Premier Inn Llanelli Central West hotel in Carmarthenshire

What can I say - excellent in every way! I was staying here on my own for 5 nights while my husband was having a major operation at the hospital nearby. I cannot thank you enough for your kindness and going the extra mile in sorting another nights' accommodation at short notice and helping me carry my luggage on departure. It means a lot when you're far away from home and a bit emotional! You should all be proud of yourselves -))

Could not fault the hotel! Very friendly and welcoming reception staff. Let down badly by the breakfast at Brewers Fayre. Very low quality ingredients, arrived to table barely warm. Far too expensive at £10:99, cheaper and superior quality breakfast can be found locally.

We stayed here on Christmas night. Wonderful welcome from the checkin lady who offered us a glass of Bucks Fizz. The room was spotless warm and very quiet. On the desk was Christmas crackers, a box of biscuits and a Christmas card from the staff. In the morning the cleaning and reception staff were very cheery and helpful. Regularly use Premier Inns, this is the best stay we have ever had.

Excellent, friendly service, spacious rooms, nice vanity area. Pity the windows don't open even if slightly. Great value and convenient.

Clean room and very friendly staff. Typical Premier Inn. Brewers Fayre right next door. Ideal if you are visiting the area.

Love staying here staff are so friendly and helpful. Pity i can't say the same about the restaurant staff ! Although the younger staff in the restaurant are much more helpful that the older ones 😀 you would think it would be the older ones but hell they are misable. Good on ya the younger staff so polite and helpful
