Plough Inn in South Northamptonshire

Rooms were very clean and cosy. The pub itself is very warm and welcoming. An update to the opening hours would help. We were told to check in between 12 and 1 on Saturday but the pub doesn't open until 4. The opening hours on their website are correct but not on booking.com but overall an enjoyable stay.

13 of us celebrated my 70th birthday at The Plough. The meal was excellent 👌 staff very friendly, would recommend.

Good all round, comfortable room and very nice staff. Would stay there again.

Fantastic dog friendly village pub. Serving excellent food . The Sunday roast was very tasty. Set in a lovely village with very friendly locals this pub really deserves its excellent reviews. The staff are very friendly & very efficient at what they do . We had a brisk walk along the millennium way to the village . We came upon many very happy friendly locals once into the village. We absolutely enjoyed our day & the Plough Inns Sunday beef roast was the icing on the cake ! Can't recommend enough. As the name suggests they also have rooms. I'm sure it would be a lovely place to stay . Thanks to everyone at the Plough Inn & everyone we met in the village for making our day so special. 🙌

Lovely little country pub. We dropped in for the Sunday carvery and were not disappointed. Food was great quality and reasonably priced. Poor WiFi which affected the payment process, but that was a minor inconvenience as we had another drink while waiting for a resolution. Will come again for sure.

Nice place. Lovely friendly young lady behind the bar who also made breakfast. Shame no food on the evening but probably my fault for not checking.

Friendly staff, great prices, old pub 🍻, with lots of local so always a good sign. We both eat well and are happy with the service and the food.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were spotless and food good. Staff very friendly and only 20 minutes drive to Silverstone Circuit for grand prix.

Lovely traditional country pub with rooms, very welcoming and well equipped rooms with nice touches like good supply of team, coffee and biscuits. Very comfortable and handy car parking off the road.

On Sunday Motorcycle ride, our group stopped here for lunch. We pre ordered food as it was a large group. The staff were fantastic dealing with our orders, Food was amazing. We all left with our hunger satisfied. We will be back for more I'm sure. Thank you.

Everything was delicious. I don't really like potatoes, but it was very tasty even with out sauce 😋

Ample parking, really friendly staff, great drink selection but the food is just something else! I've been here several times for food and it never disappoints! Pie night has definitely got to be the best night though and the portions are huge and filling. Definitely the pub for you if you like a cosy and homely atmosphere

Had a lovely stay at The Plough . Lovely room, excellent food, lovely table service, and made to feel so welcome. This is a dog friendly venue. Very much hope to return again in the future, thank you all so much for a lovely few days.
