Ordered pulled pork burger from here few days ago it smelled disgusting smelled off not fresh at all. Contacted shop and they refused to help saying it was freshly cooked that day when clearly it wasn't was very rude/ unprofessional shouting and swearing down the phone. Left review on there Facebook page to get load of private messages and treating comments on post with them post our address online makingup lies. Terrible business wont recommend to anyone no way to treat customers. Would not be ordering from here again

Only putting 1 because it's the lowest it can go. Ordered from here tonight, food arrived 90 minutes later, much longer than expected. When it came, our ribs did not have chips with them, despite the menu clearly indicating it would. We called and my girlfriend had a fully blown argument with the owner, who claimed that the menu doesn't state this (see picture below for evidence that it in fact does). This ended up with him offering us a £5 voucher for the next day because we has "too busy" right now to send out some chips. We hung up, and decided to get McDonalds fries to go with our meal. The man ended up calling me back, having changed his tone, appearing calm (presumably to try and prevent a review like this one) and told me the chips were on there way and would be with us within ten minutes, which they were, and the food was very nice, but by then our experience had been sullied completely. Will be avoiding this place in the future, and advise you to do the same. We ordered take out tonight, to be a relaxing, cooking free experience, which sadly just didn't happen.

It’s 19/01/2021 and myself and 7 colleagues ordered directly from the website, the total amount was £150, there was ALOT of food on the order. We ordered just before cut off at 2130. What seamed to be owner was unbelievably friendly and helpful, welcomed this huge order so late at night and close to closing, but apologised profusely about the time it may take to make and deliver. It did take two hours, however, the quality was fantastic for what it was, the order was spot on and nothing was missing and we met the gentleman at a distance who was apologetic and so lovely. Never been to Ayr before and never ordered from Po’Boyz but I am thoroughly impressed!! Thank you!!

Ordered and received email that food would be delivered 5.45. At 6 15 phoned to be told they were very busy but food order had just left. Food finally arrived at 6.55. Driver apologised and said he'd had car trouble. 1 hour and 10 mins late. Opened order and my sandwich had no french fries, my daughters chicken burger had mayonnaise on it when I had written a note asking for no mayo. Phoned them and was told chicken burger comes with mayo, I told them I had written no mayo and my order had no french fries. Was told they were very busy and to phone the next day!! How would that help my dinner that night? It was a shame the customer service was so poor as what we did get was awesome. I emailed them and heard nothing back. No apology. Expected better than that. Will probably not use again or recommend unless I hear back from them.
