Planet Taste in Calderdale

Ask for no salad or sauce on anything. Chicken pakoras came in salad and chicken tikka donner came with salad and sauce so could not eat. Make me sick as I do not like. Waste of money. Ordered on just eat. Rang three times but when phone was answered no one spoke after I explained the problem, what a waste of hard earned money. Where local to Illingworth is better than here?

What a disgrace ordered food, items were missed off the order delivery driver is rude! To be told would be another hour before they would deliver our missing items will not be ordering again!!

Food delivered to wrong address down the road food was undercooked and greasy and curry was so disgusting My husband ate half and vomited it all back up. Samosa raw and chicken tikka burnt and Rock solid. Only things I enjoyed was the poppadom 🤮

Potato and spinach with garlic bread chillio absolutely gorgeous. I order this often and am never disappointed. It always arrives well wrapped and hot. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Can’t fault Planet Taste at all 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Always deliver before estimated time. Food arrives hot with a friendly service . Not usually the case but received soggy chips tonight . Apart from that no complaints.

Always good food at a good price. Very popular locally, so be prepared to wait a while for your order at busy times. Free delivery available too.

Always get our take out from here! Amazing food and even better staff, lovely lads! Ordered the cheese 16" pizza which was shared between 4 adults and 2 children this is one of the deals!, sometimes ordering a bigger dish sometimes the quality suffers but never here! I recommend the deep pan Margarita so much cheese and so tasty! We also had popcorn chicken and 2 plain chips(come with the deal) bottle of Pepsi with a spicy chips too! The spicy chips are a force to be reckoned with! The chips are lovely and crispy too! Will definitely be offing this again if I have friends round (not that I don't already order all the time) If you can, pick your order up and meet the boys! They are all lovely and chatty and the shops always warm 😄 See you soon guys

Whenever a family pizza night we always order here! Heavenly pizzas especially the garlic bread supreme with fast delivery and lovely friendly staff!!

Ordered 3 curry's all lacked flavour, very disappointed, starving too :-( Had diner kebabs here quite regular and really enjoyed them. Chips were nice and chapatti too just the curry's were very tasteless.

First time trying this takeaway out lovely food, great customer Service and super quick delivery very much needed as I was starving thanks guys will definetly order again soon and would also recommend to friends and family

First the food was half hr late ..... when it arrived my chicken chow main was a pot noodle with peas and chicken added. ..... was not happy at all !!!!!!

Where else cam you get 3 large pizzas for £9.99 ? nowhere to the best of my knowledge. The keema is always fresh and spicy as is the tandori chicken.

Ordered 3 pizzas which where delicious. A big thumbs up from myself and my family loved every bite of the tasty chessy pizza slices. Ordered a mighty burger for the Mrs and it was mighty gooood. Number one takeaway in Halifax, good job by the friendly staff. Recommend this takeaway to everyone!!!

Great first time experience at one of Halifax finest takeaway. I was recommended planet taste by one of my close mates, going to definatly recommend to others. Ordered lamb curry which was top notch loved it the best I've had in time. Also ordered planet taste special pizza which was of a very high standard. Not to forget the nice smily delivery driver. Overall a very good experience going to keep coming back for the lovely food.

We have ordered many time from planet taste but no more, this time the donner meat was rubbery and to top matters off the pitta bread had a huge lump of mould on it, £5 of mixed kebab in the bin, and one vary unhappy ex customer

a massive selection with the Pizzas with loads to add on make these people perfect to order from for parties the food was great and on time and the only thing i'd suggest for the future is if they mark up the pizzas so that you know what's what

Food was okay, but arrived 40 mins late. Tried to ring after an hour, but with no success. Contacted Just eat after 80 minutes,who managed to contact the takeaway. They claimed they would be with me in 5 minutes, but was actually 15 minute late the food arrived. The final straw was the fact that the buy one get a second free offer was not honoured. Very disappointed with this establishment

Sometimes i can get amazing food, sometimes it can be terrible. It's a bit of a hit and miss place, will give it a few more chances.

Could not eat this meal as it came very late after phoning the takeaway twice to find out about my order and where it was. several items came burnt and cold also greasy and pretty disgusting. asked for my money back. on the other hand the team were great to deal with hence the 4 star rating on service.

Pizza not cooked right. Vindaloo was cold . I asked for the free bottle of pop he first tryed passing off the bottle i had payed for as it then told me that because there is an automatic discount on the free bottle dos not count I would call it very bad service not happy with the order at all

We stopped using planet taste because the order were always wrong, but we thought we would try again, nothing had changed, the order took over an hour and part of it was missing, when they finally delivered the remaining part of the order it was very greasy and tasteless, the curry wasn't nice either. We won't be using them again

back to form the Curry was tasty and well prepared ... the Pizzas were nicely done though going Deep pan on the fish and chip one was a mistake as it's a touch too stodgy it turned up on time and hot ... nice to see the quality back

first bad meal we have had disappointing the pizza was well topped but the crust burned ... the paratha was overdone .. the hot chicken Karahi was bland and the rice soggy the kebab starter was nice and as i said this is the first bad meal we have had from here we have ordered a lot but still it was disappointing to say the least as the standard is usually very high the food did turn up on time and reasonably warm though

I ordered a chicken tikka makhani which it said would be rich and creamy but it wasn't creamy at all, it didn't have a sauce at all so I was disappointed but it was nice when I ate it

Unfortunately this will be the last time I order from here. The portion of lamb bhuna was tiny and the chapati's were cold. It's a shame but the place has gone right downhill

Terrible service, took 1h 30min to be delivered, no explanation to why it was so bad. When it eventually arrived the donner meat and chicken in the kebab was all burnt and completely foul, the portion sizes were terrible. The only good thing was a burger. DON'T ORDER FROM HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR FOOD ON TIME OR GOOD SERVICE!

as always the food is amazing the meatfeast pizza has gone down very well with my daughter the chicken twister barely touched the sides the mixed kebab was delicious but as always it's always the little things that let them down ... i ordered the kebab with a naan and got a pitta bread .. a small detail but the little things are important ... other than this small thing though awesome food delivered piping hot and on time
