I got BBQ chicken pizza. Was delicious and fresh to be honest

We order often but the food tonight was very poor, definitely not fresh.

What has happened 😳 used to be so lovely. Chef myst gave changed and the new one can't cook pasta. Totally overcooked and like a bowl of mush. Garlic bread nit cooked raw underneath

EDIT: Whoa! What's happened? My old review is below, and I'll stand by it because the food was great at the time. But it seems the chef has scarpered and taken the good food with him/her. Will think twice about using Prego in future after being delivered an appalling meal. Guys, once you lose people, it's really difficult to get them back, just food for thought. Old version: Whether it's a kebab, kids meal, gourmet burgers or pizza, never had a problem with any meal. Burgers and chips are always piping hot; way, way better than Mac, and just over half the price, delivered. They're no slouches on delivery either, so no complaints here.

Bad customer service making out could not understand me on the phone can understand me when I’m placing order when you receiving my money very rude and ignorant

Overpriced Mediocre stale tasting food cooked on old oil, for a takeaway so far out from the city center the prices are sinfull. If anyones looking to get a takeaway on a weekend night honestly just order a maccies, youll save money.

burger was a little dry and I thought I'd ordered cheesy chips but they were plain.

pizza was decent but the undercarriage was too soft, good sauce and cheese but again the base was too doughy, one more time thought without the pan and it would have been perfect.

Delivery too early, bbq pizza missing one of the main ingredients BBQ Sauce! Pepperoni pizza was very bland and both seemed slightly undercooked, chips were dry hot but dry, garlic bread was fine. Called the restaurant bad customer service overall

Staff very rude don’t look good after there customer and if you ask them for something (even like salt) they talk about you in the language and start shouting very rude people don’t recommend to anyone

Been a while since iv ordered from here and enjoyed the food, ordered through the Uber eats app which was 2 chicken wraps and isn’t even proper chicken. For 5 pounds I would expect proper breaded chicken and not two pieces of battered chicken. All I can say is the standard of this place has dipped tremendously and I will not be coming back unless there is an improvement.

Fresh, hot and absolutely immense. Speedy delivery too. Won’t be ordering pizza from anywhere else from now on 👍

Perfect all time delivery first class

I ordered a 5 piece chicken strip meal. With chips, a drink and 2 sauce tubs. This came to a total of £9. Price was ridiculously high for a something which usually costs around £6-£7 max. Chicken strips were average and chips normal. I’ve has the pizza here before and that is good. Price definitely needs evaluating as feedback.

Pizza was barely average and the pasta was shocking

I paid £19 for this order the kebab was nearly £10 on its own and there was hardly anything on it 5 small pieces of meat and a tiny amount of salad it was very poor for the price I paid. I have had kebabs from other places and for £10 it was a lot more filling. I am very upset to have paid this amount and not to even be satisfied once eaten will not be ordering from here again .

Tried this place as trying to find somewhere with good value and good quality. The deals here are great. Unfortunately on this occasion we felt the quality was poor. Food was hot and delivery was fast, but the ingredients tasted cheap. Definitely quantity over quality. Shame.

Food arrived quick and was hot & fresh! We ordered half peri chicken, chips, 2 pizzas and garlic bread and was all amazing. Chips were perfect and crispy. Ordered a few times here will keep ordered again

chips and garlic bread was OK. but got a 16 inch chicken, sweetcorn and mushrooms and it was horrible it tasted off.. smelt off too so had to bin it. it was a waste. don't think I'll order from there again. delivery was fine tho turned up on time.. but doesn't change anything that tho.

5 star pizza shop because it’s has the best food and service with the best quality and the prices are always reasonable, if ur in Swinton I would 💯 recommend this place

meat not fried very little cartilage in the meat little salad they didn't give extra sauce at all only standard sauce separately in a pod little lettuce no peppers and so on I can name the worst kebab I've ever eaten

App have a delivery estimate of 35-50 mins but the food took an hour and 40 minutes to arrive. Only 10 mins later than the delivery updated to but a very long time to wait for food, I would have ordered elsewhere if I had known.

Ordered online. They took payment but never received food. Tried ringing them but only got answer machine. Sent email and they replied that they were having technical issues so were not open. THEY SHOULD NOT BE TAKING ONLINE ORDERS AND TAKING MONEY THEN!! Awaiting refund!

Chicken burger was hot, tasty and on very authentic, almost whole meal bread with fresh salad. Only criticism was there was the tiniest smear of mayonnaise I had to add more on. Chips were hot, crispy and soft in the middle. 10/10. I ordered the Cooke dough which I feel was falsely advertised. It was a box of fully pre- baked cookies that appear to have been reheated. On balance I’d definitely order from here again.

My chicken thighs were cold and wet and grey, I can’t attach pictures on this we was going to bring it back but we was too far away, I usually always order from here but it was awful this time round the only enjoyable thing was 1 hot wing and the chips I had
