Premier Inn Birmingham (Great Barr/M6 J7) hotel in Sandwell

Comfortable with good facilities. Nice breakfast, with good choice.

Avoid nights sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Lisa was absolutely so helpful. We had such a stressful weekend and a wedding planned and a Brocken car. She was very kind and supportive thank you Lisa!!!

Great customer service from Lisa. We needed an early check in to get changed for a funeral. Lisa went out of her way to help and found us a nice spacious room. She was also very attentive throughout our stay. Thanks very much !

Popped in for breakfast with my dad as the harvester was shut as we were early. I'm glad we did. Service with a smile. The breakfast area is so homely and nice. The lady who was chef that day, my dad said it was one of his best breakfasts. 🌟 the gentleman who served us and looked after us. I don't know his name he had glasses on extremely lovely polite man so helpful and welcoming. Both are an absolute credit to the Premier Inn at Great barr. 🌟 we will be back.

Small and basic premier inn close to M6. No restaurant in hotel, but a Harvester next door. Rooms anyway n needs if refurbishment/modernization. Breakfast was in a small room in hotel, slow service. There was also NO MILK at breakfast time. So couldn't have cereal, white coffee or porridge etc. I don't know why one of the staff couldn't have gone to the shop across the road for milk.

Clean room, comfortable bed, breakfast adequate not very warm

I had a fantastic experience with Charlotte at the front of house for Premier Inn. She provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to help me when my card holder went missing. Charlotte's attention to detail and dedication to making sure everything was sorted really stood out. Her professionalism and kindness made my stay much more enjoyable, and I can confidently say she is a true asset to the company. Thank you, Charlotte, for all your help!

We have stayed 1 night and we are going to the gravity car show at the nec and there is this really nice receptionist called Lisa who was. Really nice and gave us complimentary snacks never happend before at a premier in for me and my dad and she said it was exclusive because she was working that night and we had a really nice chat amazing service best premier inn

The staff members were very welcoming and helpful and we had a good chat and a laugh 😃 with staff as she was trying to book us in for the night She needed a meddle putting up with us two make her laugh has we perusing the buzzer and the need help sign laughter lovely night thank you very much appreciated

The location of this hotel to a non-local is very hard to get to. You come off of a motorway junction and it spins you round where it feels like you have to change lanes at the very last minute multiple times. After dealing w this, you then have to perfectly judge when to turn between a very small break in a bus lane to enter the premier inn grounds. After arriving, we then pressed the button at reception to be checked in. I was bursting for the toilet as we’d travelled a fair distance and we were waiting ages for someone to come down. After being checked in, we realised we had no phone signal or wifi in the room at all. People were trying to contact us and we didn’t get the messages until after we were going home. When trying to connect to the wifi it said “connection unavailable - move closer and try again”. The rooms were nice and clean although the tap in our bathroom kept jamming on. It was half past 12 one night and we’d just got back from a gig. I was trying to do my teeth and ended up having a quarter of an hour fight with the bathroom tap.

Wow!! What a wonderful welcome. We arrived at premier inn Great Barr whilst on a trip to celebrate my sons 9th birthday. Lisa, at reception went above and beyond to make sure EVERYTHING was perfect, even writing a card for my son and giving him a bag of sweets for his birthday. This is our second time here and I have to say the service is the best we have ever had from not only any other premier inn, but from any other hotel. Lisa is a credit to the company. Thank you

Very good price-performance ratio. Rooms clean and everything you need. Unfortunately, the toilet brush was missing in the hotel and the shower fitting was not adjustable, which was a bit awkward for little people😉 Restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Grocery store too. Breakfast sufficient. ❤️

Just stayed here for a 2 nights, what a lovely friendly place and the staff are really lovely. Lisa was so good to us all. I was staying there due to getting married, with friends and family. Lisa just couldn't do enough for us bless her she reserved a table for all the party the Saturday morning so we was all sat together. She even stayed behind after her shift the Saturday to see me in my wedding dress. After the wedding we came back to the room and Lisa had got us two bottles of drink and left a card there. On Sunday morning when my new husband and myself went down for breakfast she had decorated the table up for us. 10 /10 Lisa you are a lovey lady and made my two nights stay enjoyable xx

I've stayed here a few times for work, the rooms are always clean and tidy, I never have a problem parking & the smashing breakfast always sets me up for the day. Thanks, keep up the good work, I'll see you again. 👍

Absolutely appalling. Staff are horrendous wouldnt allow an autistic adult to sleep with his parents. The beds are rock hard. Breakfast Absolutely atrocious. Took 20+ minutes to make pain chocolat. I wouldnt recommend stating here. The worst hotel stay I've ever seen.

We had a lovely stay, the safe were lovely and friendly especially Lisa and Amie. We had an issue with the whole road being closed off leaving us unable to get back, the staff where so apologetic. I'm disabled and access was great they made sure my needs where catered for, only gave 3 stars for room was due to tea or coffee ring mark left on the unit so room had been cleaned as good as it could, couldn't fault anything else in the room. Beds super comfortable, more pillows available if you needed. Would stay again.

What a great Premier Inn! Cheap and cheerful, just what you need! I honestly think Amie on reception made it what it was, just from her chattiness and friendliness! She really looked after me and my friend , told us where to eat, gave us advice on getting to the city and what bus to get to save us money on parking and stuff!

The receptionist was incredibly friendly, kind and welcoming. I was super impressed by the customer service and would highly recommend staying here.
