We did the kareoke here and it was good!! Cocktails were nice too

Me and my partner came here for bottomless brunch yesterday and it was brilliant! We couldn't have asked for better service from the staff, Lauren & Joe! They were both really friendly and very attentive for our entire two hour slot! The pizza & drinks were great and we would definitely go again!

My only note is that bartenders need to be more friendly

This place is great Jodie was amazing never had such a fantastic sever in my life , I will be returning for the atmosphere but most definitely for Jodie’s customers service 5stars!

A lovely vibe to the place, cocktails were nice and there was a good 2 for 1 on. Jodie was very chatty and made our experience very enjoyable. Will definitely be back!

Had a beautiful bottomless brunch the other day for my birthday. My day was made completely special by a young lady named Jodie. She made us feel very welcome and provided the table with a lot of laughs and plenty of drinks. Thank-you Jodie!!

Potential to be a really good spot, really let down by the staff, complaining about having to do their job, every order was followed by the staff muttering under their breath about having to do something and looking miserable.

Ang was a star, she really made our night enjoyable and attended to our every need. She was the most attentive out of all the staff and went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. She took this photo!

We came for my sisters hen do! we did Prosecco Pong, Pool and Darts! Ang was so lovely and so helpful for the whole day! definitely recommend💗

Went there for a bottomless brunch waited at the doors for about ten minutes and no one greeted us, we then found the bar where three for them was eating pizza, we told them we was there for bottomless brunch and a lady with short hair said for fu*k sake not another one. After that we was told about the bottomless but the food wasn’t mentioned and the game wasn’t mentioned, we eventually found a seat by our self’s like we was told to and they also told us that they would come to our table to take drinks orders. After being sat down for about 15 mins and no one had came to take our order we decided to go to the bar ourselfs. This happened all night, they only came to our table to take our order when we shouted them over to ask about the food and the game. One time when we was at the bar we was told they would only make us a drink if we got away from the bar and stopped coming up! I paid good money for this bottomless and we was constantly waiting for drinks, this is no good as it is a timed slot. Pizza was nice that’s about the only good thing.

It was a half decent summer's day so we wanted to sit outside somewhere around Deansgate. We've never seen this place before so decided to give it a go and I'm glad we did. We didn't go into the actual building but instead took a seat outside at a sunny table. The bar only had limited drinks but they did do the Brooklyn lager which is one of my favourites so I had a pint of that. You are out in the square by the great Northern Tower meaning you get super views of the city and people going about their business.

The place is easy to find and has so much to offer, from a variety of games and drinks. I will definitely come back. I played the cocktail pong and it was fab. We got a pitcher each and the cocktail was really good. Thank you 🤩

Had a great time here for my friend’s birthday party on Saturday, great atmosphere and lovely drinks, staff were so friendly and helpful too, especially Joe and Billy! Will definitely be back :)

Loved the atmosphere, great in summer! Felt like on the beach and the cocktails were great but seemed but be more expensive than similar places, beer was in line though.

Empty bar was told table service only, took around 15 minutes sat there to finally get served, bearing in mine we were the only people in the place, and then charged £18 + for a San Miguel, a white wine and diet coke.

This is our second time here. Ang brought us back as she’s a great host! So accommodating made sure we had everything we needed. Will be back specifically for her!!

It’s ok The beer pong tables are fun, it’s got pool and various other bar sports Drinks ok, service is ok but I’ve been to other places that do it better P.s unisex toilets which was very confusing

Not impressed to be honest. This was our works Christmas do and it was understood that certain drinks were free flowing between 7pm to 9pm however we were not allowed to go to the bar? We had to find a particular member of bar staff and ask for a drink. We were allowed certain £10 cocktails but the only beer / lager option was Carlsberg? Most bizarre. Why cheap out on the beer option but offer us £10 cocktails?! The layout was not comfortable and the space we were allocated felt awkward and cramped. Some sofas / comfortable seating would have been ideal. Not the cosy chilled / fun vibe I was hoping for. The toilets are gross. 4 cubicles lined up that are unisex. Urine all over the floor, the sink didn't work (no water) there was no soap or hand sanitiser. Just not good enough for a huge bar in a prime location in town. Definitely won't be going back.

Pong & Puck hosted our summer social and the event was amazing! Lili and her team were so helpful and accommodating, and our whole team loved the games and atmosphere.

Expensive for what it is! We went to play beer pong and paid £40 for four of us which included a jug of very weak cocktail that barely went around all of the cups. The venue itself was a bit grubby and was full of rowdy teens (about thirty of them) who were running around everywhere, felt like I was at a youth club! Toilets weren't clean either.

Ang was great and made the whole experience what we wanted. Making sure we always had something to drink and were happy

Afternoon, Yesterday's bottomless brunch was fantastic experience. Good food, Great selection of drinks and the best part of the day was the staff at the bar. We were served by a lovely lady call Ang who was absolutely fantastic. She was a great sport getting involved with all our group banter. She worked incredibly hard ensuring that us thirsty boys were always topped up. Thank you all for a great day. Kind regards Matt

We had a party here this week and was ace! Shaun and the guys really looked after us!

It's cool for colleague or team outing but quite congestive. The internal mini stairs are very slippery, temperature controlling system isn't great specially if it's hot day. Overall had a good experience.

Can’t believe I’ve not been in here before, what a great bar. The friendliest place I’ve been in a long long time. The guy that served us outside was lovely and helpful and friendly. We then started our bottomless brunch and Anj the lady that was looking after us was just lovely: again really friendly and helpful I was in here with my sister and 2 nieces and we had an absolutely brilliant time: This place is really comfortable and good fun

We came for a bottomless brunch last weekend and the service from Ange and Mae was brill. The food and drinks were lovely and the hooch pong afterwards topped it off nicely! Would definitely go again and recommend it. Inside wasn't too busy but the atmosphere in the seating area was so good, i think the sun helped this!

It's fun for a couple hours if you are looking for something different to do. Only down side is my double vodka and coke cost more than a pizza priced at £10.

Came for bottomless drag bingo and we were so well looked after. Really fantastic service and a great, safe atmosphere.

Came here for a few drinks with friends ended up staying all night, music was popping the drinks were flowing cannot recommend enough! They also do a bottomless brunch which I will defo be coming to try

Took 36 people to Pong & Puck for our company social last night, service was spot on - Ange in particular was absolutely amazing and made sure everyone had drinks. Food was great and loved the games. Will defo be back!

We had a Company party at Pong & Puck in September (22) and the team couldn't have been more helpful in the lead up to, and during the party! The food they put on was delicious and such good value for money - we couldn't believe the amount of food we received with the money we paid, and the quality was second to none! We have a great variety of people at our Company, so to find something that everyone would enjoy can sometimes be a challenge, but at Pong & Puck, every single person had a fantastic time! We wouldn't have any doubt in returning to Pong & Puck in the future - such a great venue, fantastic staff and brilliant games!

Literally just passing as a family of 8 and thought we'd drop in. Age ranges from 11-42 and we all felt welcomed. Food was amazing and a really great price. It was a massive shame they didn't have GF for the pizzas though as one person couldn't have anything to eat, and this place only does pizzas so there was no other choice. Great range of games though, something for everyone and at a really reasonable price. The main letdown, other than the pizza, was that the drinks are ridiculously expensive. Everything else was a great price, but because of the price of the drinks I just couldn't recommend this place, and wouldn't go back. We only had 1 beer, 7 lemonades, 2 cokes and 1 tap water and it was over £35! Actually ridiculous that the drinks, which weren't pint glasses and so only small drinks (mostly filled with ice!) were basically the price of 4 homemade pizzas. Such a shame as the place is a great idea too.

We had our Christmas party here and had a great time, my only criticism was that the staff kept on clear our unfurnished drinks which was really annoying. You guys need to sort that out as it doesn't leave a good impression!!!

Staff made us feel really unwelcome, wouldn’t go back. Go to Lane7 or Roxy’s around the corner 👍.

Nice date night activity, but the drinks are quite expensive for the quantities you get.

Firstly, this is very difficult to find. More importantly, the bar is absolutely not somewhere you want to spend money. Not only do they grossly overcharge from the menu prices, but they laughed (both bartenders) at someone’s allergy to something in a drink. Someone in my part commented they didn’t want an ingredient from a drink because of an allergy and they laughed, which understandable lead to the drinks ordered being changed. When told to the manager on duty, they said the bartenders are new as their excuse and left it at that. Don’t bother here. I’m sure there are better bars in the immediate area.

Had a great time at Pong and Puck! Had organised a work event for the evening, and everyone had the best time. All the staff were super nice and helpful, always made sure we had drinks and the service was great. There were a variety of games to play throughout the night and there was a great amount of space. Definitely would recommend! Special shout out to Lili for helping with organising everything and to her team on the night :)

Enjoyed playing the games but some of the drinks were on the expensive side for a bar you pay for activities in.

Good for groups 0utside drinking

I never been before, even though I live across the street, but decided to try the pizza which was lovely, but as I was with my 3 year old and he was hungry (so was I) they served tables that came way after we did and made us pay before the food arrived. Every other table was paying after their meals but not for us even though took 45 minutes for one pizza to be served… I guess it was because we are not English and the lady serving maybe though we were living without paying? Not sure, but will never come back or recommend

Went to Pong & Puck on Wednesday night and played Shuffleboard, staff were very attentive and friendly. There was also a wide selection of Beer Pong tables available as well as a couple Ping Pong tables and also darts. Music was excellent. The outside area was lovely with heaters if required and also had pizzas available which were delicious. Would definitely recommend.

I had been to Pong & Puck previously for a mate’s stag do in May, and having seen what the venue had to offer in terms of table top games that I love, I had the idea of going here for my 30th birthday, which was a couple of days ago. And I made the right decision. I had the job of organising my own birthday. I wanted to have a bottomless brunch here, for a fantastic price by the way, when you consider beer pong is always included, darts at the venue is always free, and you can stick around after for more games! I also wanted to make sure everyone felt included, as I have a few friends who are non-drinkers. So, I had a lot of questions to ask of the Events and Booking Manager, who went above and beyond to answer me, and to include everyone, for example, instead of a free round of shots for my birthday, we got a free game of shuffleboard, which is a fantastic game by the way for those who have never played it! Upon arrival on the day, the managerial team on duty made me and all my friends feel really welcome, providing an ice bucket of soft drinks for my non-drinking friends, and explaining the rules of shuffleboard really clearly too! I’m not sure if it was because it was my 30th birthday, but we were able to play every game Pong & Puck had to offer for free: darts; beer pong; table tennis; and shuffleboard! I was super impressed at the efforts the team went to, to make sure I enjoyed my day, and it’s obvious they are no strangers to large group events, as I’ve attended two now: my birthday; and my mate’s stag do, and both were beyond enjoyable. All in all, I’m over the moon that I chose Pong & Puck for a very special occasion, and my younger brother was too, he has said he’s probably going to choose here for his next group event!

Women in the pizza van could do with learning some manners. Was extremely rude!

Went at the weekend to be fair Friday and Saturday, Friday went so well Ben the barman made me feel very welcome so felt naturally I had too return on Saturday, but if you ever visit especially on a weekend found this place be the place to go and the manager ben has got such an unreal team together that will make you feel VIP no matter who you are, regular venue when visiting the city, love it Kev Mason

Nice drinks but pay a 1 pound service charge?? Waiter didn't even know it was happy hour so tried to charge double then you're not told about the service charge upfront had to ask why the bill was more. Pay a service charge for what service??

Slow service, expensive, rude staff

Very judgmental & rude security. Ruined our night out & won’t let us in even we have already booked and paid. It’s 2022 who would deny ppl in based on how they dress??!!! There’s no mention of dressing code on the website and it’s simply unjustified to request customers to dress in a certain way. Not sure if your target customers are young people or bloomers. Very discriminated!!

Couldn't order from the bar. We were told it was service only but then had to go back to the bar to pay after our first round and then included service charge. Would prefer being able to buy drinks at the bar or be able to have a tab. Would be nice if it's quiet to have someone offer to explain the rules for shuffle board or a card with the rules. Overall felt the staff were not proactive in helping us out

We came to play beer pong. The staff were absolutely amazing and the atmosphere was brilliant we couldn’t fault it. However the pricing was excessive. £10 to reserve a beer pong table then an extra 20+ on top for your drinks! Most places in the area charge nowhere near those prices. It’s a shame as it is a really nice venue but when I can go down the road to Roxy Ballroom and pay £18 for the same thing it’s a no brainier. Hopefully the pricing gets sorted out to give the staff some recognition they deserve as they were absolutely amazing and the best part of the place!

Grabbed a drink here, the names of the drinks are fantastic! My partner ordered the Wham cocktail, it’s fair to say he was very impressed! Lovely service and friendly staff!
