Excellent service as usual. I have come here many times and the service is always spot on. Kind and friend staff (served by Albino today), great atmosphere and the food was (always is) belissimo 👌🏾. I highly recommend.

First time here for me. We were not spoilt for choice when picking a Monday lunchtime. The bonus for Ponte Nuovo as our usual choice of Italian along the road was closed. Only two of us but over an enjoyable few hours we had a splendid 3 course meal with a fine bottle of Valpolicella. Service was as good as the food. We will return

Family meal prior to theatre. Excellent menu selection. We had starters: meat platter, tomato, avocado, mozzarella salad and prawns. Main: linguine with monkfish, salad, seafood risotto, lasagna. Every dish was well presented and delicious. Service was excellent - friendly and attentive. Good value for money, highly recommend if you are in the area.

This spot it great for events. We organised a bridal shower for a friend with about 26 guests on a Sunday afternoon. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and did not rush us even though we went a little over time. They allowed us to put up our own decorations to make the day even more special, and the dishes were very well coordinated. Special thanks the manager Ronaldo and our barman Steve for going above and beyond.

Lovely restaurant. Really nice inside and great food. I had the double fillet in brandy sauce meal which was superb. Will return next time I’m in the area for sure.

Dined in the semi private space for a group dinner. Steven was a great and attentive host. The team checked on us regularly, made sure the temp in the room was good, double checked our orders and nothing seemed like a chore for them. The food was really good I'm not a fan of Italian but the pasta with the veal was really good. As a local I will definitely consider coming back

This spot was great! We came for a baby shower and the service was exceptional! The food came out quickly too and the atmosphere is relaxed, but not slow (in terms of service) which is just what we needed.

Met friends here for lunch and enjoyed our meals. Each dish was tasty and a good portion without being too large. Large menu to chose from. Very attentive staff - Ronaldo was great - without being over bearing and will definitely visit again when next in the area. We will be back!

Food - Very good but a little pricey. Restaurant area - Good, Smart & Clean but table looked warn. Service to the table - Good & fast but did not allow for a longer gap between courses even though requested. Toilets (Female) - Needs complete refurbishment, especially sinks had black Mold around plug areas. Owners need to re-think the journey the customer has to the toilets & how to impress in & on the way.

Ronaldo was lovely and we’ve been here on several occasions and it is always lovely to visit. They have the best pizza and ragù pasta

37 family and friends celebrated a 90th birthday with a fabulous lunch at Ponte Nuovo. Ronaldo and the team were so friendly and efficient - they couldn't have been more helpful, making it a very special occasion. The food was excellent , enjoyed by all.

Really lovely food, very tasty and generous in portion size. Great atmosphere and great service from Steven - very friendly and very prompt and attentive. Definitely worth a visit if you’re looking for somewhere to eat. Loved the rabbit!

Food and service always suburb even if they can't provide (at the moment) a diary alternative for hot drinks, but I'm not sure if they would allow dancing on the tables.

I went here to celebrate my birthday with 12 friends. The service was fantastic, the food amazing and the wine selection great. The staff sang happy birthday to me and all were really friendly and always cracking jokes. Such a great atmosphere. If you want to celebrate anything, I would highly recommend Ponte Nuovo. The service that I experienced when I had my three course meal was second to none. The waitress who served me was really helpful.

I went here with my partner for the first time. The food, service and ambience was brilliant. Steven was fantastic and his cocktails were amazing. Great variety on the menus and all staff were so friendly and attentive! We will defiantly be back for the divine food!

Highly recommended. The food is lovely, and the staff go over and above, to ensure you have an enjoyable visit. Peppe looked after us yesterday and even too our 'very' wet coats to the 'drying room'. The were returned to us on wooden hangers. So nice not to have them dripping everywhere.

Surprisingly Excellent. Maybe it’s me but Croydon wasn’t on my list of destinations for food. Happened to find ourselves here for a last minute dinner. Pepe was fabulous from our first call to book a table through to our departure. Steven helped us enjoy our meal. The menu is good with a range of solid Italian classics (as you would find in Italy) and items with more general appeal (like pizza) for the local palette. Lovely people, lovely food, so friendly. Took the time to make sure we had the best meal. Great attitude, unexpected in a busy town center restaurant.

I have visited Ponte Nuovo many times and every time i visit i receive the same outstanding service and the same amazing food! Every single dish is fresh and tasty no matter what i have ordered. The pastas are an absolute MUST here, i am the biggest fan of the arrabbiata dish that is cooked to perfection, its a winner every time! The staff are always warm and welcoming which besides the amazing food is the reason i will always come back! Would recommend HIGHLY!

Was Italiaans genieten.2 dagen later nogmaals hier gegeten.Andere gerechten besteld. Maar was weer genieten.Aan te bevelen!!!

We booked last minute on Saturday, as it is no.1 on Trip Advisor we didn’t think we’d get a table but were pleasantly surprised. The table was excellent, top corner. All waiters/waitresses were so friendly and helpful. Food was amazing, we ordered a variety from kids meals, pizzas, calzone, pasta and meat dishes. Highly recommend a visit!

Absolutely outstanding food and good service as we were in for an early Xmas team lunch - right before that mad rush of people that followed such a popular venue. We all ordered a variety of dishes that all came out at the same time and not made to wait too long for it to be fresh too. This place is generally a first choice for me but at Xmas they had met all expectations too. Definitely recommend.

My husband and I came here with family. We had been before and knew the food would be good. We weren't disappointed. The food was nice and served in a timely manner. The waitresses were attentive but not annoying. My cousin had the rabbit and said it was delicious. If you want good food, good service, at a good price, head here!!

We have been visiting this restaurant for years and its excellent. The food and atmosphere is excellent but the truly fantastic element is the staff. True, real and genuine, we love saying hello to the guys there every time and they always remember us. We also had our Christmas dinner there this year with 20 people and it was seamless. Went here last night with some friends for an impromptu Xmas eve dinner and had an absolutely fantastic time. The meal was smashing- I had the lasagne (best lasagne in Crystal Palace, hands down), my partner had the veal and my other two friends had veggie dishes. In fact, one of my friends is vegan and we were concerned that they may not be able to accommodate him however they gave him a choice of lots of different options without making him feel like he was a pain for asking. Deffo gonna become a regular here- literally no complaints. Thank you Ponte Nuovo! X

We booked this restaurant for my grand daughters 2nd birthday. There was around 25 of us with kids included. There was something on the menu for everyone , some in the party said it was the best Italian they had ever tasted in London. Nothing was too much they even gave us candles for the cake as we had forgotten ours. Fantastic restaurant and service.

I had my work Christmas meal here and we went for £25 per head set meal. I got the soup, salmon (delicious) and profiteroles. The staff were brilliant as always! And I liked my meal. However, some of my colleagues did not enjoy their Christmas dinner main stating it was dry. To be frank, why go to an amazing Italian restaurant to order Christmas dinner?!

The food, wine and service was excellent. we managed to confuse the waiting staff by ordering off all menus, but it didnt phase them at all.

We held our Xmas do here. There were 20 plus of us and we were well looked after. We had the 3 course set menu and all starters, mains and puds looked good and clean plates at the end.

It was my first visit to Ponte Nuovo and I was very impressed! Food was excellent even our 9 year old had a clean plate. Service was excellent they were very attentive. It was my birthday and the staff team made a great fuss singing and getting the whole restaurant involved - a very nice touch!

We didn't book but managed to get a table on a very busy night. The waiter who served us was very nice and the food was even better. I am very impressed from the started all the way to the main and dessert. Highly recommend

I arranged my Mum’s 70 bday surprise for friends and family in the large private room, since the start Ronaldo was very helpful with all the information and packages. Found this gem on Trip Advisor search. Late evening meal after the theatre. Warm welcome despite the hour. Food was glorious and service was excellent. Wish we lived nearer, I would definitely be a regular diner.
