Nice pizza .I made a order in just eat the pizza was cold when arrived because was no drivers but still was very tasty .

AVOID STAFF NOT PICKING UP PHONES OR IF HAPPEN ONES FOR MILLION YEARS IMMEDIATELY DUMP THE HANDSET WITH IMPET!!! RUD AND WITH BAD MANNERS STAFF. THEY TAKING NUMEROUS PAYMENTS Horrible service 3 years in a row! Charge for extras what not coming and when YOU TRY TO COMPLAIN staff are rude or blaming clients for them own fault with it, Web pages and clients phone managers never control staff and quality of service,feedback from headquarters are absolute ridiculous I télégestion people,complaints for a head of the group go nowhere AND so called ombudsman addresses what they attached by court order will go nowear bcs clients are ripped off over and over . Accounts are constantlywipped from points bychanging tike for due date without prior informing of clients. Nonoff feedbacksand complaints can be properly made bcs the wayas they co structure them isabsolutly absurd. Zero attention to disabled people by phone, in store (no ramp) or attention by drivers for food and clients feedback -why hire foreign company what will not guarantee quality and proper food control. Greasy food ,drinks are not chilled properly and deeps coming inside pizza box what are agains hygen rules in gastronomy. NOT RECOMENDING THIS PLACE .EXPENSIVE. In a year I spend more than tousend pound and never was treated with respect . Last order I made march 2024 AND NEVER AGAIN . In feedback whey give examples of menue to "RECOMEND" ....GREEK POZZA IS NOT EVEN ON THE MENUE ...CLASSIC BUSINESS WHEN UNTTAINED KIDS TAKE OVER AND THINK MO EY WILL FLOW .. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY THERE....POINTS NEVER GET TO YOU BCS THEY RESET YOUR ACCOU T EVERY TIME WHEN YOU SHOP ... HAPPY TO FIND WHO .... THEY ALWAYS GIVE WRONG DEEPS AND DRIVERS NEVER WISH YOU "ENJOY YOUR FOOD, THANK YOU FOR THE ORDER ".

Well I order two large pepperoni pizza for collection the pizza was so delicious I said them to put extra cheese they didn’t charge even the staff was friendly and they give me free dips also😍that’s amazingg loveeee itttt.

They refuse to pick up the phone been calling all day tried to order last night they took the 32 pound from my account but after that the shop closed didn't receive any order updates order conformation or anything and the transaction ain't even pending they took the money !

Worst papa johns I have ever used and I’m a massive pizza lover honestly I moved to this area and this is my local papajohns and I promise you every single time I have ordered they either miss toppings or completely get it wrong and when you call up nothing is done about it the workers do not care about their job and it shows so stay away from this papajohns

So...after I paid, I got in the car and went to collect my pizza. I had to drive 1 mile, and when I got to the store, at the counter, the pizza was already there, waiting for me to pick it up 😂 Incredibly good and fast service. Thank you!

VERY DISAPPOINTED————————Honestly, the deadest pizza going £33 deal online “flavour there is non” so bland I’m so surprised because I was hoping at least the topping will add flavour and they didn’t. Dough & sauce is so bland. Honestly worst £33 I’ve ever spent on a takeaway and will not be a returning costumer even when my food arrived it was cold

worse experience I have had wirh food delivery. the pizza delivery person arrived and from my widow I could see him manipulating the pizza slices with his hands.i challenged him and he then explained that the pizza was damaged on transit that I had to call the restaurant. I call papa Jones and they said nothing they can do but to speak with just eat and hung up. awful customer service from papa Jones. never buying food from them again.

Food is very bland with very stingy portions, a cheese and tomato pizza is meant to be loaded with pizza sauce and cheese but it was like the complete opposite. Considering the amount of options around, this place is somewhere I will not go again. The Papa Johns I remember is no where near the food I got very disappointed.

I've been using Papa John's in Enfield Wash for 7 year's now and they have always been polite, helpful and the delivery is always quick. Food is always piping hot and fresh never had a problem with service or food.

Delivery driver couldn’t find my address

Poor quality on two occasions in 3 months. Back in April I ordered a Jackfruit pepperoni pizza and received a size smaller than I ordered with about 1 JF pepperoni per slice (see photo for a very sad looking pizza). The second instance of a mix-up is when I received a thin crust pizza instead of regular. Obviously not as bad, but it's still not what I wanted. I think my patience is used up now. I was prepared to let the first instance slide because I don't want to spend my evening chasing up poor quality service, but the second mix up was enough to make me post this.

Deliveroo driver messed up my order, however the staff were so helpful in fixing it and sent a new one out straight away. Excellent customer service

Today I ordered through Just-Eat, who litterally handed my food over to the first person they saw in the building. I was so upset and in the middle of a flare up, and the woman who was working the phone today (I feel terrible, whilst upset, I didn't get her name), but she went out of her way to support me. I really appreciate it, thank you 🙏

Update. Ordered 2 thin crust pizzas and please see what we got. Not being funny. We know exactly how Papa johns thin crust pizza looks like as in 7 years this is only pizza place we ordering from. Half pizza went into bin again!! Regular customers but this time very disappointed! . Ordered sane pizza as usual. Mexican was almost without meat ! From the sides it was 5 cm of dough without anything. Another thing first time we have been asked to pay for delivery! When I asked since when they charge I been told Dr last month which is not true as we ordered pizzas only week ago . Only then they changed the price which still was nor right. Not sure if we order again.

One of the best pizzas I had at this store. Staff over there are very polite and helpful. They will even do customization as per your need. Staff Sophie and Naveen were helpful and on one occasion Manager Sameer also helped us when we accidentally placed wrong order.

Received the wrong order for starters, With a side of cremated cauliflower bites, pizzas were made with out cheese on them,. They have really gone downhill over the time they have been there 🤢🤮

First time trying. Bought through paypal. Got the notification with tracking page. Quickly through receiving and oven. Then after about 30 minutes into checking and cutting i think id better call. Told it will be here in ten. About 55 minutes after ordering. Totally unimpressed. £30 for one pizza and wings. Will write back if it actually is hot when it arrives.

Worst pizza experience ever! I ordered two large pizzas from the enfield town branch instead of the sauces on the outside of the box or in a bag they put it with the pizza. Ok red flags, I know this isnt hygienic and just ate my pizza after 30 minutes and 5 slices down literally stomach pains and I'm running to the toilet. Worst experince ever wouldn't even give it a star only order from them if you want your pizza with a side of food poisoning. I have never in my life felt the need to review a place for poor service but its 1:37am and I have been kept awake because of a upset stomach.

This place used to be great. Pizzas were fresh, hot when they arrived and delivered on time. We had a couple of misses with them towards the end of last year but regrettable decided to give them another chance. Not sure if they’ve changed management but their service now is absolutely shocking. We ordered pizzas at 18:30 to be delivered for 20:30. By 21:00 we’d heard nothing, so gave the store a call and were told that they were very busy and our pizzas had just come out of the oven so will be with us shortly. 21:15 and still no sign, so we tried to call again. No answer from the shop. They closed at 22:00 so at 21:45 one of us decided to drive down there to see if we could collect our pizzas instead. In the meantime, after 45 minutes of calling, we got through to the shop whose staff weren’t apologetic in the slightest and just kept saying “we’re very busy”. Our pizzas were delivered at 22:00 and despite being reheated at some point (you could tell from the dried out and burnt pizza bases) they were cold. To top it off, I was treated to a hair in one of the slices. Never again will I use this place which is a shame because the pizzas here used to be fantastic.

Definitely the best option for Pizza in Enfield. I've ordered from then several times and never had a late delivery, never had issues with food quality. Customer service has also been excellent as they have also rectified mistakes that I have made whilst ordering.

This was absolutely horrible it tasted like human excrement was on my pizza. I would never recommend this to anyone,I had been recommended about how the pizzas here were really good , maybe it was undercooked but I was not content at all with my pizza!! The experience I had received this time with the pizza "the mighty meaty" sadly , was dreadful. I had high hopes for it, really unsatisfied with the experience me and my 2 friends felt the same.

Horrible service I live literally 2 minutes away from shop and had to wait 1 hour for my order. I called the store and the reception guy told me food its on it way and will be with me in 5 minutes and i called again after 15 minutes and they didn't bother to pick up the phone even though I tried to call again 2 more times none picked up. When the food arrived after 1 and half hour food was cold and i got the wrong order. Then i was told they will bring me the right food and was not coming. I called the store and again they didn't pick up cuz they could see my phone number from the screen. Even 1 star its to much for this shop Honestly. Worst shop ever

All the 5 star reviews are from the owner who has set up a number of fake accounts. Funny how the "people" only review Papa John's in the local area, which are franchises owned by the same person. Issue has been reported to Google.

Took forever to deliver don't bother ordering from here. Absolutely shocking.

A little disappointed first time ordering from here. I ordered online and still after an hour no delivery. I literally live 1 minute drive away, had I know it would take so long I would have picked it up myself. Then when I called them to find out where my order was the Member of staff on the other end of the phone was very abrupt and told me the driver is on his way and then hung up the phone. Very rude. I definitely will not be ordering from here again nor would I recommend anyone else to.
