pollen. in Liverpool

We have been to Pollen for 2 of their events - the wine pairing dinner with Domaine Bousquet and the beer pairing dinner with Chapter Brewery, and we thoroughly enjoyed both evenings. The restaurant is cute and the chefs know how to cook and experiment with flavours, textures and techniques. Soon we will go there to sample their menu on an evening where there is no event.

Have been here a couple of times with my husband, the restaurant it's self is small but a lovely layout. The staff here are very helpful and attentive, the food cooked beautifully and well presented, I had lamb and my husband had steak both lovely and lean and tender. The only down side for me is that the menu is very limited I would ideally like more selection to choose from, but all in all a lovely little place.

We were looking to go to the restaurant which was @ no.44 when we last visited Liverpool. When they didn't answer the phone we actually walked round to investigate. It was confusing to find another restaurant in its place but Pollen was a brilliant find. The food was delicious & well presented with an imaginative menu. Everything was cooked to perfection.Yummy!
