Premier Inn Llandudno Town Centre hotel in Conwy

Had a lovely experience at this hotel me and my sisters took my mum for her birthday and she had a lovely time all the staff was so polite and helpful the rooms and the hotel itself was very clean would definitely recommend a stay here! One in particular of the staff was Steve he was so nice and made the experience of staying here so much more better! I will definitely be back!

Wouldn't stay anywhere else , the staff at llandudno Town Centre are extremely welcoming, friendly polte and helpful the service they provide is faultless, the rooms are welcoming , spotless and comfortable, food in the restaurant is tasty and served in a gracious manner what more can be said other than well done , love it ✔️

Great location and great service. The room we had was big enough for us having the main bed plus two singles for the kids. The issue was the bed sheet had a rip in the middle and the duvet had a large red stain. The positive was that these issues were fixed immediately and a kind gesture was left on the bed for the kids. Mistakes happen and it’s how they’re dealt with that matters. Breakfast was good, hot, and plentiful. Set one road back from the sea front in the heart of the town was perfect. Parking was a little tricky but manageable using the train station car park. Just worth planning out and looking at maps before arriving and using the one way system around the hotel. Overall a good stay with great service and would use again.

Good standard premier Inn. Good location five minute walk to the front and the centre areas.

Rooms very clean and tidy. Beds are so comfortable. Plenty of choice at breakfast. Helpful staff.

Staff were really helpful and there was always someone about to deal with any problems. Good breakfast and eggs to order. Had to mark this one down due to the room, we booked an upgrade room, room 5 on the ground floor. It was dark, the window was really a strange set up, you couldn't really see out, it looked onto an alcove with a window, the room didn't look like an upgrade at all. I would advise not to get an upgrade room if you want to look out of a window. Free parking on local roads and it's on the edge of the town centre so quite handy for shops and pubs.

This hotel is very popular, and if you stay here you will soon realise why it is clean modern, and in a great location, but above all of that the staff make you feel at home and nothing is to much trouble for them , plus the manager gave me a fiver to put this review on here, 😆 🤣 😂

Stayed in a regular twin room for 3 nights in March 2024. Check-in was quick and easy. Room was spotless, lots of space, TV, kettle, tea, coffee, hair drier all available in the room, lots of storage and plenty of plugs. We had a view of the town and the Great Orme from our window. Beds were super comfy - we had 1 double and 1 single bed in the room. The hotel was very quiet so we slept well. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Didn't try the food or drink at the hotel so cannot comment on this. Hotel situated very close to the beach and amenities, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Best Hotel I've stayed in - would definitely stay here again.

Wow what a fantastic hotel. Superb location in Llandudno town centre. Right next to the retail park as well. Our room was a Premier Plus and did not disappoint! Fridge, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, coffee pod machine, ambient lights,.. and super spacious and clean. Staff were lovely and friendly and helpful (all of them). Highly recommend staying here.

Terrific staff very helpful and friendly

Best premier inn we have stayed in, the staff are super friendly and go above and beyond and the hotel is spotless. We had a premier plus room and it was an outstanding room great views. It is walking distance into Llandudno town centre and right next to the beach and pier Honestly cannot recommend enough!
