Absolutely fantastic, a gem of a place. I was working in the area and needed some bits and was directed to this little place, and it was like stepping back in time. Had everything we needed and was so reasonable on price. The bacon rolls and sandwiches were huge and, best of all, all locally sourced. As a store, it had everything you needed, and the couple who ran it were so nice and friendly. Had the opportunity to sit outside and admire the area and will definitely be making an effort to visit again as will be a gem of a place in the warmer weather

Popped in for an ice lolly for myself and my husband, and saw some home made cornish pasties, I thought they look nice and decided to get two for myself and my husband, I was surprised at the price £4.20 each, we sat on the green opposite and ate them, my goodness they were amazing, full of traditional good quality home made ingredients, not just all pastry like alot of other pasties, well worth the price, we were both stuffed after we ate them, they were so good, Well done plastow stores.

A quirky little village store, nestled away in the depths of mid-west sussex. Well maybe not the depths, as it sits between Petworth & Wisborough Green, but it's not far from it. Anyway, the store itself, is stocked with all your everyday essentials - canned items, fresh bread & rolls - milk, juice & other chilled items such as cold meats & drinks. They also have a food menu available, whereby you can order anything from a simple cheese roll, to a full on Ploughman's - though I advise eating the aforementioned in the lovely garden area, which has tables to sit at. The couple that run the shop, are both really lovely & welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble for them - or if it is, it doesn't show at all! During the months of April to September, there is also a quaint selection of locally sourced plants to purchase, and at extremely good prices too! Plaistow Stores has been a real (accidental) find. But I sure am pleased I did!

Amazing little shop, Our customers recommended as they make sandwiches fresh! We visited around lunchtime and left with a huge bag of goodies including my healthy option, tuna salad, the bread was fresh, the tuna was out the can drained and seasoned and the salad freshly chopped in front of us, as was and my pals sausage and bacon sandwich freshly cooked infront of us! Amazing service Both very pleased and will certainly return.

We visited today as we are on a break near Plaistow. Very convenient little store where you will find essentials and nice local products. The tearoom is tiny and cute. I had a breakfast and my son had beans on toast and a brownie. It was really nice, the bread was so good, it is baked in a local bakery and you can tell the difference! I'm pretty sure we will go again while we are around.

Stopped off for a couple of rolls when driving through with the Mrs. A bit like stepping back in time and nice to see these little independent village shops haven't vanished completely yet. Locals probably prefer that it's a well kept secret but the owner has a tea room attached so worth a visit if you're passing through.

We visited as a family for 8 (6 adults, 2 little ones) and we're catered for perfectly. All of us enjoyed our food and the selection was great! Even the 3 and 6 year old in our group were happy! Thank you for delicious food, a lovely setting and delightful service, making little adjustments to keep our little ones happy!
