Terrible internet collection. Poor breakfest, not worth it at all.

Premier class from booking to arrival. A spacious well appointed room, with an enormous wet room. Coffee machine, tea making and a fridge containing water. All toiletries are high end and pleasantly scented. Bed linen and towels were of a good standard. Having stayed before we were confident in pre-booking cooked full English breakfast for my husband and Continental for myself.

Stayed one night at the hotel. Staff were very accommodating especially because we arrived late, checking in at 3am. Breakfast was alright, more vegetarian/halal options would be better. Location was good and close to the M5. Room was very good. Clean with good bed, lights and amenities etc.

Warm cozy room even on the coldest of nights. Bonus with a tub in the bathroom. Breakfast was included in my room, it's unlimited but need to order items individually rather than a buffet self-serve type. Overall great stay.

Worst premier inn I've stayed in in a very very long time, air-conditioning making very loud noises. Staff unable to do anything or offer alternative room, or transfer to other hotel. Stayed once before and wasn't impressed, will never book again. Had to get refund processed for noise and lack of air con.

Avoid if you want breakfast the rude man on reception said it was 25 mins wait for breakfast even though the breakfast area was 50% max occupancy (that's over estimated). Whitbread is going down hill fast.

Rooms are fine but no charging ports on sockets. Old school. Air conditioning didn't work. Unforgivable. Staff are great. Food choice in restaurant is really poor. The bar is very limited too.

Had a lovely weekend at this Premier Inn. Room was one of the cleanest. Breakfast was good preferred it being ordered rather than buffet as it was fresher. Disappointed with the evening menu choices but wasn't wasn't issue as plenty of other places to eat like the Hungry Horse next door.

Our first time at a Premier Inn - and we could not be more delighted with the outcome! Ground floor room, walk in shower, easy parking - and the most delightful staff, who could not have done more for us! We felt most welcome and will stay here again, although it won't be for a while as we come up here for my brother's birthday from way down Southl. Nothing was too much trouble so we had a very comfortable and relaxing stay just a few miles away from out lunch date.. Jennifer Austen

After having bad F& C for 50yrs or so, I’m reluctant to purchase any on spec, other than in a good pub, where the batter always seems crispy. However the Stallings fryer is outstanding for chips, with crunchy bits and melt in your mouth fish. Absolutely 1st class!

Very aesthetically pleasing, drinks are so tasty!, only had a few pastry’s for food but I would love to try some sandwiches next time as the food and drinks smell so inviting! If there is a few people in there it gets very loud and hard to hear the person your with because it’s not a massive space but it’s a nice cute and cozy atmosphere. Decent service timing.
