Amazing deli. The food is always beautiful. It’s good value and fresh and very well seasoned. It’s 10/10 Italian food, it doesn’t get much better than this. Staff are very friendly

Went with my GF to grab a snack and drink from Plough Way deli, the skinny waitress with glasses is so rude and toxic, she was very aggressive when my GF asked her a simple question about the food available, she has a serious toxic attitude problem. We also saw her telling off some other staff and treating them very badly. Normally don't bother writing reviews but felt so uncomfortable and uneasy at this place. The quality of food wasn't really great and very expensive for this area. There are far better coffee and other deli's just 1-2 mins walk away with better customer service and more pleasant vibes.

A hidden gem about 10 minutes walk from Surrey Quays station this is definitely worth a visit. Delicious sandwiches, homemade pastas, cakes and Italian groceries. Amazing coffee and friendly staff. Give it a go.

I take a long walk each morning in my local area and today (Sunday 14th August) was no exception. I had my five year old granddaughter with me and as it was already very hot at around 9am, I promised her we could buy a cool drink at the PWD. This was on our way home. We selected our drinks and waited to be served, only to be told no cash is accepted. I was giving this place a chance even though the PWD's sister business (Plough Way Cafe - now permanently closed) insulted the local community by getting rid of its pizza oven in order to 'educate' us about authentic Italian cuisine. By the way, I have visited various regions in Italy and don't particularly need educating on my doorstep. Anyway, I digress. Needless to say, we had to leave the deli without drinks. Fortunately there is a Tesco local immediately opposite, where I bought drinks identical to the ones I'd planned to purchase in the deli. Oh, and they cost me more than £1.50 less. I won't be visiting the deli again, but will stick to places where my cash is welcome. There is another very decent cafe in the area, where I'll take my granddaughter for breakfast next weekend.

We went to visit a friend in the area and we stopped by Plough way Deli since we saw a lot of Italian products through the window (we are Italians) . We had an amazing cappuccino and the best Ricotta e Pere cake I have ever had. Staff Is amazing and very welcoming. Polite and professional. If you miss Italy do not hesitate to go in there ahahah!! Only 5 minutes walk from Surrey Quays station and 10 Min walk from Canada water station. Giulia made us feel like home. Love this place!

I have social anxiety and trip to the shop can be very stressful. But this deli is the only place where I feel happy to go to. Staff are always very friendly, service with a smile and such warm vibes. And everything is delicious. I particularly love the freshly made pesto sauce. When they were out of it once, it was made for me there and then. Amazing!

We go in here when we go for a walk and the staff are always so lovely! They only allow six customers in at one time so it is safe and socially distanced. We have been 3 or 4 times now and love the coffee. The lady that serves me knew my order the second time I went in and it's little things like that which makes the experience amazing!

I work nearby and whilst we have a perfectly functioning kettle and coffee machine I choose to go to the deli at least once a day because the staff truly brighten my day. They are friendly and knowledgeable, the coffee is good and be sure to ask about the health benefits of Lemon verbeena tea! ;o) Matteo is a brilliant manager and his staff follow suit, my only complaint is from my liver as my wine consumption as increased dramatically ...I am ok with that. Do yourself a favour if you are in the area and drop in!

Very disappointed with health and hygeine arrangements. We settled for the beef stew and a lasagne. Both came just warm. Reheated food should be thoroughly heated throughout. These were served warm. The side vegetables although asked to be heated arrived cold. All these dishes were asked to be heated correctly but the wait was unbelievable, they were just put to one side and forgot about. A reminder was necessary to get things moving. The Lasagna and beef stew eventually arrived but the vegetables were still cold. A further wait and they did arrive suitably heated. The Lasagna did not come with the advertised bread but we were still charged the full cost even after pointing this out. Unless there are some quick refinements in how to serve reheated food I will have to give eating in here a miss.

- Been stopping in here since they opened. They are linked to the Cafe. Go to the deli for fresh homemade food and quality drinks. Recommend their coffees and sweet treats. Deli stock is priced very well for such good quality. Stop in for breakfast options. - Relaxing atmosphere - Very Clean inside - Small inside but has enough seating for a lunch / coffee also has Outdoor seating - Toilet on site (very clean) Staff are always friendly.

Fantastic deli with the coolest, funniest and kindest staff, this brilliant little deli wouldn't be out of place on the King's Road Chelsea and actually is better than most of the offerings there these days. Excellent coffee, really great selection of authentic Italian meats/breads/cheeses/wines etc etc and even arancini. What's even better is that the cafe 20 yards away run by the same superb owners does the best pizzas in London... and I'm serious!

My boyfriend has recently moved to Surrey Quays and I moved to Wimbledon for work. We have spent the last couple of months going to the city, doing museums and trying amazing restaurants. However Today it was a beautiful day and we wanted to chill, go to the local for a few pints knowing we had a Camembert to bake and sourdough bread to go home to but no wine! We headed to Tesco express and instead found this welcoming Italian deli, walked in to two friendly faces, happy to answer all our questions about wine, meats, cheeses etc. We came away two bottles of red wine, bresaola and prosciutto heavier. Luigi and Simone were knowledgable, friendly, happy to talk us through everything we asked. We will be back, not just because of the fabulous service but because the wine and food stack up as well
