Popty Pizza in Gwynedd

My partner and I have been on the quest for the best gluten free pizza around. I think there is a strong chance we may have found it! Most pizza joints don’t even offer a gluten free base, or when they do it’s not up to much. Luke was very attentive regarding our requirements. The PIZZA was amazing! We will definitely be back for more!

Wowsers! What an excellent gem of a place! Brilliant traditional pizza dough. Considered, original and perfected toppings. Great service. And a fantastic artisanal draught real ale menu. What more could you ask for? Brilliant!

So many options for vegans, you can have no cheese or they had a variety of vegan cheese options. So fresh and tasty. Really cool vibe and atmosphere. They are weather dependent so it's worth looking at their Facebook page to see if they'll be there. You're in for a treat if they are :)

Delicious and authentic wood-fired pizza, served promptly by very friendly staff. Excellent craft beer too :)

Carnival atmosphere, great family fun night out, eating great pizza, chatting, in English and Cymraig, kids milling about, adults relaxing, all coming together to over good home made freshly baked food.

Popty Pizza is an excellent eating experience in Bethesda - run by lovely people who take pride in using quality ingredients and serving a unique range of delicious pizzas. The craft beer is yummy too! A highly recommended night out in the community.

The food is extra-special: woodfired oven cooks your pizza within minutes of ordering. While you wait, try one of the craft beers on offer. I really enjoy the atmosphere on summer evenings when good food, company and location come together as a constellation.

We came across this by accident after not getting a table anywhere in the area on a busy Saturday night. We were soooo pleased when we came across this pizza place. It's a cute little outside wood burned pizza stall. They make them fresh right in front of you, and taste brill. It reminds me of the great street food you get in shoreditch in London! Amazing pizzas, lovely staff, great atmosphere. I love the beer and gin options. Vegan choices are so limited in Bethesda so this has been a game changer. I love it. Diolch!

We love Popty Pizza, the pizza’s are delicious, the best we’ve tasted, we’ve been 4 or 5 times now, and we’re never dissaponted. The staff and people who run it are so friendly and helpful, and its very familly friendly. They always play good music too, a great time is always had!

Found completely by accident after being refused food at a nearby restaurant. The two guys running this were not phased by 10 hungry adults descending upon them from nowhere. The pizzas were fresh and tasted great. The drinks were cold and refreshing. These guys were friendly, funny and helpful, Would highly recommend
