Hotel is in the leisure park bowling cinema, gym, fast food and various restaurants usual suspects. No supermarket but big Asda not far via the big roundabout first exit straight down. Hotel is great staff great brewers fayre is one of the better ones well staffed food is above usual standard, breakfast I think is always great value I like continental great variety and cooked is available also. On a budget meal deal is a winner. Things to do football stadium not far on site activities kids huge play area in restaurant at a additional cost and as mentioned above. Edinburgh and all it's offerings 30-40 mins away and the fife coastal route also worth a try. Falkland palace Bruce's stone all with in an hour of the hotel. Overall no faults rooms spotless very little noise staff friendly helpful restaurant above standard well done good place to stay.

Stayed for 1 night. Loved the whole experience, staff are really friendly and helpful. Dinner service was quiet but the food was good quality. Breakfast was buffet style, they had lots to offer.

Pros: Location, value for money, clean, comfy bed, solid breakfast. Cons: Rough around the edges, noisy (next to McDonalds and busy roads), basic and drab, service and customer experience was minimal and just about adequate.

It was the worst premier inn hotel I have ever been to. Rooms filthy, dark, dirty carpet, dust on bedside tables and bed, marks all over the walls, smell of damp in the room and mould in bathroom. Male staff is not very welcoming during check-in. On the other hand, the next day, the female staff was chatting for hours with a drunk quest, holding a full glass of whisky at the reception. Made us and children very uncomfortable.

The usual premier inn quality. Restaurant and bar next door as well as plenty of fast food outlets nearby.

You won't find a better than Chelsey on reception - not your usual dolled up receptionist but a human being who was more interested in my day and well being. Very polite, very professional and nice to have a conversation with. Very clean room along with the bathroom.

Great food and exceptional value - Michelin starred quality food. Local produce from the large kitchen garden compliments Scottish produce. There are traditional options such as fish and chips / burgers and steak - however I presume this is for the American clientele who stay here. Definitely worthwhile trying the fine dining dishes.

Disappointed by Staff Attitude at BrewDog St Andrews I’ve always appreciated BrewDog’s great atmosphere and student-friendly approach, but unfortunately, my experience tonight left me quite disappointed. We visited for food and drinks and wanted to take advantage of the "buy one burger, get the second for £1" deal. When it came time to pay, I asked if we could pay for the deal first, then pay separately for the rest so that the student discount could be applied—something a staff member had kindly accommodated for us the previous week. However, instead of a polite explanation of their policy, the staff member, Samantha, told us that our request was "very cheeky" and outright refused to make any adjustments. We understand that it may be against the rules to split the bill in this way, but given that a single burger costs around £15 without any sides, it would have been nice if the student discount could have at least been applied to the drinks. I understand if there are strict policies in place, but the way this was handled felt unnecessarily dismissive and unwelcoming. It’s disappointing because BrewDog has always been great at supporting students, and this experience didn’t reflect that. I hope management can ensure that staff handle these situations with a bit more professionalism and courtesy in the future.

I was here for a post-funeral reception. Staff were super attentive with the tea and coffee. Bar staff friendly and helpful also. A decent spread of food was laid out. Very photogenic building from the exterior. Hotel is close to the beach and a short walk to the high street, bus and train station.
