The best hotel in Elgin Staff super friendly Rooms are spotless Would recommend

Found the rooms to be very cold with no heating in the bathroom. There were heating controls that would show the room temp and your required temp but would randomly reset minimum temperature

Disable people should phone ahead to let the staff know your needs, this is a huge hotel and maybe a long walk to your room, and only 2 wheelchair accessible rooms.

Terrible stay: We arrived at 3:30pm, the room wasn't ready and we were told to wait 20 minutes…. Then we could go into our room: bathroom was bad, it was moldy!!! There were also broken walls and furniture. Then we went to the restaurant next door, the food was totally inedible. Bad service and long waiting times. I mentioned that I couldn't eat cheese in a burger and then it came with cheese. The salad was way too expensive for the price. The meat couldn't be eaten at all: it was overcooked and tasted like nothing... The poor animal!

The room had flaws everywhere, especially in the shower. The bed was fine. I would recommend avoiding the restaurant that is right next door. Bad service and the food was terrible, everything was overcooked and tasted like nothing.

I was in room 64 and every so often the room wood shake don't know why I've stayed here before with no problems, friendly staff and clean room.

was in disabled room bed was comfy but I have kidney disease so keep warm is a must and heat kept switch off so was freezing and it wasn't just my room as a new 2 other guests in another part of hotel and there heating was the same so spent the weekend very cold and uncomfortable and you hear every noise guest up and down corridor

Free parking spaces legally available. Room cleaning only on request. Beds are comfortable even if the hotel needs a newer facility. Price performance but OK

Stayed there from friday till sunday and the room was excellent and a comfy bed aswell and staff were really nice and friendly. One thing i would like to add if in future, is add in more to tv channels to tv but in everything else, i will definitely visit again and recomend 😊

Really good deals over the weekend. Bus stop across the road or a 20 minute walk into town centre. Family room is large and has a bath

This room felt like it was brand new - for the price I paid this felt like a luxury hotel room, everything was new and working perfectly, good water pressure, comfy bed, even the room looked nice

During our tour of Scotland, we passed through this hotel for a stopover. The staff was competent and smiling. The room was clean and spacious with all the necessary equipment. The breakfast was quality and unlimited. Recommended establishment!

Booked for one night. The bar and restaurant were closed no explanation. My friends wife is disabled. We had to go into elgin to get food.if we new when booked. Would have booked elsewhere

We stayed at Elgin Premier inn, booked two rooms and I can highly recommend it The rooms were very clean, comfortable beds and had fans in the rooms. We asked for an ironing board and iron which was no problem. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good and again the staff were so friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for a lovely experience.

Lovely place to stay but nothing nearby to explore

It’s in a windswept industrial estate and despite claims to the contrary, you can’t actually get food here. Crap even by Premier Inn standards.

Great place, girls on reception were first class. 12th July 2024. Great communication great customer service. Very informative and helpful. Room lovely and clean, bathroom nice and clean pity about the paint job but that’s minor issue. Great to have a fan in the room, all round good place. Definitely worth a stopover if in the area. Well done ladies on the desk

Premier Inns are always very good - our room had poor heating controls - difficult to sleep at 25 degrees - the controls kept reverting to this temperature, so we had to leave the noisy fan on - shame, as the room itself was spotlessly clean.

Room.was small for the price , did not have an evening meal as meet a friend in town, breakfast was good plenty to choose from

Very friendly helpful staff on Arrival, asked how my day had been etc then I went to my room. Very clean and well presented, piping hot water for a shower. Thank you

Good room, really comfortable bed. Next door Brewers Fayre served up good grub.

Stayed here on a recent trip for work..the staff were very friendly and helpful..room was clean bed was very comfortable..had dinner and breakfast at the adjoining brewers fayre which I couldn’t fault either..wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again👍🏼

Great location book well in advance took me a year to access this one. Staff in hotel to ladies I met great knowledge of the area nothing was any trouble. Restaurant is brewers fayre and decent compared to some food staff all ok. Meal is a winner. Good experience all round.
