Check-in is at 15:00, waiting for an hour, for the receptionist to start. Charges of £10 in order to get an early check-in. The Room was allocated on the top floor, luckily, there was a lift, we walked down endless corridors. The room was excellent, the usual Premier Inn high standards, with a comfortable bed, bathroom, comfortable seating and tea/coffee making facilities.

Rooms extremely hot - possible Premier Inn business decision to have AC on "eco" mode. Switched to full AC mode when complained. Fobbed off by property and corporate when instigating good night guarantee claim due to their loophole.

Georgia from haverford west prem inn is leterally the best host ever.... in dire need of help I am and with no rooms available she accommodated me temporarily in the lobby, looked after me with hot coffee and consoled me whilst looking after all other guests.... due to personal reasons... a terrible night I had, but Georgia with her hard work and dedication, made it better.... thankyou Georgia.

Clean room, comfortable bed, friendly and very helpful staff. Great location for exploring Pembrokeshire. Free parking (at the time of writing). We upgraded to a Premier Plus room and it was well worth the extra cost - fast wifi, amazing rainfall shower, AC. Breakfast (at extra cost) was also worth the money as plenty of choice from continental to cooked, and unlimited. I would definitely stay again.

Unacceptable standards of cleanliness. Upon pulling back the duvet I found a brown stain on the sheet. Unless they employ blind housekeepers I cannot see how they could have made the bed and fitted a new sheet with a stain like this. The other possibility is that they are not changing bed linen between guest stays. Either way this is unacceptable.

Great location. Short drive from town centre and less than 30 mins to Pembroke Dock ferry terminal. We didn't eat at the Marsdens pub next door but did have a good breakfast at the hotel.

This hotel is the only chain hotel of its kind within the area so is always pretty busy. The staff are always friendly when I visit for work, and it’s clean and has ample parking. My only complaint was is the WiFi, which seems to be an issue in many of the Premier Inn’s I stay at. It’s slow, poor and disconnected every few minutes. Not ideal when you’re trying to work. That’s my only complaint. I’d recommend staying here if in Haverfordwest.

Fantastic experience, I stayed for my birthday, location is great, hotel is quiet, spacious, and so much better than I expected. I stayed in a Premier plus room, this was simply superb, well worth it for the additional cost. The car park is huge, this is great if you are concerned about your car, like I am. The added bones is the Lost coins pub, this is managed by Marstons so you can expect a decent meal & a good beer. Overall, I highly recommend this place,

Very comfortable and very friendly. Personally I particularly liked the choices for a vegetarian breakfast as breakfast is not always an on site option in other hotels.

Generally very good however, for anyone with any mobility/balance issues the step out from the bath to the floor is big. There was no available decaffeinated tea available.

It's a regular go-to for me when on business in Pembrokeshire, mainly because of the 3 x Osprey EV charge points on-site. The rooms are clean and comfortable and offer a selection of pillows along with a Freeview TV, shower and bath in most cases. The downside is the lack of decent coverage, I swear their free WiFi is massively limited to make you pay the Premium WiFi at £5 per day. Even when close to any window in the building up the signal is near zero but as soon as you take one step outside it magically appears. Another point to mention is that the room temperature doesn't seem to regulate and this isn't just based off a single visit. I've been here 5 times now and all rooms are the same. Either boiling hot or freezing cold, needing to have the (very very loud) air con on to try and regulate.

Stayed here twice on way to and from Ireland on the ferry. Can’t fault it for a pleasant affordable stay near Fishguard. Staff were absolutely lovely and particularly accommodating for my young family. Only tiny note is that the restaurant is pretty small so worth booking a table for breakfast sooner rather than later.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at. Very clean, tidy and comfortable. The staff here are extremely helpful and provide an excellent service. Bar prices and quality of drinks are very good. The restaurant is definitely a highlight. The food is superb with portion sizes well suited to the local farming community so if you have a hearty appetite this is the place for you. The location is very good for some beautifully scenic walks and as a base to explore local coastline beauty spots. We will definitely revisit. Superb.

Quite hard to get to but well worth it. Came here on a wet and windy evening for some dinner, as recommended by our friends who live in the area. Though most of the tables were reserved, the staff were very friendly in directing us to a table that wasn't reserved for a good few hours. We both ordered a child's battered cod bites and chips as we're not very big eaters. Was very delicious and just the right portion size. We adored the decor, so unique and cozy, especially on a day like it was. There were pictures around where we were sitting showing how the area used to look which was very interesting. Would love to come back here again if we are ever in the area.
