Premier Inn Caerphilly (Corbetts Lane) hotel in Caerphilly

Our 2nd visit. Lovely place, perfect location for what we needed. Staff really helpful and lots of parking.

This premier inn is one of the best I have been to. My friends and family come from far and wide. We stayed to attend my Daughters wedding in Ridgeway golf. Sunday 23rd Feb we had 2 nights. The staff are amazing from reception to restaurant to room cleaning. They were amazing most recommended if you are coming to Caerphilly or infact South Wales we'll done guys . We will always remember our stay here.

Stayed here while house was being renovated from entering the hotel and leaving the staff are warm and friendly if needed anything they was happy to help the room was spotless clean heating was easy to use warm up the room quickly will be staying her again and would recommend to others thank you Premier Inn staff for a relaxed stay your a credit to your company

Staying here for the Brecon to Cardiff ultra , I can honestly say this has been a incredible stay . Clean rooms and both too much trouble from the staff here . Bev at breakfast can’t do enough for you & it’s the best breakfast service I’ve ever received. Thank you 🙏🏻 I stay in a lot of premier inns for work but this is a different standard to the rest of the stays Exceptional hospitality & service 👏

Always lovely and clean ! Lovely comfortable beds but it’s always freezing in the rooms !

Great experience enjoyed my stay. Breakfast service was good and generally all the staff were welcoming and very helpful

Lovely staff, good breakfast, staff were really lovely extremely friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble actually gave us ideas on what we could do, directions as well as printed out information including bus timetables. It's not the easiest to get to as it's straight off a roundabout , if you know Wales you know their roundabouts aren't straight forward . The rooms were nice The only problem was the heating but the staff got us a heater which kept the room toastie we were offered an exchange but we were happy to stay with the room we had.

The service was excellent... friendly, knowledgeable staff, who, I noticed, went out of their way for others. Restaurant on site was small, but we had the best breakfast we've ever had at any PI, and we are regular customers. Quiet location, didn't hear any traffic from our room

Great location right on the roundabout, quiet rooms had a fan in mine which was a nice touch although I didn't use it. Room had TV, tea and coffee making tray, full ensuite with towels and soap dispensors.

Everyone was lovely at the hotel apart from Ian - very unhelpful and rude!

Just where we needed a hotel to be. With a bed and a shower and towels and curtains and a door to keep the other guests out. Top banana

Location was ideal for our visit, grandson wasn't too happy that we were on separate floors, staff amazing especially bev at breakfast, love travelling, no complaints, would use again.

Lovely place, lovely clean room, staff really friendly & helpful, especially the fab chef & staff.

No one ever answers the phone! Really infuriating. 8 calls today and it's just rung until disconnected.
