Poppys 2 in Hammersmith and Fulham

Ordenar regularmente siempre bueno, restaurante un poco desordenado pero siempre buen pie y barato pagar £ 12 para rollos de primavera y un curry , no siento realmente la higiene es excelente, pero la comida es agradable

Lovely food. Gorgeous room and (slightly) brusk owner but would return. Went with my niece and had Brocolli to start, spring rolls and a papaya salad, pad Thai and a curry were out mains. All very tasty. Good portion and excellent price in the middle of London. Would recommend.

The owner is a little brusque but we like the food. Having said that - our bill came to £71.50 and we put down £90. We had to wait ages to get the change and eventually after asking the lady who runs it she brought £12 out (obviously should have been £18.50). So we left the 12 and went. So that's a 18.50 tip then. Also they don't tell you it's cash only to force you to go to the ATM and get out £20s so they can fleece you with the bill. I'm not sure the food is worth the hassle frankly.

Delicious lunch Thai food and quirky restaurant . Very good reasonable food . Lots of healthy food and Thai favourites . Ten fish cakes are fantastic and the Thai green curry was delicious ! They have a lovely garden with a terrace

So bad, lady server when we asked to move tables in an empty restaurant cursed at us not realizing I can speak Thai. She was generally extremly rude too so we ended up leaving

As I work at the hospital I try and come here for lunch once a month. The food is delicious and so cheap. For a starter and a main and a sofa drink - usually around £9. It’s a decent size portion and always so tasty. Would highly Recommend for a lunch break. When you think of how much you spend in Tescos / pret near by. This is great value for money. Cash only.

The food was nice but we were shocked at how rude the woman in charge was. I don’t remember having ever been treated so rudely. The only reason we stayed was because the man was nice and accommodating. The woman was so hostile I refuse to return again.

Superb Thai food in very quirky setting . Lovely gardens and friendly staff . They do a terrific lunch deal . The fish cakes are delicious and the Thai green curry very yummy ! It’s a great place for lunch or dinner . I highly recommend this place .

Ive going to Poppy’s 2 for more than 6 years. But, the service always been awful. They’re so mood, and several times, even not respecting us If you ask for a normal think, such as water, they would react badly, hats a shame. They do t do any kind of service rather than bringing the food to your table. You have to open your wine bottle, and the waiter will feel offended dig you ask for the bottle opener because he forgotten to bring it. The room smells like old and it’s not cleaned properly. It’s very cheap, so I would not say a thing about the food, because I know that’s what you get for the price. But, the worst thing is the service. Horrible!!!!! Not coming back. Do not recommend, not even fir the price. It’s not worth the stress you’ll get.

We have used Poppy's 2 ever since it started, both to eat in for a fun dinner, and for takeaway. Our experience in the last few months has plummeted. We recently ordered a takeaway through Deliveroo. Appalling. The quality of the food was dreadful. My beloved Spinach rolls were chewy and badly made, my mild prawn dish (with its 5 prawns) had so much chilli powder chucked in, it made my lips burn, and my husband's main course was missing completely. Would never use Poppy's 2 again. So sad, it was such a favourite of ours. The lady who answers the phone isn't particularly friendly or apologetic either. This drop in quality has been happening for a while.

Absolutely delicious food in a gorgeous setting. I've dined in many Thai restaurants globally and can honestly say the food is superb. It is CASH only and BYOB with a £2 per person, corkage fee. If you are sad enough to bring your own water to a restaurant, then you deserve to be chased down the street to pay for this! But it's very much worth it when you can bring your own wine. The Green curry is wonderful

Felt like a fast food restaurant to be honest. Came on my own no one asked how im doing or anything. Food came quickly! Two problems. They told me right at the end cash only. Maybe they should have a sign? Surely that would be a good idea since its very reasonable to expect cash is not expected during a pandemic. Second problem sat right next to the front door which is great since its bloody freezing every twenty seconds someone comes in. Cant say id come back

My colleague and I bought noodles for we were craving for them. I ordered prawn flat noodles and Chicken pad thai. Both of them were horrible, we were not able to finished even half of the servings. Actually, I ordered prawn but I got chicken flat noodles instead I was charge extra 50p for the prawn. The Pad Thai does not taste like a real pad thai at all. It was red orange in colour and looks like cooked with ketchup and very dry. Whereas the flat noodles were very oily and spicy with big chunk of vegetables soaked in chilli oil. We were not happy at all with the dishes. We regret of having a take away food from this restaurant.

Very good food . Prob tastiest thai I ever had. Very good value. Its not high cuisine or pretentious. Just a quirky and pretty place with lovely outside space and very tasty food.

Poppy's 2 is a wonderful restaurant. Really beautifully and interestingly decorated with quirky ornaments. Excellent value, delicious food and BYOB.

The food is really good but the service is terrible. Every time we go to Poppys Fulham, there is a very unfriendly lady. She never smiles and she doesn’t pay attention to the normal needs of customers. Today we were the only table having lunch and we had to call her many times. She never came to clean our table from the empty plates as we did not have enough space. We asked for glasses and she only brought 1 while we were 4. She saw we did not have cuttleries but she didn’t care. We had to take what we needed from an empty table. She was always hiding and using her mobile phone. She wasn’t at all attentive to the service. It was very imbarasing. It is clear she does not like her job. We will never come back.

Yes, pretty surroundings. Yes, tapped into the public’s taste for esoteric decor. But no to the food. What on Earth is it? The starters could have come from the local supermarket and get this, the “chicken” is like the sheets of meat you get for sandwiches. Shame on you. Never again. Outrageous.
