As with most things in life these days, you get what you pay for. I went there on two different days (today being one) and in short, the contents of the pastie is mush. It’s barely edible. Who knows what they put inside? If you’re looking for some pieces of steak in your steak pastie, it ain’t gonna happen. You will get nothing but gravy and mush. Pay a few extra bucks and get a decent pastie somewhere else. It’s so bad that when I asked the fellow at the till what he would recommend that’s not mush, he said he didn’t know, as he doesn’t like the pasties. Nuff said.

When your business is based on the pound mark , as in your name , revamp and change your menu to reflect your business principle , I understand prices go up ,but when your menu has less than 5 % items for a pound . You feel cheated when you come in . My advice is to make a new line for foods for a pound , make them smaller in size , your customers will love it.

service depends on the employee's mood. at 10 a.m. you can't count on bacon or fresh sausages, eggs don't look very good if they stay for more than an hour.

Friendly staff, cheap products.

Use 2 good 2 go app for this shop and previously it was exceptional value but this time the amount of items was only mediocre. The ladies in the shop are lovely but the mail employee isn't as friendly. Pound bakery though have excellent products at reasonable prices.

The best bakery in Llandudno, fantastic value for money on all the freshly cooked items as well as offers on sandwiches and meal deals. Much better then Greggs. Keep up the great work. Alun & John ❤️

We had a latte and an iced filled doughnut for a couple of quid, coffee was good and hot. I looked at the prices of filled rolls a baguette was £2.25 very reasonable

It's like Greggs, but a lot cheaper and more fun! Always great value. Love the hot bakes.

Don't waste your money on the steak bakes, they're just full of gravey. Better off going over to Greggs for around the same price it contained lumps of steak.

When in to the pound bakery in Llandudno.asked for 2xsausage rolls for a pound. Asked proprietor for the afore said items. Asked for£1.60.? My be my mathematics aren't great .But when I went to school it was a pound?.T!!!old him to keep them!. By the way advertised price!!!

Fantastic quality for a great price. The pigs in blankets are a favourite! Staff are very helpful and polite and the shop is always clean.

Amazing cakes, flapjacks, fudge, hash browns and pasties. Don’t recommend the pies and bacon baps though. Save a fortune compared to Greggs on the other side of the road.

Can't believe we didn't come to you when you first opened, the lattes taste the same as Caffe Neros and the food is spot on and at a fraction of the price

Great place with cheap food, but they sell out of stuff really early, hardly any sandwiches left after 10 am.

You get what you pay for cheap and cheerful simple baguette and pastry pies. If you want little bit more taste better go to Greggs

Great bakery. Have a great range of items for a pound or less. Plus they do a meal deal which is £2. Great place if you want a quick bite to eat or if you're on the go. Would recommend.

What is there to say? They sell delicious cakes, pies, pastries and more. All at very reasonable prices. A must for visit for everyone.

Good value for money, but offers in the window are a bit miss leading?? £2 sandwhich meal deal 'No it's the price of your sandwhich + £1 for crisps and can' so ends up more than advertised. Still good value hence 4*

Used to be better. Quality's slipped a bit. Cornish pasties seem to be full of stodge, rather than meat'n'veg. This, coupled with a price hike, has caused me to love them a little less. Let's hope, come Christmas, that the mince pies are as good as they used to be

Cheap bakey and delicious. You can buy like grab and go and also they provide a good meal deal.

This is an incredibly basic but very budget conscious bakery. I am giving this 4 stars because to food is pretty good and their prices are so low, they undercut every one of their competitors. Try the meat and potato pie which I got for 1 pound. If you've spent too much on expensive restaurants then grab lunch and dessert here and you'll make up for it.

Pound bakery. You make the NICES cakes, but why do you let the packaging eat most of it!!! I look savage licking my French fancy off a paper/plastic bag. Don’t let the cakes down dress them appropriately. They’re so tasty

once again i have been dissapointed @ the pound bakery mostyn street when calling with an order of 6 potatoe pies although calling at lunch time 3/5/17 was again told no pies yet when staff asked what time i should call back ...?..on both occasions the best answer you get is sometime today??? not good enough it is a shame that such a brilliant food outlets as yours should be let down by staff/delivery organisers. i would prefer a more definitive answer next time [no the 6 pies where not all for me even though they are the best i ever tasted at any price ] brickhammerman

Good selection of food .just what you expect from a bakery.

What can I say, it's a Pound Bakery and doesn't need or try to be anything other than that. You can't fail to get your moneys worth from here and despite being a cheap Sayers shop there is plenty to have. Only one item I wouldn't try again and that's the cheeseburger pasty, it wasn't terrible but just too strange for my liking. Cheap and cheerful........
