely sitting there peacefully. Thank you George.

Massive carpark but you have to pay for the privilege to park in there ! 5 quid for 24hrs not bad but depending on the room price! Quick check-in and all info given Two lifts to all floors My room was a good size with air con and black out curtains Bed super comfortable as always Shower hot and powerful WiFi good Location is OK for Enfield not really much to do in the area but close to the canal Restaurant next to the hotel with excellent menu and good value. Would stay again if in the area.

Decent room but walls are so thin that you can even hear people breath next door. To make matters worse, next door had 4/5 people who kept running around, talking, shouting till 2am. That is when I had to physically go and complain to the reception!! People above kept walking all night and I could hear every single footstep! On top of all this, I couldn’t sleep because it was very hot and stuffy in the room. Your aircon was faulty and kept switching itself off every 5 mins so I just gave up on it. Never again.

Very nice hotel as you would expect from a premier inn. Staff are always friendly, welcoming, and polite. The Cookhouse is your typical pub but you will have to book a table in advance for an evening meal.

After a horrific night’s stay in another Enfield hotel (not Premier Inn), we returned to our old faithful and have not been disappointed. Marjan checked us in and since then has catered for everything we needed, more milk, extra pillows, help with parking… I had the best night’s sleep I have had in ages, never sleep passed 6am but I was still sleeping soundly at 8. Thank you all.

There was no phone signal inside the room & only free Wi-Fi available, which is very slow, I was on the ground floor.

Hey! When I stayed at the hotel, I was really impressed with the way Sarah welcomed us. She was super friendly and efficient, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The reception area was spotless and well-organized, which gave a great first impression. The staff members were quick to attend to my needs and went out of their way to make sure I had a pleasant stay. Additionally, Sarah offered some special services that made my experience even better. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others based on the excellent service I received by Sarah at the reception. It's always nice to feel well taken care of when you're away from home, and Sarah at this hotel definitely excelled in that aspect.

Clean, quiet hotel. Ideally placed to catch train from Enfield Lock into North London. Marian, on Reception was particularly helpful and attentive.

It was a nice cosy room and the facilities in the room were satisfactory. The staff were really nice. I had rice and chicken current for dinner, which was bland but overall nice.

Staff on desk gave took 10 minutes to check me in after multiple problems, they then gave me the wrong key card twice before finally realising they had given me the wrong room number completely. The whole check-in process took almost half hour. On top of that they failed to mention I had to register my car for parking so I have just had a £60 fine through the door. Please advise the desk staff to be more thorough when handing over key cards, and it would be very helpful to at least warn guests they need to register their vehicle. Very poor service overall. Also no open window and broken air-con made for a very uncomfortable room

Travelled here from the East Mids in order to go out at the Drumsheds. Initially was disappointed that there weren't rooms available at the nearer Edmonton branch, but after our stay we were extremely glad we ended up with the Enfield branch. It has a massive car park which is half the price of the Edmonton branch. It also has a high speed electric car charger which was handy for us. It's easy to find and although it's not far from the M25 it's very quiet, tucked away in a business park (we were here at the weekend when all the businesses were closed). It was quiet inside the hotel as well; guests were very considerate of each other. The room was clean, the shower was great and the bed was massive and comfortable. The staff were chilled but very approachable and helpful. They helped us with directions to the Drumsheds including advising us on trains. Best of all, when i left my laptop a cupboard in the hotel room when i phoned to enquire the staff went to check and found it for me. They kept it in their safe until i could collect it. I was soooo grateful! Thank you for a very peaceful stay and for looking after us and our things so attentively. Thank you so much! Highly recommended.

Location good for what was required. Attention is all in the detail, which unfortunately this site was lacking on our visit. Pros, Interaction with colleagues was good, Cons, only 2 sachets of coffee for a double room with 2 people, decoration looked like a bodge job, cleanliness of building and room lacking. Only 1 lift working, stopped looking after that.

Simple hotel, clean rooms, within easy reach from the train. Good service, helpful and smiling reception team, efficient and going extra mile to help. Restaurant also provided good service for my family. Only 1 problem is we cannot change AC and heater by ourselves. Had to go to the reception. But everything perfect.

I have lot of experience with so many premier inns, enfield is best premier inn hotel because of Great service. It’s old but i like it very much. The room was clean. Breakfast was delicious and restaurant team also very nice. people in the reception were very helpful also managers are very professional, The location is great- very near train Station.

Pleasent trip everytime I visit. It's the only premier in that I'm comfortable going to. the rooms are nice, the car park is massive and the concierge are super helpful who makes my morning check outs easy and I walk out happy every time. We will go back again.

Unfriendly receptionist who kept questioning what room I had booked, genuinely couldn’t remember as it had been booked months in advance and I only had the reference number. No towels on arrival. Staff in restaurant were friendly and helpful. Had very noisy neighbours above, the noise went on until 4am and there was loud bangs on the floor, hardly slept all night. Strong smell of cannabis in the corridor. Stayed for one night for an event elsewhere so location wasn’t too bad.

Room far far too hot and the window doesn’t open. Spoke to woman on Reception on four occasions in an attempt to get the heating turned down, without success. She was soooo rude! Just seen other posts about rudeness. She definitely rolled her eyes on each occasion. Her attitude needs addressing asap. No smiles or any hint of manners from the desk staff in the entire time; however, we could not fault the room staff or the male manager who rolled up his sleeves and got stuck into the huge amount of room turnarounds on Saturday. The hotel (I use the word ‘hotel’ loosely) has two lifts, one of which was out of use for the duration of our stay, and the other one broke down with two men in for some length of time this morning. The desk staff just left the man’s wife and child aimlessly wandering around while awaiting the emergency services. What’s wrong with the staff? Surely offer her a cup of tea and start negotiating a refund. The place smells disgusting with so many people wandering around in PJs.

I've stayed here atleast one week every month for the last 2 years with many of my colleagues. However this hotel is now taking social contracts and housing people from all walks of life the corridors stink a stench that could only be described as sweat feet and decaying human waste. There are children as young as 1 running up and down the corridors screaming from dinner time to well into the early hours so if you stay here I hope you don't like sleep there is rubbish strewn across the corridors soiled bed sheets just thrown out of rooms and an assault course of push chairs in the corridors so let's not hope there's a fire with the obstructed fire exit routes. My neighbours left their doors open increasing the stench in the communal areas to levels that penetrate 2 fire doors. I saw in the rooms they're filthy covered with rubbish. The good night guarantee is Null and void at this place and me my colleagues and company will never book rooms here again premier in Waltham abbey will be our new hosts. The place stinks like a rubbish dump and sewer in the midday heat. I would highly recommend any 'paying' customers avoid at all costs. As there appears to be no system to where in the hotel you are placed I hope to move rooms tomorrow but my first 2 nights at this place have been horrific.

Not the best Premier inn, badly needs a refurb. Located on industrial estate out of town. Very hot rooms. Best things are it is good value for money & the quiet location. I would recommend paying a little extra for premier plus.
